Puzzle Break - Room Escape & Team Games Seattle

I went to the escape from Seattle puzzle for my birthday with a group of friends. We had a blast! The room was incredibly well decorated and fit the 1962 time period with hand crafted pieces quite well. We barely made it out and it was a perfect level of challenge for us!

Eric and Melissa were amazing! Melissa was great at welcoming us and Eric was an amazing game master! We did the Escape from Seattle and it was the hardest room because we only had 36 seconds. But it was so great. Definitely recommend coming back!

Great escape room! Enjoyed all the puzzles. Some required more thinking that others but great nonetheless. They have a decent waiting room with water, if you are thirsty. Joanna, Mo, and Melissa were very accommodating! We ended up doing 3 rooms on one day. Alittle hard to find the place and finding parking being that it is near so many activities and restaurants. Outside of that, definitely come and try the rooms.

We played the highly-rated Puppeteer s Workshop and had a fantastic time. Melissa was very helpful, explaining the process and securing discounted vouchers for future games. We completed the game within the hour, although we felt we could have solved some puzzles faster. The experience was excellent, with well-crafted, descriptive clues that didn t require hints. The team s effort to customize the game for us made it even more special.

One of the best experiences in Seattle. I ve come here twice, I can t remember who helped us the first time but the second time Tyler and Melissa acted as our guide and game master respectively and made sure we had a great experience. The rooms were designed really well, with really nice intuitive puzzles and some fantastic interiors. The sets were fantastic and really immersive. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to coming back to finish up the rooms I haven t tried yet

My wife and I were passing through on our way back home and had time to kill before heading to the airport. We found Puzzle Break online and decided to book a couple of rooms. We were not disappointed at all. Having done escape rooms from one side of the country to the other, we were looking for something new and different. Our first room, Puppeteer, was awesome. Read full review left and only a few little nudges. The second room, Escape from Seattle, was well designed and the local theme was very cool. Unfortunately, not all of the challenges were logical and we struggled to complete some of the tasks without assistance. Overall, I would definitely recommend the location and the rooms were worth the time.

Had an amazing time completing against another group of friends (red vs blue rooms)! The story was compelling, the theme was fun, the puzzles were tricky but not impossible. Some were easier than others, so there is a level of difficulty fit for everyone in the group! What a great experience. My team cracked the code with 3 minutes to spare all thanks to Mo! Holley and mo were so helpful and we had such a fun time. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time solving the Eventide Departure Red Room! The puzzles were challenging but not too complicated that my 10-year-old brother couldn t participate with us. Mo and Melissa were great game masters and provided helpful hints without completely giving us the answer. A few times, they were even so nice to give us hints when they saw we were really stuck. We beat the room with just a minute and a half left with Mo snapping a picture for us in the room to capture our victory. I would definitely bring my family here again! Great great time. Thank you!!

The confirmation email for the Seattle location mentioned storing your belongings in a locker, but we arrived and were informed that there were no lockers. While items could be carried into the experience with us, drinks were not allowed, so it was suggested by desk staff for me to leave my bottled soda in the lobby on a shelf. Read full review, but were offered clues. We elected to receive a clue, and the cluegiver Sunny continued to offer clues throughout the experience with us never holding up the paddle. If it were only me playing, I would never have elected to receive a clue, and I would have preferred to not be continually offered clues without holding up the paddle. But this is because I enjoy solving puzzles all on my own. Admittedly, I dont think that I would have solved even one puzzle in this Hard Escape Room of Puppeteers Workshop before time was up! I still think that I would have enjoyed the experience the same without solving anything, but again this is just me. The birthday person who wished to have our group go here felt that the experience was worth the price, and they had fun Two of our attendees arrived late, and it was nice that we were allowed to start the experience without them. Our presenter, Mindy, did a great job of explaining the scenario. While I am not a puzzle-solving fan (I hate them for the most part since I usually cant solve them and wont look up answers or receive hints), I did enjoy this experience and would consider going again sometime for the right storyline. In the past, I have played True Dungeon at PAX West, and I enjoyed that more due to the live performers. It was a pricier experience since I had to pay for PAX West in order to then pay for True Dungeon, but for me the setting and live performances of it provided more bang for the buck.

