Trapped Escape Game Nashville

We did the Alcatraz game as a small group of 3 and managed to escape in 59mins and 46 seconds! However, the ideal for Alcatraz is probably about 5-6 people as there are a total of 3 rooms to get through. Id recommend booking in advance (especially if you are a small group) so that others can join. We went around 8:45pm and it was too late to join any other group and the only availability was Alcatraz. We had a great time regardless and super proud we escaped with 14 seconds to spare!!! The prices were really great compared to some other Escape rooms. $28.99+ for adults, $23.99+ for kids and under 6yrs is free! And if you let them know that you wrote a review, you get an additional 20% discount on your next game.

We did Alcatraz and there for a min, it really felt like we were at Alcatraz. The storyline was pretty on-point and the puzzles went with it VERY well. We did have a couple technical difficulties, that caused the game master to come help out. I cant remember our game masters name but she was helpful throughout the whole game and fixing our technical difficulties quickly. Overall, Alcatraz was incredibly fun!

Loved It. Alcatraz was hard. Git stuck cuz an employee was helping another group but she did give us a little time for it. But it threw us off. Still had fun.

So much fun! Beverly was a fantastic host! Definitely will be back again!

We did 2 rooms, and they were fun with excellent themes. Unfortunately, both rooms had a trigger effect that didnt work, causing us to waste a lot of time trying to solve puzzles that we had already solved. They came in and fixed the effect in our first room, but they didnt notice the issue in the second, making that room inescapable. It ruined what was otherwise a good time. That being said, this place has a lot of potential. If they fixed a few small issues they could be truly great.

We did the haunted cabin. There were cool parts to the game. But we had a group of six, two strangers joined us . Did not like that part. I guess you have to pay for eight spots to just have the room for your group. Not worth $200. Didn t get how it was a haunted cabin, nothing ghostly about it. Could hear screaming quit a bit from another room. I think it would of been a lot more fun if they didn t combine groups, we probably would of got a lot farther if we were alone

Went here for my daughters 16th birthday. After nearly 30 minutes in the Capones apartment, the crew noticed that we were putting in the code that was on one if the clues, but someone had changed the code so we were using the wrong information. Not fun when you when you dont have the correct information. We did not escape. Had the blue been correct we would have had over 20 minutes to finish the last clue to escape.

Did the haunted cabin! Great setup. Kids had a blast trying to figure it out. Madeline was amazing and pitched in when we asked! Thanks for helping us escape. Great place for an hour of entertainment.

Did the Alcatraz room, extremely fun and challenging. We will be back soon to try the other rooms.

OMG! I had so much fun celebrating my 36th birthday here. Maddie was great. It was my first escape room. I chose Asylum intentionally for a challenge and was not disappointed. I love puzzles. We didnt escape in an hour but will definitely be back.

Worst escape game Ive ever been to. Haunted Cabin and nothing was haunted about it except MAYBE the light flickering as you go into the next room. Our game guide constantly gave us clues we didnt need because we already completed it. My guess is she wasnt paying attention and wasted our time giving us wrong clues. Some of the parts of the room didnt work and they had to pause the game, come in, and fix it. We beat it, but it was absolute trash. And its way more expensive than its competition. You also cant have a private room to yourself, so bring 8 or expect to share with strangers.

This whats an amazing experience. The staff was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail to us before we walked into the room. This was our first time and we were very confident about what we had to do. The staff also responded fast when we asked for our three free clues. We had a lot of fun and were able to finish before the time ran out. I would definitely recommend the Capone room.

Tricky!! We had a great time escaping Alcatraz. The puzzles really required some work. Almost didn t make it. Worth the money!!

Had a great time...was a little challenging. My wife and I got thru one with just ourselves. If you dont want to be in big groups with people go earlier in the day. My wife and I were the only ones there and didnt have to deal with anyone ....

