The staff at the escape room was very friendly and thoughtful, I was able to plan a proposal at the gold rush room, and I was able to talk to David the manager and he was able to coordinate everything for me, and made the proposal go smoothly, the game it self was very fun as well, and we able to still complete the game with 20 minutes left in the board. Yall need to check this place out! Great friendly staff, and so much fun!!!

I recently experienced the escape room and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the immersive puzzles and challenges kept our group engaged and entertained. Jay, our guide, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the experience. He provided just the right amount of hints to keep us moving forward without giving away too much. The attention to detail in the room design was impressive, and each puzzle was cleverly crafted to keep us on our toes. We found ourselves fully immersed in the storyline, eagerly working together to unravel its mysteries. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling and memorable escape room experience.

This was such a great experience and super challenging as well. The staff was friendly especially KeyKey. She made sure we were checked in properly and welcomed our party. We completed the special ops mission and it was fun. Andrew, our game master, provided helpful clues as well.

Fun! Fun! Fun! I had an incredible time at this escape room! Our group of 12, ranging in age from 2 to 39, thoroughly enjoyed solving the playground mission. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make my son s birthday extra special. I highly recommend this place for date nights (with or without kids), friends, team-building events, and families. Having visited many escape rooms, this one is my favorite by far. The detailed layout made me feel like I was in a real classroom and playground.

By far the best escape room I have ever been to. They also took the time to decorate the room for my son s birthday celebration. The staff were all so kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to our next adventure.

We booked The Heist room for a friends birthday and we had Remi as our game master, and it was such a fun time! It was just challenging enough, but eventually we Escaped with the help of all the hints.

We played the depths with Scott as our game master. It was amazing. He knew exactly when we needed a clue even when we didn t know ourselves. We got out with 16 seconds left and Scott gave us the perfect clue to get us out just in time. The puzzles were very well thought out but weren t too difficult. I would definitely come back and play a different game !

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind and accommodating and explained things well. The front desk staff as well as our guide for the room we were doing, I believe his name is Sean(?), were all patient and sweet. The game itself was a fun challenge and it was nice to form a sense of comraderie with the other group that booked the same time slot as us. We had accidentally picked the most difficult room but managed to clear it with just over a minute left. Even though there was no group photo op at the end, they did give us enough time after finishing to take photos on the different rooms. They also helped us take photos so everyone could fit in the shot as well.

Went to visit for my sons birthday and we had a great time! This place is perfect for a family night out or game night. 10/10

I had a GREAT TIME! this was seeing time here i ve done playground and most recently the depths. the staff are so nice and Key-Key was BOMB! She made a personalized birthday card while we were doing our escape room and all the staff signed it. it was such a great experience and i will DEFINITELY be retuning!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience! David was fantastic to work with, meticulously arranging the room for my fiancé and me s proposal. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the overall wonderful atmosphere.

Ive done two escape rooms here and am planning on coming back for a third, the puzzles are excellent and they have a nice mix of the standard themes and new ones I havent seen before. Gold Rush in particular has some really fun and unique gimmicks I wont spoil, plus the staff here are great, shout out to the front desk person with black and white hair (I didnt catch her name but she had a great energy)

My brother, his boyfriend and I have done all the escape rooms at this location and every experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms are always clean and ready to play! We have never had a single issue with doing any of the escape rooms and have only had the best time with every single experience. When we went back, Daniel and Emerson signed us in and introduced us to the room. They were all so nice and great and once we finished, they gave us personalized postcards and free pins for our last room! We were so happy and had the absolutely best time, largely in part because of the amazing staff this escape room location has. Thank you guys so much for treating us so well!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our first and definitely last experience was nothing short of disappointing and deceitful. We booked a room for our family who were visiting from overseas and drove an hour late at night. 5 minutes before we entered we received a phone call letting us know that 4 other individuals had booked into our room and that we would now have to share the game with complete strangers against our wishes. We were shocked. This was NOT mentioned ANYWHERE during the time of booking...
Read full review. We came as a family in order to have an exclusive family experience. We were told that under FAQ s it mentions that if you do not book the entire 8 spots in the room, others can join. Who would look under FAQ s when booking a room They purposely make sure NOT to mention this when you book it which is extremely deceitful! And then they also tried to tell us that we could not receive a refund, only store credit. Why would we want store credit to an escape room!?. The audacity! They did agree in the end to refund us, however, it left us feeling like we had been played for fools. We have no desire to return. The company should be ashamed of themselves. Putting money making before customers experience and not being upfront regarding their policies.

Highly recommend the escape rooms here! I ve done two already and its very fun!! You will have a great time, even the playground which is considered easy is a challenge and so much fun! Had an awesome time!!

I came to this escape room, I did prison break, it was mine and my siblings first time ever, so we were very excited. Location was perfect. The staff was great, very welcoming and comforting. They made instructions clear and were happy to answer any questions I had. I can t wait to come back and bring my entire family!!!! This place was awesome, and let s not forget, it was very cleanly. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would ! Thankyou for having us ! This place and staff is phenomenal!

Did two different rooms in a row. Both a great experience. Well designed puzzles, great set pieces, multiple rooms per escape room. They have many puzzles per room and do not reuse the same gimmick. Shout out to Anthony the game guide gave clear concise explanations and brought fun energy.

My boyfriend and I had the best time doing the Playground puzzle. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The set up was very sophisticated, we felt supported but not spoon fed. The playground can be done with two people but it does make it more difficult. A very fun room!

Went there on Monday afternoon; first had Golden Rush. We were the only group. My 8-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter had great fun with mystery adventures and discovery. We were offered 30% for another game on the same day. I signed up for the Playground game. It turned out the worst experience. We had a family of 3, a mother with 2 teenagers. They were so self-centered and occupied the entire game, which made the whole game chaotic. My 2 poor kids were so bored and I almost walked out...
Read full review in the middle of the game. The design of the games has flaws in nature. Since they allow up to 8 people, you can only get most of the games either you do not have other groups/strangers or if you do, they are decent enough to know how to share. Otherwise, you just waste your one-hour time and money. Updated on 6/19 -David was so nice the he accommodated us for another day with Gold Rush. Being the only family of 4, our kids were able to enjoy and finish the game. They wanted to return in another time. Great customer service. Thank you, David.

Had a wonderful time on my Birthday with Anthony! What an experience with the theme that was on display of the room. From the woods to a small cabin and more so that I don t spoil it for others! Finding each clue was very fluid and the little mini games were an incredible bonus I ve not seen in any other escape room but one other. This is definitely the best one I have gotten to partake in for a good while. Second to none considering how immersed this made me feel!

My group had such a fun time doing Prison Break! This being my second room at TEG, the games are extremely well designed and immersive. The puzzles are a lot of fun to figure out; they are challenging, but not too convoluted. Our game guide Derick did a great job of helping us through the room. His clues were super helpful to our group without revealing the answer. Even though we didn t escape, Derick made sure we had a great time throughout the experience. This place was so fun! My friends and I did Prison Break and made it out with 9 seconds to spare! Such a great activity to do with friends. Keke was great! Definitely going to come back to try the other rooms!

Amazing experience! We all had so much fun for our first time. It was also my daughters birthday and they gave her a card and decorated the room for her.

David (General Manager) and his team always do an amazing job to make sure everyone has the most amazing hour here! We have done three escape rooms in this location and we cant wait to go back to try the rest! Hands down the best escape room we have ever been to! With the best people!
