We did the Dine at Dusk escape room and we had a good time but honestly it was the worst escape room I ve ever done. Just was not much. I was expecting more rooms and a proper ending. We all left feeling like oh is that it? Can t be. Also the markers were out of ink and the final door was left open by the team before us and it hadn t been reset so we beat the game then went back in to properly solve it just to go back out the already open door u guys can do better.

This is an awesome awesome escape room!! The theming is amazing the puzzles are great and themed! We did the cabin one and it was awesome! Thanks to Ryan! You were super great and helpful! Going back to do all of them today! Only downside is you need a minimum of 3 people to play. :( But the rooms are great

Hands down the best escape room I ve been to. They are on a completely different level than the ones I have been to! The story line is fantastic! We did gineva trail, I think that s what it s called, and it s a cabin themed room! Awesome! My wife hates the woods and it was the closest I can get her to camping. Highly recommend. Can t wait to get the group together to do another room! I was told not to spoil anything, but well worth it, and highly challenging. We did not get out in time but hope to do better when we go back next time.

My first escape room. Honestly was the most exhilarating experience Ive had for a while. The design was genius. Samaiya and Josh (I think was his name) were awesome hosts. Would definitely return to try the other rooms if the opportunity arises.

Either the puzzles are broken or the staffs are not paying attention. Completed two puzzles and nothing unlock. Had to ask if we did it correctly. We did and then the staff unlocked the next door.

We did the Dine In escape room with a group of 9, which probably isn t the optimal group size, but we had a great time! Robin & Rori were very patient with explaining the setup, and the puzzles were challenging but not too difficult. The ending was a little anticlimactic, but otherwise a really fun experience.

One of the worst escape rooms Ive ever done. All of the puzzles were either broken or not reset by staff correctly. Staff wasnt playing attention and had to ask for a clue 4 times before receiving a response.

I went with 3 other people and it was genuinely so much fun. You just have to make sure you don t go with serious people or you re going to ruin it for yourself. Some man came in in the middle of the escape room to help us and all of us shrieked. So maybe a little warning next time. Possibly a knock. We had to ask for clues every 5 minutes. Bring at least one smart person.

I ve done over 20 escape rooms in Florida and this is one of the worst experiences I ve had. For context: I did Geneva with two friends (5/13/2023) 1) when we did the knocking in the closet they did not manually unlock the door for 10-15 minutes. We knocked the same way over and over and ended up wasting a hint to be told that we were knocking correctly in the first place. 2) we asked for not one, not two, but THREE hints on the weighing in the second room and we were given the same hint...
over and over and over and only AFTER we finished the escape room one of the employees told us that we didn t even unlock one of the things we needed for that room. So our escape room operator continuously gave us a hint knowing that we were missing a clue and had no chance of solving the puzzle we were literally asking for hints on (and she knew we were missing it because the books needed for it were in plain sight on the couch). *we were specifically told after the escape room that people often have difficulty with that part by a different employee so the fact that the operator didn t even try to help us is off putting. 3) we were told that the reason why things were unlocked late was because our attendant was busy with other parties but when we spend almost $100 dollars for an experience I feel ripped off knowing that we were knowingly being ignored. The rooms are great and well designed but it s not fair that they weren t paying attention and ruined the experience :(

Best Escape room ever! Such a great experience for our friends bachelorette party. Shannon was our host and went out of her way to make sure we all had a good time! 10/10 would recommend this for a fun group outing!

I went on a double date and the four of us did the Two Thirty Nine room. It is 35 minutes long. We had a blast and successfully completed the room with about a minute left. It was thrilling and a ton of fun. The employees are kind and helpful. Melisa was awesome!! She answered all of our questions and took photos for us when we finished. This was my first time at an escape room and I had an amazing experience. Will definitely be going again to do the other rooms.

Geneva Trail was quite frankly one of the worst escape rooms I have ever done, and I have done a lot of them. First thing we noticed when we got in the room is that there was no AC. By the end it looked like we had gone to the gym and completed a 60 minute spinning course. Next was half of the props were broken and had signs saying please do not touch. After starting the room we had one of the staff essentially telling us what to do over the walkie talkie what you should be doing. We do not want...
anyone telling us what we should be figuring out on our own, it kind of defeats the purpose. Finally in the last room there are instructions on using some balance scale, which apparently was broken also. So what they did was introduce a digital scale to figure out the final puzzle. Unfortunately the scale was not in the correct units so calculating the final code was impossible. After sweating and struggling with this puzzle for like 15 minutes or so, someone had to come in and reset the scale. Finally we got the correct code and we were able to escape and enjoy some AC which was by far the best part of the whole experience. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. 0/5 stars

Doing escape rooms has become somewhat of a tradition for my fiance and I. So I have really been wanting to try this place out. We did room two thirty nine with our 2 other friends and it was pretty cool. The staff was really kind and helpful when we needed it. We mostly tried not to use any sort of clues because were all very stubborn people. But 100% I would recommend this place to anyone who loves escape rooms as much as we do. Cant wait to try out their special Halloween rooms this month .

