Definitely recommend. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean/neat including the bathroom. We did the Budapest Express and had a great time. In case youre wondering, yes you can leave during the game to use the facilities but I wouldnt recommend...the time goes quick! My only gripe is that its really expensive but that seems to be the case for most escape rooms I found online. They do offer 15% your next visit which is cool though, so Ill definitely be back.

We had so much fun!! Came with my three boys and hubby!! It was so nerve wrecking trying to escape our room...we did Antidote room!! It was exciting and fun!! We worked together to get the antidote and get out!! Overall great experience. They have different missions to solve,which makes you want to go back. The staff was very nice and answered all questions. They have little activities while you wait, we played jenga. Fun from beginning to end.

Had an amazing experience again with my friends doing mansion murder and with just minute to spare. Will definitely be back to do the other escape rooms. The rooms were well done and puzzle were challenging and will definitely make you think.

Great stuff. I like the bracelets they gave us at the end. I like that the escape rooms are multiple rooms. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

A great time with family! We did the pirate escape room and the puzzles are quite challenging but satisfying when you get them. We didnt beat it, but that just means we need to go back to a different room, which we definitely will be doing! The staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend it for family or friends!

We booked the Scooby-Doo birthday escape room package and adults did the Code and we all had a blast! Adults and kids loved the experience. Cavan was an amazing party host and ensured everyone was attended with refills and food. He had a smile on his face constantly and engaging not only with the kids but as well as the adults. Loved that youre able to bring cold appetizers and snacks as well as BYOB for the adults while they did the escape room. You can also watch on the kids doing the escape room on The TV in the party room (but with no audio). We ll definitely rebook for a kids and/or adult birthday, playdate or adult night. Dont forget to tell Cavan the Scooby-Doo golden party referred you!

Love this place. A lot of fun, complicated enough puzzles to be fun for adults. Storylines are a little corny but in a fun and often slightly campy way. It s super clean, you never have to group up with strangers, and it s conveniently located. They re also very reasonable on the price and give you discounts pretty much every time you go there. I think I ve done just about every room they offer. The classic train murder mystery room is great, and antidote has a few really unique and interesting puzzles.

This was a lot of fun! The room we chose (Budapest Express) was certainly challenging and had us going til the last minute. The bathroom was clean and the room was set up well. Thanks Olivia, Grace, and Emily!

I have mixed feelings.. I read good things about this escape room so I was very excited at first and took some friends here to do the ScoobyDoo one. Overall the theme is awesome. I gotta give credit to that, but there were a few things I didn t like and I ll try to explain without giving much away. First one of the puzzles we solved, we wasted 10-15min because we thought we were doing it wrong, and tried to solve it in a different way, and later realized that the magnets didn t activate properly...
Read full review. I ve done several escape rooms and usually when the staff sees you re doing it right and some things do not activate when they should they let you know so you can retry it, but this wasn t the case. There was another puzzle that to me and the rest of the group was just confusing to solve because of some elements were intertwined with no clear path. At this point we sort of gave up because we were basically running out of time and could not go forward without solving this specific puzzle. When I asked for explanation of this puzzle, the girl recognized the clue wasn t set up the best way but said you could actually solve it by hearing the clicking/sound of some objects placed in the correct positions. Seriously! That defeats the purpose of providing clues for the puzzle, they might as well just say, now brute force this . I thought it was a very poor explanation and this specific instance made my experience less fun. It s just not acceptable if you are paying for the experience but not actually getting it in full. Anyways, after that, she went on trying to solve the remaining puzzles for us and I don t know if it was because she tried to be quick or again the magnets were not properly working at his point I was just suspicious that this room needed some good fixing. I was disappointed since I read this room won some awards a few years ago, but seems I feel it didn t live up to my expectations. And just to clarify, I m no newbie here nor an expert, but I ve done enough escape rooms to know what to expect from them.

Went back and played at the Garwood location. We played the Budapest Express, we had a really good time! Definitely much better experience than our first time. We had a really good time!

I had a GREAT time playing the Antidote game! Olivia, Darren, Brady, Owen, and Karly were amazing game masters and crew. Will definitely come back to play the other games.

Grace, Sydney, and Liv were the best and so helpful! We had so much fun doing Mansion Murder.

Did A Pirates Curse and was worst experience. Everything malfunctioning and held me and my team back, were stuck in the second room because of all the tech issues. Asked for hints and half the time nobody responded or wasn t paying attention to how far we got. Gave us only 50% off for next room. We should ve gotten at least 75% off this wasn t cheap and we paid for a malfunctioning room which was an absolute waste of time. Step up your game

Brady was absolutely wonderful. We escaped budapest express and it was truly so much fun and perfectly challenging ! would reccomend 10/10

We tried the murder mansion escape room. Was fun and challenging but there were a few issues in our game that staff had to come in and help reset the item.

Highly recommend!! The game was really fun but I really want to give a special shout-out to Brady and Sydney. They were really polite and helpful. I love the fact that their party room has everything you need. We just walked in with our cake and water bottles. We had ordered pizzas for our party through them. They have plates, napkins, utensils, wet wipes, Ziploc bags. The party room was clean and ready with a red table cover. It was one of the easiet birthday parties ever. Thank you!

Grace Sydney and live were the best I had a great time at mansion murder even though we lost terribly they comforted us when we lost so poorly!!!!!!!!!!!

We came here with a group of 9 girls for my daughters 10th birthday (didnt do the birthday package, just the game). The staff was patient and accommodating. I waited in the lobby (roomy, comfy and clean) while the girls worked through the game over the hour. All of them agreed the game was FUN, suspenseful and creepy. They played Antidote with no adults in the room and were able to narrowly escape by the end of the hour.

Brady grace and Erin were awesome and they should not be fired
