We took our group of seven for my daughters 27th birthday and we had a blast! The cases we had to open were tricky, the puzzles we had to solve were so clever we needed a clue! The room was clean and fun and we will definitely go back to try one of the other rooms. Shout out to Joey and Tony for being awesome! We had so much fun and they were professional and friendly!

We have done several escape rooms in the past and this room may be a close second to all the rooms weve done, if not even with the top. It was very immersive and had puzzles that we challenging yet solvable. The room itself was decorated very well for the theme and felt like we were actually in the situation. The only minor hiccup was a missing pamphlet that we were given later after asking for a clue (we only asked for three clues total). We (my wife, youngest son, his girlfriend and I) survived the hour and escaped with a mere minute and a half to spare. Looking forward to going back for another adventure soon!

Terrible experience! The gamemaster (JD) was the only one working that night. He had a weird vibe and did not do a good job of harboring trust before the room, which required blindfolding and handcuffing our group at the start. It made one of our team members so uncomfortable that they ended up quitting minutes into it! And the guy took forever to get the key to her handcuffs, which just heightened their anxiety. Awful! Do better! The gamemaster also butted into the room to solve the last two puzzle components for us even though we still had time left. Talk about anticlimactic. A totally weird and unfun escape room facility there are much better escape rooms in the city than this

Our first time here, and we had a blast. We picked the Licastros Liar. It it took us a bit to get the hang of it, but overall, it was a very fun experience. Our host was friendly, attentive, and funny. He let us know that the room we had picked was the hardest of them all. We will definitely be back to finish this room. They were very accommodating. We needed to reschedule our first reservation, and they were very friendly and helpful.

Joey was fun and kind he did a great job! The room was fun and we were told that it was the second hardest room with only a 25% success rate. We got out with 22 minutes left. It didn t really feel that hard I guess and I wish if you got out with a certain amount of time left you could do another room! But overall a good time.

Tony and Juan were amazing. Super friendly, fun, and easy to get along with. We were in heist:reloaded and it was our first experience with an escape room. It was more than we anticipated. We all had such a blast! We are already planning our next trip! Definitely fun for the whole family.

Very good experience. The game masters on 07Apr24 were helpful and kept the players entertained. We book the Starlit Lodge for our daughter s B-day and her friends. They all had a blast and enjoyed it much. Some of their comments were that other scape places focus on breaking codes after codes but this one had more puzzles and clues to put together. Would recommend!

This was my first time in an escape room, I didnt know what to expect.... All I know is...I HAD A BLAST with my team, we got out with 2 minutes to spare & even got our team key on the wall!! We did this as a work team bonding experience & the hour just FLEW BY! So much fun, I am going back again with another group to try out a different room. Joey was an awesome Game Master!

Starlit lodge was by far the most immersive experience my wife and I have had in an escape room (completed over 30 across 5 states). Easily top 3 if not number one. This room was one continuous immersive experience. First escape room we have done that was like this. Definitely worth they try.

Hosted a Birthday party for our son and friends. We did the Star Light Lounge. Tony and Juan with Entrap were very helpful. They helped us complete the game when needed without spoiling anything. Wonderful experience in all!

My family came and did their heist themed room for my sisters birthday! It was so fun, the room was very well designed! Perfect mix of challenging and doable with plenty of surprises! Joey and Tony were our hosts and they were both friendly and helpful!

Family played The Heist and it was challenging but with the helpful clues by Juan and Tony, we survived the room and made it rain the jackpot. Would recommend Entrap for anyone looking for a great experience with family or friends. Also recommended Starlit for the next adventure for us to try. Thanks again Juan and Tony.

What an awesome place to take the family! My kids love it every time we partake in a themed room adventure. This was our 2nd room and we have 2 more to go with hopes they have more to come. Rooms are very well designed and so far our favorite was Starlit Lodge.

Did the Starlit Lodge room with a group of 8 and had a blast. Would recommend maybe 6 or fewer, but it was still a good time. The puzzles were fun but not overly tedious. Tony was helpful in getting us all set up and explaining the rules.

We went here for a work team bonding activity and absolutely LOVED it!! It was super fun and honestly just the right amount of challenging. Joey was very polite, answered all our questions and did a great job telling the story of the room before we got started. Great customer service and very clean!! Definitely would go here again :)

We went for my birthday with my fiance and my family. It was sooooo much fun! We had a great time. Joey and Tony were very helpful and nice. I would absolutely go again.

2nd time here and we are looking forward to a 3rd time. Its always fun and hectic but when a secret door pops open. Thats when its exciting. It gives you another room to explore. Picking out a key to hang on the wall is fun as well. Id definitely recommend Entrap gaming.

PHENOMENAL FUN! Game Master Joey was AMAZING!! Weve been to others and this place is hands-down the BEST! Challenging, but solvable, non-stop fun for the whole family! Awesome detailed setups for each of the themes with surprises galore! Quite the immersive experience! We loved it so much we had to do a second one immediately after! Starlit Lodge was EPIC! We will be back! Thanks again Joey! :)

So so fun!! Definitely the most interactive and best story line out of any escape rooms we have done. Joey was also very helpful and fun. Thanks Joey!

Our group tackled the Starlit, and it was amazing! Our gamemaster Tony was super both before and after our experience. Some of us have done other escape rooms at different places, but this was by far our favorite without a doubt! If you re looking for a way to truly challenge your team or friends, this is it for you.

Took my son and his friends to celebrate his 16th birthday. We split into 2 rooms and safe to say both groups had a great time! Thanks to the super friendly staff, you guys are awesome!

Our group did the casino heist room and it was a blast! Almost got out, had 2 steps left but it was a really good experience! Our game room advisor Omar explained the rules well and was welcoming to us! We will for sure be back to check out the other escape rooms!

This place was super fun! Tony was an awesome host and the whole staff was very kind. The experience was great for a first time escape room and for people who have done one before. 10/10 recommend!!! Definitely will go back and do another room!

Jen was ABSOLUTELY amazing We had a office night and the team at Entrap made our experience worth wild. From the escape room itself, to the staff s energy, we loved every second! Can t wait to return!

We had so much fun! We did the Starlight room and it was very immersive! I definitely recommend! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Toni and all the other staff!
