Omega Escape Room Rochester

We had a lot of fun for a bachelor party. The Game of Clans room was well-thought-out and cool, and though it wasnt the most expansive room Ive ever been to, it was a great time, and Jamie was helpful as a game master.

We were in a group of 6 and we enjoyed our time there. We did the vikings room (medium difficulty) and even though some of us were doing it for the first time, we did pretty well. I just wanted to be honest though and say that the pricing ($35 each) was a little expensive for the scape room, since we felt it was a nice but simple room.

Went with a group and chose the Alien escape room. Production value was low (room, decor, props etc) were all very cheap. If the price were lower this wouldnt have been such a big deal. But paying almost $300 for an hour I would expect more. Puzzles were varied in skill and immersion. Some were ridiculously easy, some quite conplex. Again, the props were all very cheap.one included a plastic coke bottle and another had quarter machine rubber aliens. Staff was somewhat rude and seemed like us being there was a bother. Overall, our group had fun but you may get more for your money elsewhere.

Took the family to Omega for the first time last night and it was GREAT! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out, it was an excellent experience. Very friendly staff, super helpful and the escape room itself was lots of fun. Everyone had something to work on and figure out so we were able to break into smaller groups to tackle the individual puzzles and solve the problem. Looking forward to our next visit!!

First time coming to this escape room. I ve been to about 3 or 4 others and this one was close to one of the best ones I ve been to. Just wish the room we were in went into another room once you open some doors. The challenge that me and my friends picked was great , definitely challenging but fun at the same time. Staff was amazing and friendly , I would recommend this play to anyone who likes escape rooms

Super fun time spent with family! Our host Jamie was fun and helpful! Fallout Shelter was a perfect first time family escape room as some of us had Escape Room experience prior, but not all of us did! We just made it out in time...

Had our daughters 13th birthday party here. They all had an excellent time trying to escape out of the Billys Nightmare room and experiencing the VR setup they have there

The escape room/puzzles (Fallout Shelter) were great and our team had a blast solving them! The room we did was the easiest but it was still a challenge!! We had to work together to figure out the clues and had so much fun! One note: A big THANK YOU goes to the management team for their response to the one issue we experienced; the day we went was unseasonably warm and the room was uncomfortable, but management was incredibly responsive and helpful once they were made aware of the situation, even issuing a coupon so we could try another room (which we plan on using, soon). I booked a room for my operations team for a team building exercise and we loved the entire experience! Our game master, Jules, was great! They explained everything perfectly; 10 out 10 recommend!

Omega escape room was an amazing experience for our extended family to participate in together. It took all of our brains and various skills to unlock all of the clues and collect the pieces together to unlock the next part of the room and mystery. The props all over the room were intriguing and fun to scavenge through for the next, and the next, and the next clues. We did successfully escape our room barely before the time ran out. Loved it. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and it was great. We used the clues on accident a bit much but recommend Fallout Room if you have beginners or are rusty. Jamie was great. They were friendly and helpful! Recommend and looking forward to booking again

Gabe was our games master and he was absolutely wonderful. We went for my bfs birthday, there was 6 of us, and we did Billys Nightmare and it was such a blast!! Made it out with 6 minutes to spare. We are definitely going to be coming back. 10/10 amazing wonderful job.

We signed up for the Ultimate Escape room because the website listed it as being 2 separate identical rooms where you can compete to see which group could get out first. We had 4 adults vs. the 4 children. Both sides were excited and talking smack leading up to the competition. There was a bet on the line as well. You can imagine our disappointment when the worker, who was very nice, explained the rules of the escape room, but when asked told us they dont have the 2 identical...
Read full review rooms for head to head anymore. He said they need to change it on the website which told us this has been the case for a while and we were not the first to be disappointed. Our competetive excitement changed to disappointment. We now had 8 people working on one escape room, which is too many in my opinion. The actual escape room was fine, but not everyone was as engaged because of our large group. This was our second time at Omega and this experience was a bummer because we didnt get what we paid for. I hope they change the info on the site so this wont happen to any other groups. We visited Omega on 1/18/24.

We held my son s birthday there (7th and 8th graders) and they had a great time! The party room is very reasonably priced and all the employees were upbeat and helpful. I definitely recommend this location for an escape room!

It was a great time with a ton of fun. The puzzles are the perfect difficulty. A lot of team work and critical thinking.

We had a great time during the Game of Clans. Our host was Parker and he was great. No complaints, if you re on the fence about this experience, just do it! So much fun!!

Honestly this is not the best Escape Room in the Rocester area. We have attended two here and each time was just ok. Our room was supposed to start at 10am and as per the website we arrived 15mins early. No one was there and the doors were locked. At 10:02 our game master showed up looking very rushed and clearly not happy to be there. He rushed us into the room and gave hurried instructions and left. We had called for help and waited several mins to obtain it from him( it seemed he was occupied...

We had one last puzzle to figure out but he did not allow us and provided no answer when our hour was up even though no one was there for the room or any other room. All in all the puzzles are oddly done and our game master was not great. I would not recommend. And the price even with a Groupon was over $200.00 it was a LOT of money for not a great time.

One of our favorite places! Our game master Gabriel was delightful! They were very funny and helpful. The rooms were all very well organized and very creative even if you have done escape rooms before. Definitely a place to check out!

Our group of 8 split in half to compete in the Showdown Rooms. We had a blast! It was amazing how fast the time went. We are all ready to go back and try a different room. Laura and Chris helped make our night even better. We will be sharing our experience with our friends.

We heard about how many hours our host had put in, how anxious they were to get out off there. And oh, by the way, I might have underlined more letters which would cause you not to get one of the combinations. Another issue, oh use 3 not E. After the fact! Really. Worse escape room ever. Never have escaped, but always enjoyed, until this one.

It was super fun the room was really well made and our game host Jules was very fun and helpful during it. Definitely recommend going and I will definitely be going again

The sign on the door says to fill out your waiver online. Our group of 6 did that which took us a few minutes, as we were trying to fill them out an UNKNOWN NUMBER kept calling me. I finally answered and it was Omega calling me telling me we were late. We had been outside filling out waivers. She then said we were supposed to be there 15 min before our start time. (That was not stated in the confirmation email or the page when I booked it.) She told us well you should have came inside...
Read full review, when the door clearly states to fill out your waiver and then CALL to be let inside. She was rude to us once inside, probably because we were late according to her. The communication and hospitality was terrible, but the room (Billys Nightmare) was fun once she left!

The outside may be a little deceiving at first, but the inside was so well decorated and fun! We had an absolute blast! I definitely recommend this place for a night out with friends or family. The puzzles were just challenging enough to keep us engaged and the theme was super fun! We did Billy s Nightmare and highly recommend it! Our game master, Jamie, was very chill and gave us good advice about which theme would best suit our groups ability as beginners. We will definitely come again to try out the other themes!

If you re going here expecting anything spectacular, lower your expectations. There is no battle room either. The website is blatantly misleading. Will never go here again.

This is the first time Ive experienced an escape room and it was great. Went with a few coworkers as an after work fun unwind. Our Game Master Jules did a great job explaining everything to a bunch of first timers. The atmosphere was fun and the puzzles were challenging and creative. I would highly recommend this as a fun activity to do with friends or coworkers.

Amazing service and let us go in rooms we did t book. They also let us name and write on the scelotons name tag!
