Went with a few friends and had a great time. The room was challenging enough that it was fun without being frustrating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Decent escape rooms with several themes and moderately complex puzzles. Great for birthday adventures. We went for a science lab themed one and escaped with 5 minutes to spare. I wouldnt bring any children younger than 10. The waiting room could use some puzzles and locks to get the brain going while you wait for the rest of your party to arrive.

Good challenging escape rooms, but quality control is not as nice as other escape the rooms done before. My wife and I have soloed many challenging escape rooms, have done two here and both required a clue to bridge the leap needed to find the next thing in the room, aka there was no way to find it based on the items found in the room :/

We just started doing escape rooms maybe a month ago and this was the third time Ive done one. This was top notch and our guides were so awesome! Even though we didnt end up escaping, its something well remember for a long time and the puzzles were incredibly cool!! Ill definitely be going back to try more rooms!

Ive been to about 4 different escape room places and escaped about 10 escape rooms. This place is one of my favorites! The people are very nice, its easy to make a reservation, its just your group during COVID without paying extra which was a nice bonus and the rooms themselves are very polished and well done. We first did The Game Room - got it through Groupon - very easy but still fun and its the first room that really got my mom into it because it was so doable. We then did the Virus Room - my...
least favorite of the 3 I did there but still very much enjoyed. Finally we did the Psychic Room - I was so nervous to ruin my winning streak because it only has a 5-10% success rate but we did escape!! It was extremely challenging though which made it a lot more fun for my husband and I who at this point felt like they were all becoming easy. All together, A+ experience every time.

Did the Santa escape a few months ago and it was amazing. Wish we had a few more minutes to beat it but we did our best. The staff were also very helpful and kind and did give us 5 extra minutes (probably because they felt bad for us lol!) But overall it was a great activity with good friends.

We did the virus room with 4 people. It was excellent and Joe was super helpful and very nice. We ve done over 40 escape room in nyc and the virus room is up there. Very do-able with the 3 hints they offer you. Definitely not high tech like some of the newer rooms, more logic and lock opening type puzzles but that s what escape rooms should be about!

We did the game room and really enjoyed it. Was great that they only accept one family per time slot so we got to enjoy the experience on our own.

Had a really fantastic time here. Oscar took the time to clearly explain all the pertinent details. The staff was attentive and made the game fun. The best escape room experience I ve had on Long Island! That s all.

A lot of fun and very challenging. Requires alot of thinking and the ability to think outside of the box in order to solve the puzzles. Teamwork is key. Would definitely do again.

Played the game tomorrow as part of a group on and it was far more challenging than expected for an easy room Would recommend it to others without a doubt.

Nice concept - poorly executed. Did the Sweet Shoppe. The room was tiny and looked nothing like their photo image. The building was in sad shape. The clues were convoluted and we had no real enjoyment. After our time limit ended we were told we did good as we got about half way though the escape challengers. I would not go back.

A crucial part of the escape room wasn t set up correctly and we got out super quick. Wouldn t let us do another room or start over because of their error.

This (christmas themed) was a fun escape room, and very spacious, however it was lacking in any exciting special effects, which I always look forward to in different locations. Be careful exiting the establishment, the small last step can be missed and unfortunately I had a trip to the ER and a severe sprained ankle from it! Staff upstairs did not really know there was commotion going on, unfortunately, and if they did, they did not check in with us.

Ive done many escape rooms and, overall, this was a decent experience. I would probably have given them three and a half stars if it were possible. My friend and I did the room Virus. The puzzles are all linear, meaning each puzzle solved leads to the next puzzle. Personally, I am not a fan of these kinds of escape rooms. Especially when with a larger crowd because, with linear puzzles, since you can only work on one puzzle at a time, if two people are working on the primary puzzle what...
are the other people supposed to do? My friend and I were fortunate that it was just the two of us, so we didnt experience that issue. I was happy that they at least told us that it was linear so we didnt waste time looking for other clues. I like escape rooms with multiple puzzles to solve simultaneously so, if you get stuck on one puzzle, you can move on to another. However, with the current boom in popularity of Escape Rooms, you find linear puzzles more frequently because it makes the rooms far easier to build but its not nearly as challenging. One thing that was frustrating was that, despite the presence of cameras in the room, the employees had no idea which part of the room we were on when we asked for a clue. Also, we could hear the employees talking and laughing just outside the door which kind of spoiled the Were going to die of a horrible virus atmosphere. But, as I said, overall it was a decent experience. I liked the atmosphere of the room and the puzzles were moderately challenging. I also liked that we were separated into two different rooms at the start of the challenge. I would try them again if they offer a coupon/Groupon.

We chose the Game Room because we love games and this was the first time weve done Escape Room. The small room had plenty of vintage games and the clues were not always so apparent, but we figured quite a few out on our own and only had to radio in for two hints. We ran out of time before we could finish, but overall it was a great experience. A great new thing to do!

I had a wonderful experience here! Booking an appointment was simple and easy, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The escape room was fun, tricky, and clever, and it kept to you thinking. My party and I did the easy room which has a 50% success rate, long story short my party and I did not escape lol. But it was extremely fun, and affordable and something I would do again!

I love how the rooms are now private no matter how many people book due to safety concerns. I always felt awkward going in there with random strangers and it s hard to find 10 people to fill a room. The facilitator was very accommodating. There were no reservations after us so he allowed us a little more time in the room along with some extra hints.

Played the Game Room yesterday with my daughter and her friend. The room was well designed and had a great mix of puzzles that were perfect for younger players, but fun for older players as well. I m looking forward to coming back to play their other rooms.

We had a blast! I took my 12 year old son and his friend, and we were grouped with a super cool couple. The 5 of us worked well together, had a lot of laughs, all while our hearts were racing. It was our first time at an Escape Room, and chose the Virus room in RVC. Altogether, I feel it was well done. Challenging, yet exciting. We didn t escape this time - but we were working on our last clue when we all died. So, we ll be back for more! Highly recommend!

Had so much fun! We did the killer countdown. The Room was clean and they definitely follow the CDC guidelines for Covid protocol. Would definitely recommend people to try. The staff was also very friendly.

Very friendly staff, we were the only 2 people in the Virus room and they were nice enough to let us finish the challenge even though our time was up. The instructions were clear, the room was professionally organized. Highly recommended.

The virus in rockville center was awesome!! Me and all my friends really enjoyed it. The room was challenging but we ended up getting out with a few minutes to spare. Very fun experience.

Really poor experience here and when it was surfaced to management it was handled super unprofessionally. Everything in the room was messed up and missing before we started. Set up for disaster. Even the markers to write ran out of ink. Would not recommend.
