Complexity: A Puzzling Adventure Farmington

Had so much fun with the Hunt for the dead seas souls room! Liz was very friendly and helpful and made it a good experience for us all. (confirmation code 8F5912)

We had such a fabulous time and were treated like gold!! Three generations of 11 players and everyone enjoyed themselves! That was all thanks to Liz, our game master! She was awesome! The rooms were incredibly interesting and the mall was my favorite while my son loved the Pirate ghost room! Our confirmation code was 65CDB0.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time doing the Mall escape room today (C75605). The introduction and the setup was clear and got us off to a great start. We had a lot of early wins that was motivating and the escape room had some unique elements that were fun to puzzle over. There were a couple items with some minor technical issues but the escape room person was attentive and helpful, which avoided us losing much time. We are looking forward to some new escape room options at this location!

Code: D2651D I did the hunt for the Dead Sea souls escape room. Very fun and challenging, room was very cool looking. Booking was easy and efficient. Troy are escape room manger was very helpful and kind. He offered helpful hints when asked while also allowing us to figure the puzzles out for ourselves. He was also a great story teller. 10/10 experience. Thanks to Troy for helping me and me friend have a great time!

This escape room was so fun and cleverly built!! The difficulty was on the easier side for my cousins and me as we do escape rooms often, but it was made up for by how beautiful the set design was! Our code is: 3BC5ED and our game master was great!!

Brit might be the most fabulous gamemaster that ever existed. She made our experience as first time participants truly wonderful. The pirate room was challenging and we are a bit dim but Brit was there to be our shining light and take us to finish line. A really well thought out escape room. We played The Hunt For The Dead Sea Souls with three people. Puzzles werent TOO difficult, it was me, my wife, and my 9 year old daughter. All were able to participate and accomplish tasks. Great theming, great assortment of locks. Looking forward to playing The Mall at this location. We came as a family of 4, 2 teenagers and this was great on building teamwork and learning to communicate with each other. The escape room we had was a moderate challenge, The Hunt for the Dead Sea Souls and finished just in time with 28 seconds left. We can t wait to come back and hopefully we are lucky to have Brittney as our game master!

Our Mall experience (2DB5CO) was such great fun. Eight of us ages 12 to 69 managed to complete our escape with 6 minutes to spare. Britney was our hostess and provided a few subtle hints when we couldn t quite get it. A first time for most of us and looking forward to more puzzling adventures.

I took my daughter and 7 of her friends today for her 15th birthday. The girls had a blast and were able to escape the mall with 8 minutes left! All the girls were 13/14 year old so I had to be in the room as well, but they were able to follow the clues without my help. Liz was very friendly and helpful when the girls needed a clue. My family of four (A3DDBO) played the mall today and had a great time. It was the perfect type of room - not too easy but not so complex that we couldn t methodically make our way through the room. We didn t need any hints but had to think to figure things out. Troy helped us out and he was great and gave us very good and clear instructions before. My kids are 20 and 15 so we didn t play with small kids.

Confirmation Code: 9C5C62 My family was looking for something fun to do today on New Years Eve, and we ultimately decided to make a reservation for The Mall escape room here at Complexity in Farmington. As my parents had never done an escape room before, they were a bit skeptical, but they could not have had a better time. With Alexis as the master of our puzzle, we were able to enjoy solving the various puzzles of the room as a collective albeit with a helpful hint along the way. It is safe to say that my parents are definitely interested in partaking in more escape room experiences in the future now thanks to Complexity!

Went here for a resident wellness event with my fellow co-residents. We did 2 escape rooms and both were great. Staff was really nice, amiable, and accommodating. We were seasoned puzzlers and still enjoyed both rooms. Would recommend to anyone regardless of experience!

Confirmation code: 49C6DB with Liz This is our second time coming here so we have done both the mall and the Dead Sea. The mall is better and felt more intricate but the Dead Sea is good too. Overall it s a moderately challenging escape room that s kind of hidden when finding it at night. But the staff is really nice and helpful and it s definitely one of our favorites.
