The Great Escape Room Rochester

My 13 year old son got me tickets for fathers day 2024. It was just him and I doing the Moriarty game room and it was so much fun! The clues are very challenging and things are hidden everywhere! We only made it thru 3 out of the 6 puzzles/stations but it was worth every minute of it!

We arrived to find a great waiting room filled with all kinds of brain teasers and were quickly ushered into our chosen room by Amber (who was great). The Break in at Bubbas had multiple puzzles that were varied, intricate, and thematically relevant. The production values were high, and we were caught by surprise a handful of times. I cant wait to try the other rooms.

We had a great time here for a work outing. The team was great and our hostess Amber was very kind and helpful. The escape room was challenging but at the same time, extremely fun and rewarding. I would recommend coming here for a team building exercise or just for something fun and different to do.

Super fun for our family of 5, from ages 24-69. The escape from the hospital was challenging! The staff was awesome and very welcoming and gave us the hints when we needed them. My family does escape rooms a lot and this was one of the top ones. Would definitely return when we re back in town.

We had a blast! Our cousins were here from VA and we were looking for something different to do. The infirmary escape room fit the bill. Our group of 8 missed exiting by 4 minutes but we had so much fun collectively solving the puzzles and learned lots of teamwork! So much fun and lots of laughs. Thanks to Amber for making our night!!

Had a delightful time doing the Infirmary room! Clever puzzles that definitely took some thinking but were by no means impossible. Our host, Gabriel, also did an awesome job. Definitely recommend this place!

Great time! Lara and Emma were excellent. We used one hint to help confirm our progress on a puzzle, and got the time record for the Presidential Bunker for the month (MAGIC E) with 4 escape room newbies! Highly recommend!

My family (kids ages 10, 12, 16) came here tonight for our first time and really enjoyed it. Toby was great, giving us all the info we needed to be successful and have fun. We did the surgery themed room and the kids were able to find clues and help problem solve, so it was the perfect difficulty level for our group. We were visiting from out of state but definitely would recommend to anyone passing through!!

It was so fun! We met another couple and had a great time. We did the infirmary and it all the stuff was so interesting and fun when it all came together. The clue giver was also very helpful!

Our experience was EXCELLENT!! So much fun definitely great team building experience. Amber & Emma were awesome and very knowledgeable and courteous!!!

We had such amazing awesome experience doing The Presidents Bunker. Tobi was a great room monitor for us and Amber got us well briefed at the beginning. Definitely recommend!

Tobi & Benjamin were great! Friendly and fun. A fun experience for everyone!

Very fun. Out game was cut a little early by accident, but they let us finish. You can hear other players solving their games which I think for the price point is a little weird and distracting. All in all we spent $37 a person a $25 experience in my opinion, but it was fun none the less.

A group of us did the infirmary room at the Great Escape Room. Amber and Toby were our room masters and hosts. We had an excellent time. Well worth it. We were able to save the patient, but only with the help of numerous clues! Great time!

My group had a great time with The Great Escape Room. They were very helpful when I reached out with questions beforehand and were super accommodating when we added a couple of additional people to our booking. The puzzles were fun and engaging and the clues they gave were helpful without giving away the secrets of the puzzles. I would recommend Rochesters The Great Escape Room to anyone looking to try one out.

Tger was a TON of fun, it was a great brain teaser but it wasn t so difficult that we couldn t do it. Would definitely recommend for a fun evening with friends! Amber and Ricardo were the hosts and they did a fantastic job of ensuring that we had the best experience possible! Nice atmosphere and very clean too! Thanks for the great time!

I had an amazing time with my team. We successfully escaped! Very challenging puzzles and great atmosphere. Amber was a fantastic host and really kept us immersed in the experience. Definitely recommend for any escape room fans!

We had a great time here for my daughters birthday! I had previously been here a couple of times for work outings. The staff is always very attentive and professional. We did Moriartys Game Room which is a scavenger hunt and was perfect for the kids (ages 11-12). We escaped with lots of help from Toby - he gave great hints to still keep it challenging, but it was definitely fun and satisfying to escape. Highly recommend this experience!

Lara and Gabriel were awesome but the whole staff was super friendly. My group did the infirmary and it was super well put together. The room was very interactive and made you think more than some rooms Ive done before. Definitely would go again to do another room!

My first escape room, so this was a great time. Amber was very nice, and helped the experience. Tony...never met him, never heard from him...JK he was good too.

This was an absolute blast! The puzzles were SO clever! We were in a difficult level room and our group of seven solved it before time ran out, all of us contributing. The staff was great and the puzzle and room were incredible! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Wow! What a fun night. There were 6 of us that went to The Great Escape room to celebrate my daughter s 24th birthday. We did Poker Night at the President s Bunker. We were pleasantly welcomed when we arrived by Toby who led us into the poker room. When a hint was needed, Emma came to our rescue. We were able to escape and had a blast solving the clues!! Side note-we also did The Infirmary last month and loved this escape room a lot. We love how the clues are well thought out and fun to execute. Great job, The Great Escape Room. We will be back when a new room is introduced!!

This was super fun. My boyfriend and I did the burglary one, and it was super fun! The puzzles made sense, but were still pleasantly challenging. Tobi was the individual helping us, and he was super great! Made us feel very welcome and even helped us take some great pics after! 5/5 will definitely be going again!

We had a great time! We had super nice staff, Tobi and Amber, were so nice and helpful when needed. (Even when one of our group got lost on our way to the venue before our game started.)

We went there for my wifes birthday and we had a great time. If we had another 5 minutes we would have gotten out. We were on the last thing to get us out of the room and ran out of time. We will definitely go again sometime.

This was a great experience- Tobi set us up in the room, and they were super friendly! Personally I am very jumpy and it was really nice that the scariest things in the room were my own group mates! We finished with 1:55 left on the timer and we re hooked on escape rooms now! Thank you everyone at The Great Escape Rooms!

The Infirmary room was so much fun! The puzzles were tricky and the room itself was set up very well. The staff was very nice and helpful (we needed a lot of help) and we are definitely planning on going back to do another room very soon!

Our first time at an escape room and we weren t sure what to expect. I have to say it was so much fun! So much so, that we really want to come back and experience the other rooms now too!