Came here with a group of 10 for a party and we did two different rooms with a max time of an hour. Holly and Sunny were our game masters and explained the rules clearly and were both super friendly. We did the two largest rooms, Escape the Lost Temple and Escape from Seattle and both rooms were really cool. Both were great and we were able to split up the work so that everyone could participate!

My friend booked the Eventide Departure room for my birthday experience and it was so much fun! This room is awesome because if you have a large party you can compete against each other because they actually have 2 of these rooms. It was rated medium difficulty and I would agree with that. Read full review really like about Puzzle Break is that there are no penalties or limitations for asking for help. Joanna helped us get set up and provided all the information for the game and the story line and was so kind! Thank you to the Puzzle Break team for such a fun birthday experience and we will absolutely be back!

We had the best time. Even with kids aged 8-11, they were still able to solve the puzzles and be challenging enough for all of us! Joanna and Eric were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!!

i did my first escape room here (Escape from The Lost Temple) and it was amazing! Very beginner friendly while being challenging enough to need a hint. Mindy and Sunny were super nice and we couldnt have been happier.

Incredible experience. We threw a birthday party for our daughter. Mindy, Sunny, and Holly took good care of us. We cant wait to do it again. I appreciate it the staffs patience and positivity as we navigated teamwork amongst 11 year-old girls.

Melissa was a great host! We were looking for an escape room last minute and was so happy we found the Escape from Seattle the world s fair affair . Great story & puzzle, beautiful interiors, and hints came in at the perfect time! Can t ask for more from an escape room experience.

Did the Escape from Seattle room with a group of 6 and had a great time! Definitely one of the better escape rooms weve done. Melissa and Joanna were friendly and helpful. The puzzles were reasonably challenging, and the theme was really fun as well. The only note I have is the room may be better for a group of 4 or 5, as some people in my group didnt feel like there was enough to work on at times. Hoping to return again to try another room next time!

Sunny, Mindy, and Darius were all so amazing and we had the best experience! We did the puppeteer workshop and asked for a few clues from Sunny. Everything went smoothly and we had so much fun. My friends and I did the puppeteer workshop room and absolutely loved it! The room and the puzzles were amazingly done and we had loads of fun. Holly was an excellent host and helped us get started lighting fast (as we were running late ) and Darius and Eldon were our game masters and they gave nice hints ^_^

We did 2 rooms back-to-back because they were offering a 30% off an additional room. We did Puppeteers Workshop and Eventide Departure with Monica and Tyler as our game masters. Both rooms were really well done and had elements that I had not seen in other rooms. The Puppeteers Workshop is my 3rd favorite room of all time with a fun personalization element that I have never seen happen before. Monica and Tyler did an amazing job!

Yet another amazing visit to Puzzle Break! Fun for the whole extended family. Mindy was a great host and Darius was extremely helpful. We can t wait to go back.

We did the Temple room and had a great time! Clever puzzles and good room for first timers while still being challenging and fun for people more familiar with escape rooms. Plus, Joanna was an awesome host. Will definitely be coming back.

We did the Puppeteers Workshop room. I went for my nieces 13th birthday. It was absolutely thrilling! It was my first time so was not sure what to expect; and we definitely had a blast! Joanna and Sunny were great!

I went to this place 06/08/2024. Great experience. Joanna and Monica were our gamemasters and they made the experience even better. So kind, good explanations and the games are great!!! Would repeat over and over again.

It was a lot of fun not just solving puzzles and feeling mildly spooked by some of the game elements but also learning more about how my family works together to get things done. Seeing each other s strengths and personalities in action was right up there for awesome along with escaping! Our host Tyler and game master Melissa were super friendly and obviously very well tuned-in to their jobs, and our experience. The occasional clues that Melissa gave us were truly helpful and supportive nudges that didn t take away from us feeling like we were solving the puzzles. The happy birthday note for one of our group members tucked into one of the clues was a a nice touch he appreciated! Our group size = 7, ages 18-55.

Darius was a great game master. He gave us as many hints as we needed. Even though we didnt escape in time, he let us finished. Holly was super helpful on the phone when we were having issues booking our room. We didnt meet Hugo but everyone who were there helped make our experience super enjoyable. Looking forward to the next room we book.
