Homicide Hotel is the 41st escape room weve ever done and is definitely in our top 5 favorites. No detail was looked over. Even the lobby (pictured) is so cool and makes you feel like youre actually in a sketchy hotel. The room had a lot of fun and unique puzzles that were challenging for us and lots of things weve never seen before. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, experienced or not. We cant wait to come back and do the second room! Also our host was really cool and seemed genuinely happy to be working there and helped set the tone. Very happy with our experience!

Amazing experience! we did manage to escape but this is not the reason for the review. The clear thought that went into the room 303 puzzle was super creative and helped get into the great storyline. The puzzles were diverse and were easy enough for different player types. My personal favorite part of the puzzel was the set design. Each room in the puzzel added to the look and feel of the escape room as a whole!

Awesome room. Very well themed and fun! We had our 12 year old horror movie loving daughter with us and she loved it too. Wish we had time to do the second room but sadly we didnt.

My wife and I did both of their rooms back-to-back because the storyline runs between them, and we loved them both. The decor is amazing as soon as you walk in the door. Everything is clean, the puzzles are unique and they have a good mix of high tech and manual puzzles. All puzzles were unique between the two rooms too, which is always good. Were looking forward to coming back and doing chapter 3 when its ready.

Rating 3 stars to split the difference between both rooms. I highly recommend Chapter 1 for a great room experience. The puzzles are well-crafted and fitting to the story, the scenery is next level, and it is just fun to experience. However, Chapter 2 falls short in several major areas. One puzzle near the beginning seemed broken, costing us 5-8 minutes trying to get the correct code to trigger a mechanism. Additionally, some puzzles are nearly identical to those in Chapter 1, and overall, the puzzles...
don t fit the story as well and lack the innovation seen in newer rooms. It feels like the creators poured their heart and soul into the first room but struggled to continue the story effectively in the second room with the available space and while trying to differentiate it from the first. A few tweaks to the props and cluing could significantly improve the playing experience. Much respect to the creators; I do recommend playing Chapter 1.

We had a great experience with 303 Escape. We did both room 303 and the dark heart of the hotel, and it was defiantly worth it to experience them back to back. It felt really immersive, and the rooms are different enough that you dont feel like you are repeating the challenges. We had 5 people in our group ad there was plenty for everyone to do.

Overall, I can t say enough great things about 303 Escape. The story is great! The rooms are fun and well thought out, not to mention every puzzle is flawless and functions exactly as intended. There are no fussy locks that have to be EXACTLY perfect to open, or staff coming in to see why whatever didn t pop open. You are also fully in charge of how much help you do or don t receive. My daughter and I did both rooms in one evening and had a great time! The staff were fun and very accommodating...
. My daughter is 14 and normally great with spooky and scary things - asking to go haunted houses and watch horror movies. For whatever reason she managed to really psych herself out the night we played these rooms. The staff was great with helping her feel more comfortable by turning down the music and letting us know when we needed to turn the lights back off to see a clue. She was able to play the rooms to completion and still enjoy herself. I was very grateful for the minor accommodations which made a great deal of difference. With all that said, the rooms are definitely spooky but nothing overly terrifying by any means. I m guessing if we had gone during the daytime, there wouldn t have been any issues.

AMAZING!! Did both chapters and the immersion was amazing, and the puzzles were perfectly challenging! Had Jerrod for the second chapter and he was amazing! Acted and made it much more fun and scary. Walked us through afterwards and answered questions. Overall, amazing escape room! Pumped for chapter 3!!!

I did both Room 303 and Dark Heart and they are so good! Some of the best and most immersive escape rooms I ve ever been to. The puzzles were challenging but completely understandable. Highly recommend for any groups who want a scary but absolutely fun time!!

I did both escape rooms, chapter 1 and chapter 2 and these are some of the best I have seen. The backdrop is amazing and very immersive, and the puzzles are fun and solvable if you approach them logically. The escape rate is small but if you are not going for glory, they give you just enough of a clue to move you along without giving away too much. I am super excited for chapter 3!

My daughter and I like to do escape rooms when we travel. We are not always successful, but usually enjoy them anyway. We looked up rooms in the Denver area and she picked the 303 Hotel right away. It was fully booked, so we did a different one at a different place for that night, but she went ahead and booked this one too for a couple days later. We didn t love the other one at all. We were excited to be doing this one tonight and had friends also in the area who agreed to go do this...
one with us. It was awesome! Loved the many layers, the story, the working of the clues, the twists and turns, and most of all, escaping! The uniqueness of the puzzles, the themed decore, and the game master were all on point. Many thanks for the fun!