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The asylum room was very well done. Some of the clues were very difficult. Our only complaint was the staff member before ours didnt properly sanitize the room so extra hints were left over from a previous group which gave of access to a combination code we otherwise would not have found. It did allow us to make it to the end with 3 minutes to spare escaping the asylum. Still a very pleasant experience. Completed in a group of 4.

Very professional, rooms have great story lines. Good team bonding experience, we had an awesome time!

We did the Apocalypse room, and it was great! We have done over 30 rooms nationwide, and this was one of the best rooms we have seen. It was fast paced, flowed well, was easy to track the clues and puzzles. We will be returning on our next visit

it was me and my boyfriends first time going out of town together and we wanted to do a escape room. we choose this amazing place and had a great experience. the staff were absolutely amazing and nice to us and gave us many clues if we needed them. the room we choose was definitely difficult and challenging but we had an amazing time and we will definitely come back whenever we visit tennessee !

We had such a great experience in Asylum with our host! Madeline was so kind and helpful, and we absolutely loved the team building. Would highly recommend this as a date or with a group of friends!

Weve been doing escape games as a family for birthday celebrations and holidays for a few years now. My family was visiting Nashville, so we hit up Trapped (Group of 6). Easy to find, you can see the sign from 65. We did the new Haunted Cabin room. We spent the first 5 min or so admiring how wonderful it was designed, and the ambiance was incredible. When we asked for clues, the ones we were given were vague enough it wasnt pandering, just enough info we could be redirected and still feel proud...
Read full review we figured it out. This room was a 3/5 difficulty, which was perfect for us. Some of our group gets stressed with puzzles or feel inadequate, this had enough to do, that everyone could be involved in some way. So much fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! They also got newly designed merch for the rooms. So prepare to spend some extra, because you will want to get a shirt or sticker.

It was mine and my girlfriends first escape room and was a lot of fun for us. We had an amazing time and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back

Did the Asylum room and we were told after the fact that the room had a malfunction which lead to us not escaping. Could have been out 20 minutes prior. Offered nothing more than sorry from the staff. Super disappointing.

I had such an amazing experience at Trapped Escape. Kelce the person in charge was very helpful and caring. I highly recommend this experience it is going to blow your mind and make you feel totally different from real life as if you get into a time and place capsule and travel somewhere else. I tried Alcatraz room, it was not as difficult as the other rooms but very challenging, the pleasure of solving a puzzle or unlocking something is indescribable.

Nice friendly, helpful staff and a variety of different levels of challenges. We all very much enjoyed it a little tip is have multiple people the more the better extra brains and ideas and more hands. We did the Apocalypse room and there was *a lot* for one hour.

As an avid escape room enthusiast with 20+ games under my belt I have been looking to try other companies with games I have yet to try. The room itself was good however the availability and demeanor of the staff was highly lacking. We yelled for a clue from the game master that introduced the room to us multiple times and never got a response from the staff on the other end. 15 minutes later we asked again for a clue and a different staff gave us 2 different clues for puzzles that we had already...
Read full review solved. After we escaped, the staff walked us to the front, took our picture and left us standing in the lobby. It was by far the worst escape game experience to date. Will not be returning. And if you are looking for an escape game with attentive and personable staff I highly recommend The Escape Game Nashville, Great Room Escape or Escape Experience.

I did asylum and it was good but the door was unlocked to the second room and the button was stuck when she locked it again.

This was my first time doing an escape game & I really enjoyed this location! We did Alcatraz and it was so fun and challenging. Not sure if this is an issue with all locations, or just this one but young children shouldnt be allowed in the rooms. They literally cant contribute in any way and are just in the way! Other than that, 5 stars! :)

This is an incredibly fun and intense escape room! The Asylum themed room is the one my friends and I did and we had a blast! I would suggest to bring a group of 5-8 people to be able to delegate tasks to hopefully escape in time! They also told us there are 3 more themes coming soon at the same location! So if you and your pals love challenging puzzles and an awesome time, go to Trapped. You will not be sorry.