Me and 3 friends did an escape room here and it was one of the most fun experiences we ve ever done!! We did the room Two-Thirty-Nine and it s equally challenging as it was scary! It starts in complete darkness which is actually super unnerving (in a good way). This was our first escape room and we were very impressed with the puzzles. I d highly recommend doing this for a fun get-together with friends or family. I can t wait to try one of the other escape rooms at Evolution.

I was looking for something fun to do with my family. We decided to go to Evolution Escape. The website says that 3 people are required to run the room. We had 3 people so it was perfect! Upon arrival, we were told that we needed to pay for 5 people to play. Talk about bait and switch. In their frequently asked questions, it says that to get a private room, you have to buy all available tickets. We were cool with just buying the 3 and having a public room. The Evolution team was not. They insisted...
upon the 5 person minimum that was written exactly NOWHERE. I spoke with a manager named James and he was unhelpful. He stuck to the company line. I spoke with his manager (CeCe?) and she told me that I had misread the advertising (which I had not). They d rather leave the room empty than allow us to pay for just the 3 people. It s absurd. I m a reasonable person, if there s a room rate, state it. If there s a minimum, state it. Don t say a minimum of 3 and then charge for 5. It s a pretty simple concept. I d recommend avoiding this place along with its parent organization Xtreme Action Park.

My family and I go to escape rooms very often throughout FL and other states. If you are an escape room enthusiast, I would NOT go here. My family and I had such a disappointing and poor experience this past Sunday while trying to celebrate a few birthday surprises. We had completed Dine in at Dusk in 30 mins. The room itself was well decorated but many things in the room were not working properly and we had to remind our game master to give us a marker midway. What was most upsetting was the poor...
customer service at extreme action park. The game master was a very unenthusiastic employee that clearly did not want to be there. She brought us into the room without any backstory on the theme-- this was annoying because many members of our group were lost to what the story was even about. She then promptly went to show us all the locks on the cabinets that we needed to open and even the order in which to open the cabinets... Is this not defeating the purpose of the escape room? Overall very disappointing experience

So much fun. This was our first escape room and loved the time, space, and experience. Lilly and Nicolle were so nice and helpful. We are definitely going back to try more.

We went to the escape room Dine In . While the concept of it was pretty interesting, everything else was horrible. Starting from the fact that we were not given any instructions about anything! There is a lock that we were stuck on as we were not instructed on how to reset it! After the game we asked the girl at the reception why she didn t tell us about it prior to us starting the game, she couldn t say a word. The pink and blue papers that we found on the way were supposed to be used at the very...
end. Every clue that the receptionist was giving was confusing us even more. The girl did not care about us having fun time. She kicked us out right after 1 hour. She did not bother to explain and guide us through the rest of the game or tell us the story. We had a very bad experience because of the horrible service and communication. I don t usually write reviews but the careless behavior of the guide was just way over the limits.

This was so much fun! Definitely helps with bonding and connecting the dots. Shannon was also amazing. She made us feel welcomed and intrigued. Would totally do the other escape rooms here.

I ve done more than 30 escape rooms in various counties and all around United States and let me tell you, this was the worst experience I ve ever had in my life. The room (we went to the diner one) was extremely confusing and they gave 0 idea on how to even reset the lock that we ve never used before. Each step was coming out of nowhere, the girl giving us the clues was extraordinary unprofessional. We asked her for multiple clues and she was saying the most obvious things that we already knew...
. After the game ended, she basically kicked us out and when one of our team members asked how we were supposed to know something, she was literally silent, she didn t reply. Even before the game started, the staff was taking their time to talk to other customers and telling us that they are deducting that time from our game at the same time. I honestly will never step my foot in this place ever again. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Worst experience.

Firstly, employee Amanda Doty was fun, thorough, and prepped our group for an awesome hour of excitement. We enjoyed her so much that we requested she oversee our mission. She s a keeper! We adored her. The mission was so intricate and creative! We loved it. Highly recommend.

Came here for the Dine in at Dusk game the other day and it was amazing. Came back today to play Geneva Trail and enjoyed that one too! Both games were roughly challenging here and there, but of course everything made sense. The design in each room was phenomenal. Tyreese was great at making sure we checked in and talked with us a bit. Matt ran our game for the Geneva Trail and gave us a hint and made sure we stayed on track. Thanks again guys!
