The puzzles were fun its literally locks and keys. Although we didnt fully complete the room well be back. If youre a AAA member you can use the promo code and save a few bills. Booking was very easy online and two different rooms to choose from.

Our group of four had a great time doing the Grimm Room. The puzzles were challenging, but not so challenging that they couldnt be solved out. Definitely a great place for a group activity.

Ive been to many different escape rooms and this was one of the best! Jared was amazing! Our group had a great time.

My girlfriend and I have gone with two different groups of friends to Lock & Key. We completed the Escape From Pirate s Cove last year, and last night we completed The Vampires Tomb. (I highly recommend The Vampires Tomb before they change the room, if you get a chance.) For the latter, we were assisted by a very accommodating gentleman (Jared). We were the last group of the day, and due to traffic and bad weather - were late by 10+ minutes; completely our fault, but Jared was so nice to not let...

He said we were the last group, and no one would be in after us - but still he didnt have to do that, considering that would make him leave for home 10+ minutes later. I really enjoy Lock & Key for their consideration of the puzzles. The set design of the rooms is appropriately adequate. If I had to guess - they put more emphasis on the puzzles than on the atmosphere (i.e. that is not to say they lack in it). I respect them greatly for their challenges, because I feel the puzzles and challenges are challenging enough, but not ridiculous, illogical, or out of the theme of the room. I have been to other escape rooms where the challenges were out of place, or sometimes unfair to the players to search every square inch of the space. Its the difference between mind teasers and I Spy books; and I feel Lock & Key does a great job of putting focus on the former, and giving credit to the players for actually figuring out mental puzzles. Silly thing: if I had one complaint about The Vampires Tomb room, itd only be in the first room, youre in the study of a suspected vampire - and on one of the shelves, there is a bottle of Holy Water. The geek inside of me said, What kind of vampire keeps something so foul to their being, so near to them?. :) I hope youre able to overcome such a trivial thing like that, like we were, to see the overall excellent quality of a place of entertainment and mind teasers. I highly recommend anyone to give Lock & Key a try.

My family and I did the seance escape room this past weekend and it was so fun! Definitely the best escape room experience I have had. We had a group of 6 people and that seemed really good, I wouldnt have wanted anymore. The clues were tricky but not impossible to figure out. We had 2 teams of 3 working on separate clues and we got out with 6 minutes left! The staff was very friendly and really explained everything at the beginning. I would recommend to anyone!

We had such a great time doing the Grimms Forest escape room and will definitely be back to try the House of Mysteries! Holly was super nice and friendly.

Went with 4 of my friends and we had a GREAT time! The whole idea of the Grimm Forest was captured perfectly. Everything was very well put together and thought out. We struggled a few times, but actually made it out with 3 minutes to spare! I highly recommend this escape room if you want to have fun!

We did the Grimm Forest escape room! We had so much fun. The puzzles were creative and we almost didn t make it out in time. The staff was super helpful and fun to work with. Would definitely recommend.

We solved the Grimm Forest and look forward to tackling The Seance room in the future. Location was easy to find (just follow the directions on their website). The facility was clean and well-organized. We definitely recommend trying this location!

Great experience. Not our first escape room. But it was fun, with good puzzles. Only recommendation would be adding a small white board and marker for guests to write on when trying to solve puzzles.

We just had a great time escaping the room while my sister and brother-in-law were in town! We have done both rooms at this point, and had a blast each time. The puzzles are fun and challenging without reaching the level of frustration, and they are arranged in a way that is fun to complete with a group. We look forward to returning to tackle future puzzle rooms! Thank you!

Incredible experience !!! We did the Brothers Grimm room. We escaped with 4 adults and one 11 year old. The room had a wonderful atmosphere and it was immersive. We received two clues throughout the time frame which got us back on track to solving the puzzle. The staff was lovely. We cant wait to go back !

6 members of my family all did the Seance room and had a great time. Age range was mostly 16-21 and 53. It was perfectly challenging and required us to communicate with each other, which is always a plus. The owner is so detail oriented and helped us add an extra person last minute and even called us to let us know street parking was free for the Holidays. Five stars!!!

Lock and Key Escape Rooms are amazing! Each of the three I have done there was different - the clues and puzzles are unique, challenging, and immersive. I would highly recommend these for puzzle lovers and escape room fans in the 716.

I did The Seance room with six of my friends for my birthday and it was so much fun! Really great staff and cool puzzles. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome time - the pacing of the room was perfect and every puzzle felt well thought out. Loved the theme too. We finished with only two minutes left! So satisfying!

We did the Seance Room last night and had a lot of fun. It was hard but we were given clues when we got stuck for too long. Really fun, give it a try. We did not make it out but had fun trying.

We did the Grimm room and it was a lot of fun! The puzzles took some thinking but they werent super challenging, so it was a great mix of thinking without being stressed. The room was creative and decorated well. We had a great time! One of the best escape rooms weve done yet!

We had an amazing time here for my birthday! It was a large party of 13 and it was perfect. The hosts really did a great job of explaining before and lightly guiding along the way. Very well thought out. I would do again and switch rooms!

We came with a small group from work. They were accommodating in allowing us to wait a few extra minutes for a coworker who was stuck there late. They were kind, helpful, and fun. We did the Grimm Forest room which was very cute and makes you feel like you re really in a fairy tale. The room was challenging and definitely requires team work to complete. Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will be back!

Me and two others did the Grimm Forest escape room over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The puzzles were interesting and challenging. There were plenty of clues to find so all of us were able to participate fully and contribute to solving each puzzle. Also, the rooms looked great! I loved the setup, decorations, and lighting. We definitely plan on going back to do more here!

My family of five( kids 16,14,10) had a great experience!! Everything was very organized, the props and puzzles were so fun! Definitely recommend!

I booked both escape rooms for a birthday gathering. 6 people were in each room and the owner and his team were very accommodating with having them start at the same time. I was in the Grimm Forest room. We enjoyed the puzzles, and even those with no experience were able to contribute. It was great to work together and see how different peoples minds work. Theres always excitement when you figure something out as well! We escaped with 7 minutes left. I think it always helps to have more people. The room set-up was cool. Our older eyes could have used brighter lights, but it added to the atmosphere. I look forward to returning!

We did the Grimm Forrest. Excellent room, with great theming. The staff was friendly and informative, without being intrusive. Room felt clean and well kept. We will definitely be back for new rooms!

We had a great time escaping the Séance. Had a lot of fun and will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone looking for a fun hour locked in a room with family!
