From the moment we stepped into the themed room, we were fully immersed in the game. The attention to detail in the decor and puzzle design was impressive, and the storyline was engaging and clever. The homies and I definitely had a great time! The basement was unforgettable hahaha ended up face planking but no regrets We enjoyed ourselves and I cant wait to have our friends come over to try it just to see their reactions

This place was awesome!!! My whole family had a great time!!! We did the basement and it was definitely intense. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!! WE DID THIS WITH OUR SON WHO IS HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS FROM THE MILITARY! RENEE WAS OUR GUIDE AND SHE WAS ALSO GREAT!!! 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! WE WILL SURELY BE BACK!!!

We were looking for something fun to do while my family was visiting and I m so glad we landed on Intense Escape! Unbeknownst to my mother, we d booked the scariest room (Basement; 34 people have peed their pants in this room, THIRTY FOUR) and when she arrived, she freaked out (to be fair, she d asked us not to book a scary room and the host had just announced that we might be getting tased?!). Anyway, the host immediately offered to switch us to another room (Diener; super fun, no one peed their pants) without any additional charge or wait time. Top notch service and one of the most creative rooms I ve ever played! We re excited to check out the Bradenton location in December to play the Christmas-themed room. Thank y all!!

Omg this was the most fun and unique escape room I ve ever done!!! These rooms can range from family friendly to intense and we chose intense and do not regret it. The place is also a family company run by a mom and daughter duo. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a ball!! The basement was a bit scary, it tested our abilities to work together and to think calmly in stressful situations. Lots and lost of fun!! Worth every penny.

Book it!!!! We have done a lot of escape rooms but The Basement was hands down the BEST escape room we have ever done!!! Not only was the room amazing and made us all little wusses, but the staff was absolutely amazing and so personal. We have seriously never been so scared before in our lives and I m pretty sure we will have nightmares!!! Book the Basement!!!!!! You won t be disappointed.

I LOVE horror and had an amazing time here. Lets say as a horror aficionado, my knees wobbled quite a few times in the rooms. Theres a how many people have peed their pants counter because of how scary the rooms are. (Good thing their bathrooms are super clean! I recommend using the bathroom beforehand because .... it gets spicy). We did four in this location. There are two locations, one in Bradenton and another here in Brandon. Both businesses are owned by the same family, and they are all amazing...
Read full review and sweet. Since we were there practically all day, we got to chat with them and get to know more about their rooms, the way they run things and their thought process. They even let us beta test one of the rooms that they will be opening to the public soon and it was... INTENSE!

This place is amazing! We did the DIEner. The scenario was amazing and immersive! I will be returning to play the rest of the rooms. All the staff/ owners are so friendly and welcoming.

We completed the basement escape room here and don t regret it. It was the scariest experience of my life but had a lot of fun. We really enjoyed it and would recommended. We will definitely be coming back to complete all of the other escape rooms. Also the staff there was super friendly.

WOW! The basement is off the chain! Hands down one of the best rooms ever! Definitely a must do!

We had so much fun! I can tell you, if you choose scary version, it becomes not your typical escape room! Very intense, but definitely a great time and worth it. The staff are just awesome and offered to take pictures without us even asking. My only (very small) constructive feedback is to maybe get a better device (speaker or screen maybe) to communicate clues. We sometimes had a hard time hearing the clue. Thank you for the awesome experience, we will definitely be back!

Intense! Yes! The basement experience was freakin insane. Had a great experience. Never been so scared. The puzzles were genius. The entire experience was intense. Great job Renee and Destiny. Not for the faint at heart.

MOST INTENSE ROOM IVE EVER BEEN TO !!! 6 of us beat it ages 29-66. One of us even peed ourselves! Once you think you re almost done, there s more puzzles on the other side waiting for you! Highly recommend anyone that wants a thrill to check out the basement room! Staff was amazing!!! Edit: WENT BACK FOR ANOTHER ROOM, this time the diner! The staff is seriously incredible! They go above and beyond to make each group s experience the best!

