The Escape Omaha

The staff was really nice but the room left a lot to be desired. It was way too easy and our small group finished in just 28 minutes. For the price I would think it would be more challenging and that there would be more puzzles to solve. The room was also really boring and the props looked like they thrown together in a hurry. We won t be coming back to this one.

We reserved a time for Sunday at 11:00am. The website makes it super simple to do so. I received a reminder email a day before our appt. We showed up about 15min before hand and was greeted by a staff member. They were able to get us in our room a few minutes early. The main reason I only gave 4 stars is because there system is down and we were not able to watch a video they are supposed to show us when we got in the room. Read full review we needed a clue during the time limit, so if a clue was needed, we had to leave the room and find staff and ask for help. The staff did a great job however explaining everything and giving us the backstory for Area 405 which was the room we chose. Once the time started we had a blast. We made it out of the room in 40min but had to request 3 hints, which I guess is the average for this room. We definitely want to come back and try another room

Took my 12yo and 4 friends for her birthday. They had a blast working through the clues in The Lost Antidote and were super proud of themselves when they beat it at the very last second. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to go back and try some other rooms.

I booked a room for my daughter s 18th birthday. From the moment we arrived, staff was super friendly and welcoming! We had already filled out the waivers, so even though we had arrived a little early - we were allowed in the room right away. The girl that helped us out in the room going over instructions, rules, etc had a great sense of humor and awesome customer service skills. She made us all feel at ease - even when we had to ask for a couple of clues haha. The room was fun, everyone ended up having a good time, and the room price for the six of us wasn t that bad at all. We will definitely be back!

Took my son there for his birthday. He had a good time and we actually got out of the room. Pretty fun would do again.

Took the family to celebrate our 10 yr old twin s birthday. We had a really fun time! It was challenging, yet we were still able to figure out the puzzle before time was up. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. I appreciate that you pay by the room instead of per person. Makes it more affordable for larger groups. We ll definitely be back!

We had so much fun! It was challenging, but not frustrating. The host was super nice and helpful. We really liked that you could leave if you needed the bathroom, felt uncomfortable, etc. We did the Lost Antidote. Such a great time!

Had such a great experience! We brought in two groups and went into the Clockwork Killer and the Lost Antidote and they were both great! Staff was friendly and explanations for each of the rooms were informative. Highly recommend!

We were not satisfied with our experience for the amount of money that was paid. We were in room 405 and apparently the equipment was broken by a previous customer which meant that we did not get the informational video that also would have put us in the proper mindset and were not notified of this prior to getting there. We had to ask for two clues which on the second one staff was too busy to respond so I had to leave the room to find someone. Since this event is timed and leaving the room deteriorated...
Read full review the experience this was quite upsetting. Staff was as helpful as they could be given the fact that they were going into multiple rooms. Even after exiting it was anticlimactic and staff was too busy to debrief us or explain if anything else needed to be done, so we just left. Overall the night was not worth what was paid and I would certainly push for a refund.

We brought five 11 y/o girls for our daughter s birthday & they had an awesome time! The staff was great at recommending an age appropriate room & they were accommodating to their 11 y/o energy!

Intro level. Story telling is okay. The way the puzzles are integrated isnt the greatest. A lot of it is just given to you and you have to assume what to do with it and you might go through 4 different assumptions before finding the right one. Better rooms will have written or decipherable clues to tell you how items may interact for those who dont immediately get the correct use. Decoration and state of the rooms is not on par with on other local businesses after doing two rooms at this location.

Both people at the desk were phenomenal! So kind to my daughter and her friends, and helpful. Kids had the best time. 100% will be returning and recommending to friends!

We went in early to avoid any crowds they may have. When we got there, our escape room was assigned to us. We were not able to choose our own type of room. Disappointing. The works were extra friendly and welcoming. Towards the end of our hour, we needed help to get the final puzzle to conquer the room. We found another clue and the helper told us that blue was not needed. When we got down to about 3 minutes left, we asked for help again as we couldn t find anything to get us to solve the last puzzle. The helper came and she told us, Oh, I apologize, you DO need that clue to solve the puzzle . I was not happy as we ran out of time due to the lack of the last clue she said we didn t need.

Stopped for a random Sunday activity for my daughters 15th birthday and they were great! Reservations were easy and the price was great too, $99 for 5 of us to play which comes out to about $20 per person! They went above and beyond on helping us move our time as we were at lunch and it was taking longer than expected, I called and explained the situation and they were more than willing to bump our time up! We did The Lost Antidote, which was a great beginner room. Absolutely will go again when we are in the area!

The room was not particularly well decorated. And the room was significantly too easy. It was just my husband and I and we got out in 25 minutes. For $100 I would hope for a little longer of fun.

The rooms are always fun. The lady at the front took about 12 mins each Time we had a question (twice) so that harbored us a bit. Overall room was fun!

had such an amazing time!! the building is definitely a little sketchy but the lobby area was rather inviting. the room itself was decent and is definitely worth an hour (or less ) of your time for this fun challenge!

This was such a total blast. Really makes you use your brain and work together. The staff were so nice and helpful. The set up of the rooms in the Starlite was awesome. We will be going back for sure. Thank you for a awesome hour of fun. See you again soon.

First off, our group had a great time! That being said, the host wasnt too knowledgeable. Second, the room design was sub-par. Also, if you are looking for a good intro to escape rooms, thats both challenging, but fun...dont pick the lost antidote. It was way too easy

Really nice experience. We had 2 kids (10 and 12) with us, and they had a blast. The staff was very good.

We had a great time. They were well organized. We started a bit early thanks to how fast they got us prepped. The clues were good and fair but not easy or too far fetched. We solved it with 10 min to spare but needed one clue to get us past one overlooked clue. Will go again!
