HD Escape Rooms - Denver

Paul was a great guy to work with and helped in a good way, but only when needed. We did have some issues with a lock not opening with the right code, so we veered toward other ideas and that really messed us up. Fun challenge, though! Wed do a different one soon.

SO FUN! I went with 3 other friends to conquer the Lost Temple escape room and we had a blast! V was an amazing host and accommodated for us even though we were caught in traffic and were late to our booking timeframe. Definitely will be coming back to conquer more rooms and to take a Ghost Tour!

V was great and gave my family a little more time. Overall, it was a great experience and recommend for families to work together on a common issue. Got my teenage son to participate in a family activity. We will be back... They have ghost tours as well. Above excellent customer service... 5 stars plus and recommended..... Thank you again, V!

The haunted room was very tricky and really tested us. The atmosphere was immersive. V was a fun and high energy host. They really did a lot in a cozy space. The speakeasy history was cool too!

We had a great experience at HD Escape Room, our kids loved it too. There are a few different rooms based on the difficulty level you prefer. Paul was our host and he was fantastic. We can t wait to come back and try another room!

The lost temple was a great beginner room, and our kids really enjoyed it with us. Paul was super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

This was such a fun experience! Our escape guide Paul was friendly and explained everything we needed to know before entering the escape room. We had six people in our group and did the Lost Temple. We got out with 17 minutes to spare! It was challenging, but manageable for someones first time experience. Cant wait to come back and do the other rooms!

Update: They never returned her money after telling her 7-10 business days. What a scam. They double charged our daughter and havent refunded her money. I would recommend you dont go there. They like to rip people off and make you do the work to correct their mistakes. Awful business. Response to HD Rooms. Shes been waiting for the refund for about 2 weeks. Youre aware just not returning the money, so she has to dispute with the bank. Why not refund when you screw up? Thats on you, not the customer.

We escaped with time to spare! We had a great time at Caribbean Curse! Our host Heidi was fun and did a great job. We ve done several escape room and this had some Unique puzzles that we hadn t seen.

Brittany was amazing!!! So kind and helpful throughout the whole thing! Only complaint we have is a notebook/tablet of sorts to write down clues/info would have been really nice. Overall, great experience! Loved the Caribbean Curse room a lot!

So much fun! Last minute date night with the family. Paul was amazing- his personality was infectious. Temple is the best for beginners

Hedy and Paul were amazing employees! We did the Haunted room and it was definitely a challenge but we had a blast. Almost made it out. Good luck with this room!

Awesome escape room! Very fun puzzles and themes that were difficult but made sense (even if some hints were needed). Paul was super friendly and helpful as well. Well definitely be back to do the other rooms and the ghost tours!

Our group did the Haunted room, which was a lot of fun. We found one of the puzzles in the room not intuitive, but it was a great vibe anyway. Paul was really great and gave us great history of the actual venue. :)

The (Haunted) escape room was fun interactive and was the first escape room that I had to find a code to even get into the room. HD Escape Room is a must place to go to when your in Denver. Heidy and Paul where awesome. SHOUT OUT TO HD ESCAPE ROOMS

Very cute space! Better for smaller groups but they said they have another location in Westminster that they said was bigger. Josiah was a lovely game host! He explained everything well and made sure we knew how to play. Thanks!

Our game master was very condescending and rude. When we asked for clues he made us feel bad and stupid about it. The clues weren t even helpful and we were given clues to puzzles we already solved. After we escaped he walked in and was mean about how many clues we used. I will not be coming back here because of it. It really ruined our experience.

My wife and I love HD! We ve been to Westminster and Denver locations and love them both! Paul at HD Escape Rooms in Denver provided us with a solid experience. He was attentive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring that we understood the rules and hints when needed. He maintained professionalism and kept the game moving smoothly. Blain and Paul were awesome game masters. We did The Temple room. Very immersive from the sound effects to the lighting and all the amazing props. Great room- we highly recommend trying it.

We had a very fun experience. It was challenging and we all got so excited when we opened the locks and uncovered the clues. Brittany was a fantastic host and explained things very well. Highly recommend. Great family experience.

My first escape room and I loved it! I was nervous to start but Paul was wonderful and made me feel confident to get through it! It was fun, will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

It was coming down to the wire, and we had to use some hints, but we made it out with the Treasure! Overall great experience! Thanks for the adventure V!

As someone who has worked in escape rooms before, this place is so poorly run/designed and not worth the money. My friends and I did the haunted room on 05/3/24 and yes we except it to be small as for the story on the website but that wasn t the issue at all. Our game master was not paying well enough attention through the game as we were getting hints for puzzles that we had already completed through the game. And when we were genuinely stuck instead of just typing out a custom hint, as i know...
Read full review that is something that they can do. The game master walked into the room and was very condescending in the way of giving the hint. Almost as if he didn t wanted to be working there. Honestly better training on how to work the system that you use for hints would help my review be higher. From not only personal experience but experience as a game master as well, this is a good set up for people who are new to escape rooms rather than experienced players or those who know how escape rooms are suppose to run.

We had booked a Groupon for an event and we re having trouble with the code. We expressed this to the attendant who was reluctant to assist us in any way. When we agreed to call Groupon to resolve the issue he rushed us out of the establishment so that he didn t have to assist us. He said there s the door . He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and overall unwilling to assist us. I m very disappointed by the customer service as I was excited by the rooms. I will not be returning or recommending this escape room.