My family went to Intense Escape last night and did The Die-ner. We had so much fun! The clues were challenging and to add to the stress of figuring out the clues, we had zombies after us! I highly recommend Intense Escape and we will be returning to do The Basement when I don t have my 10 year old son with us since the rooms are scary/fun. Can t wait to return. Owner was also very kind and accommodating.

Loved this place! Don t be afraid to do the scariest one basement! It s so fun and the riddles are great, definitely worth the drive and half the price of many escape rooms but double the fun. Really appreciated the workers on Saturday night, I sadly forget they re names but they were awesome!

This was by far the best Escape room Ive ever experienced! It was extremely scary but full of excitement. We ended up doing The Basement which I highly recommend and make sure to book the live actor. It was such an exhilarating feeling, my heart is still pounding

This was our first ever Escape Room experience and I must say it was the greatest experience. We did The Diner and it was so much fun. The staff was very friendly as well.

I ve been to many escape rooms but this was hands the BEST escape room I ve ever experienced. You can tell Renee and her family thoroughly thought out the details for every clue. I ve never experienced actors in rooms so this was just an amazing, terrifying experience! 10/10

If youre reading this and thinking about doing The Basement..just book it . You will not be disappointed but definitely scared. Way different than other escape rooms Ive done. The live actor really takes the anxiety up a notch. For sure my favorite room Ive done! Make sure you thoroughly read the waiver . Staff is amazing and very kind! We were still talking about the room hours later. Were definitely going back for more

First time and it was a blast! Our family did the DIEner which was challenging and a lot of fun. The owner and staff were great. They took the time to explain the scenario in the beginning as well as talk and laugh about it at the end. We can t wait to try another room.

If you want to go and have a blast GO HERE!!! By far the best escape room I ve ever been to! My family and I did The Basement, and let me tell you your adrenaline WILL be pumping! It was nuts! Staff is absolutely wonderful! I ve been to multiple different escape rooms but this is by far the best! Thank you intense escape for a killer time!!!

This was such a crazy, fun, INTENSE escape room!!! Everything in Basement was well thought out and CRAZY! I do not reccomend taking teenage girls! Lol! But we had a blast and it was very scary! When you think it cant get any worse .....IT DOES!!! Intense Escape is amazing!

Not only was this place the highlight of our tour of Florida ( Orlando- Miami- Fort Myers- Tampa). My wife and I did The Basement after it was recommended to us by more than a few escape enthusiasts and it absolutely lived up to the hype and then some. I will not give any spoilers in this review but I can t imagine anyone experiencing this and not remembering it for the rest of their life. We have literally extended our vacation in order to allow ourselves time to do every room they have to offer...

A side note and another positive experience they offered was the family run staff. Truly some of the kindest people we ve come across and a joy to converse with. Renee is the mom and she created all these rooms/ experiences with her daughter. They have an amazing story and I ll leave it to them to share with you when you meet them. If I could give 100 I would do so happily. Seriously do yourself a favor and put this stop on your list no matter what. You will return once you ve experienced this place. You will even likely do the same room several times to enjoy watching family and friends experience it after you have. I know I already reviewed the Bradenton location and It was amazing, but I want to shout out The tampa location because of the AMAZING time my two best friends and I had last night. We did the Basement and the DIEner and I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH how FANTASTIC the staff is at both locations. I have done over 60 escape rooms and my top 3 are Unholy, the Basement, and the DIEner from Intense Escape. You guys are THE BEST and we cant wait to come back and do the last two we havent done there yet! :)

We always have such an amazing time at Intense Escape, truly the people there are so wonderful! Our game master was Raegan and aside from making our Buried Alive room so cool, she is also SUCH a sweet human!!! She made our experience even better with her happy personality and goofy humor!

I went for my brothers birthday and I gotta say, very great experience! The puzzles and the environment was very cool. We did the jungle fever one and got to see the others and I really wanna go back and do some other ones. Overall great time I recommend.

I have done two rooms here and both have been AMAZING experiences, everyone runs these rooms with care and love. They are challenging and scary, but still so so fun 100% recommend coming to do a room here.

Have been to a few Escape rooms and I would put this location above all others in the area hands down! Went with my wife and two kids, and everyone loved it! Already planning next trip!