While chapter 1 seemed far better than chapter 2, both rooms were incredibly well done. The puzzles were varied and interesting, every detail fit thematically, and the experience was great. I will say that Chapter 2, while much scarier, did not have as excellent of puzzles as Chapter 1, and my group was able to flub our way through a few things without actually understanding what we did. The game masters were excellent- very helpful and bought into their roles. I would definitely recommend chapter 1.

This was a lot of fun! I do recommend starting from chapter 1 to see everything tie together, we started at two only because of time availability. I loved how they got into character telling us the story from beginning to end. Super excited to see how the third part comes out when it s all ready!

Excellent fun! Every team member had plenty of opportunities to contribute, the props were fascinating, and the host paid attention and gave us just the right amount of help when we asked for it. This was definitely one of the very best escape rooms I ve done!

One of the best escape room experiences Ive ever had! Both Jerrod and Abe made this such a great experience. We were hooked after completing Room 303 and immediately signed up to complete Dark Heart of the Hotel the same day. The puzzles were extremely unique and satisfying. We cant wait for Chapter 3!

My family and I just finished our first room here. The production quality of the entire setup is phenomenal. The atmosphere was very immersive, and the puzzles were difficult but fun (HUGE props to the person in charge of making the puzzles!). There was one technical difficulty that caused some issues, but it was a minor inconvenience and easily fixed. The only downside was that the timer wasnt stopped during the fix, so we ran out of time solving the final clue. I wouldnt go with more than five people at a time due to space; that said, I absolutely plan to come back to try the second room, and I will be keeping my ears open for news on the third room when its complete. An absolute must-see for escape room fans.

An absolute fantastic experience! I went with my boyfriend and our friends for a fun experience and we will be going back! The workers were so nice and the room was set up so well. An absolute must if youre into puzzles and hands on things!

303 homicide hotel was the greatest experience yet, taking my fiance out for an anniversary date. We both loved the theme, the puzzles, and the set. Definitely going to go back for a second time. This was our first escape room ever. Shes wanting us to go back right away and I am totally down!

This was such a blast. We did Chapter 1 and had to come back 2 weeks later for Chapter 2. The puzzles were so cool! The hosts for both games were also super nice! Thanks for everything!

Omg this was AWESOME!!! We ve never done an escape room before, except in video games. This was an amazing experience and the atmosphere and hotel hospitality was absolutely on point and breathtaking!! Each clue unlocked another clue or series of clues, clever nudges from the telephone, and the entire room seemed so mysterious and interesting, definitely a unique and universally fun experience!! My boyfriend and I had an incredible time!! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories! WE DIED at 65% completion. DEFINITELY coming back to try again and finish the story! Can t wait for chapter 2, after we try again on chapter 1!!

Took a trip to Denver for the weekend and decided to try out 303 escape. We do a lot of escape rooms and this was by far the best one I ve ever done. The amount of details put into this was insane. Such a good story line. I would def recommend!!

That was so much fun! That was my first experience with an escape room and I enjoyed spending time with my adult kid, accomplishing the tasks as we followed the clues. Even with the hints, we timed out on the last two clues, but kept busy the entire time and laughed. Memorable experience.

This was a lot of fun! It was my first experience with an escape room and I had a blast. The group I was with laughed, screamed, and enjoyed ourselves with the puzzles and storyline for this. The adrenaline was going. Jerrod was a fabulous administrator for this event!

A fun and well-constructed 2-chapter escape room. Lots of attention to atmosphere and theme. The difficulty was in the medium-to-hard range. Of particular note, however, is that the difficulty was not arbitrarily induced by having puzzles where progress or success was ambiguous - a frustrating aspect common to hard escape rooms was that pleasantly absent here.

My partner and I have done both of the Homicide Hotel rooms, and we really enjoyed them! Super immersive and just the right amount of creepy. We did escape from both, though we also opted to get clues/nudges as needed since it was just the two of us trying to do everything. There is truly not a lot to do in Thornton, so I highly recommend 303 Escape for anyone looking for a fun time in the area.

So much fun. Best atmosphere Ive seen in an escape room. Really feels like a hotel room where a murder took place! Highly recommend. Lots of fun.

By far the most dissapointing escape room ive ever been to. Far too overpriced for such cheap and bland decoration. It took less than twenty minutes to solve and honestly looks to be the quality of seasonal haunted houses with not even half the passion. Staff was condeceding, rude, and unhelpful. Never coming back.

The rooms puzzles, theme and decor are well thought out. There was something for everyone to solve. We left very satisfied and are looking forward to the next room. Sam did a great job running the room and made it even more fun for us.

Our group had a really fun time, the puzzles were challenging and creative. The room was very detailed and not too scary for those of us who aren t very big horror fans. We did the first chapter and we are excited to come back and try to escape chapter 2. Thanks for a fun time!

This was sooo much fun! Realistic props and very cool puzzles to solve. Our host Abe was amazing and so into character, it made the experience so much better. Definitely recommend folks to try it.
