This was our first time doing an escape room and we had a blast! Theme for us was H.H. Holmes. Lots of team building puzzles to solve and a pitch dark maze.

Had such a terrible experience here. Ive done 10-15 escape rooms over the last 3 years and this was the worst one yet. The employee working that day was 20 minutes late to open, and arrived extremely flustered because apparently her babysitter didnt follow through. We understand life happens so we let it slide. Then we get into the building and the other 2 super young girls working there show up and they all seem like they have no idea whats going on. Extremely unprofessional. My group and I just...
stand there waiting for instructions/to start our room even though its starting about 40 minutes late now, but these young girls are giggling and totally not reading the room. We had 2 other groups waiting with us and we all looked at each other in disbelief. Then, one of the girls babies shows up and is crying and screaming the whole time shes trying to explain the rules to us. We finally get into the room, and the girl assigned to us forgets to start our time. She just breezes through the instructions, and sits there in the room with us on her phone awkwardly while we try to solve the room, not even knowing how much time there is on the clock. The room we did was 3 adjacent rooms, and in each one, wed ask the girl with us for hints and she said she wasnt up to speed with that room so shed have to run up to the front desk to ask the other employees. Not a very efficient way to give us hints when were being timed. We couldnt even solve the escape room because she couldnt give us hints in time, and also failed to start our time during the last portion. Ended up being a complete waste of our time. 10/10 would NOT recommend going here, there are so many other amazing well done escape rooms in the surrounding area.

So much fun! Dr. Ding was fantastic and helped make my daughters 12th birthday the best ever! This place donates 80 percent of their profits to local food banks and their staff are volunteers!! Highly recommend!

Our group of 5 absolutely loved everything about this place. Vibes were 10/10, loved our instructor, and Game Host. We had a really good time, they all did a wonderful job helping us with clues and puzzles we really didnt understand lol , the storyline was really good. Were all already planning on coming back very soon. Thank you for all that you guys do!

Our family of 4 had a good time here! It took us longest at the beginning, then sped up more towards the end once we understood things more. The props were really fun. There are nice little mechanisms and twists to keep things fun and interesting. We didnt realize this when we booked our time, but we love that the profits go to a food bank for those with special dietary needs. Explanations were good, our room host was great. The dark maze was just perfect for our somewhat nervous children. Thank you for a good time!

Where do I start? First, the volunteers that run this horrible excuse for an escape room were late to open the doors. We called the manager and he sounded mad that no one was there to open. Unbelievably ill run, the clues were all based on dates and names and nothing was cohesive. Intuitive answers were non-existent and not one of these girls knew the rules to the game (they said so) so were unable to give clues to help our group. Everyone was completely unprepared...
, unorganized and moving through each room was painfully slow and an absolute waste of time. Then, when we were in the last room, one of the employees rammed into the door of that room and broke it! We are all suffering from 2nd hand embarrassment. Dont waste your time or money. Hold a fundraiser to give to charity but this is baaaaad.

This was so much fun!! We beat 5 out of 6 rooms and we cant wait to go back and try all the different experiences. The staff is fantastic and so nice. The guide doesnt break character but is always ready with a clue to guide you. The clues arent so obvious as to give it away but can help you out of a bind if you listen closely. I highly recommend checking these rooms out.

Fun experience. The team there was super friendly. The room was fun weve done over 20 rooms and this was a fun one for sure. They do a couple things differently than most but all in all it was fun.

This was a great time with the family. Decided to do something new and looked at groupon and got a great deal for four of us. This was our first time at an escape room and was able to beat 1 of the 3 rooms. Staff was great. They did a great explanation of how it works and warned us for our first time it was heavy on the locks. Yes there was lots of locks but really worth it. Wish they would allowed us to take pictures to promote the escape room but completely understand. Recommend if you have never done one, try it out. Especially if you are competitive with games. Great time, fun, and challenging all in one adventure. Will definitely be back.

Super accommodating for the large group of teens for my daughters 18th birthday! Every single one of them had a great time! It was challenging but not too hard that it ruined the fun!! Will definitely be back!!

This was the first time I ve experienced anything like this. I took my daughter her boyfriend and my granddaughter it was a blast. We finished with 50 seconds to spare. We picked the easiest rooms because it was our first time. Funniest thing about it is I went through the tunnel and I was the last one whoever thought I would go through the tunnel to get to the other side. They have people inside who also are volunteers so they are volunteering their time to help us if you have a problem...
. In the beginning I thought that wouldn t be fun because we have to find our way out, But come to find out it was extremely helpful. Best experience I will be there again the owner gave us a really good discount. If I m not mistaken I believe it was almost 50% off the four of us. Which is really good for a single parent One last thing is I tried this because I said the reviews are good even though there s a couple people who said things that would ve made me change my mind I said I m going to experience for myself and I m glad that I did I will be back thank you again to all those who volunteer and who put it together see you soon!!!! The 444 survivors P.S. I accidentally still had some other money stashed in my hoodie because at that time it was the pocket for all the money we kept finding lol I had to run back in and give it back I was so embarrassed

Brought the family here (teenagers, college and adults) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were challenging enough that we did good in some rooms and got stuck a few times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fun outing for the family.

The Underground was a great setting with a twist on history. We didn t finish, but had a great time! They also support charity and offer a 50% military / first responder discount

Kind volunteer staff help run this escape room which provided an affordable and fun first experience for my husband and i. The volunteer in the room with us was helpful and the counter staff were genuine and interested in our feedback. Good place to take kids, and challenging enough that two adults struggled quite a bit with the puzzles.

We had an absolute BLAST! We were clueless and not very good at finding clues, but by the second room, we were beginning to get the hang of it. Our guide was so kind and patient and did not make fun of us at all. We did not save Abraham Lincoln from being assassinated, but we did manage to find out way through the completely dark maze, so our challenge was a success. Our ages ranged from our 30s to our 70s--fun for all of us!

My family loved this place!! We did the Underground room. I took 7 kids ages 18, 17, 13, 11, 9, 7, and 3 along with my husband and me. It was interesting, entertaining, and not at all scary for my little ones. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we didn t realize they donate almost all their profits to charity!! Highly recommend. Military gets half off!

It was a lot of fun! We did the H.H. Holmes room, and it was interactive and clever. Also, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved that they donate their proceeds to charity. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the Tacoma area.

Clark was my initial contact and he was so nice. They donate most of their proceeds to Emergency Food Network and Diabetes Association of Pierce County. This was a work function and we had a great time. Would go again and try another room. Loads of fun. Thanks for a really good time!!

Me and three boys (ages 10, 10, and 8), had a blast doing this! It was so awesome seeing the boys work together and me challenging myself on trying to figure out the clues. Ive let a lot of friends know. Plus, the money spent goes to a great cause!

Super great experience! A little challenging at first but once we got the gears turning in our brains, we were on a roll! However, we spent too much time on the first few clues so we didn t finish. Haha. Will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was creepy and there was a lot of thought put into the theme of the he room. I would definitely recommend this room. Additionally, they were very supportive and friendly toward Military customers.

Our group of four attempted the H. H. Holmes escape room and sadly did not make it out alive! We did have fun and enjoyed the challenge. The clues were pretty tough, and we plan to return to take on a different escape challenge soon.

This place was huge, staff was friendly and good prices but our room guide just followed us around and basically told us the answers to all of the puzzles/locks. Really took away from the experience, she seemed like she wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible as she was re-setting all of the locks as soon as we finished unlocking them. They said the room had a 50/50 rate of escape but she made it impossible to fail by giving us all of the answers even though none of us ever asked her for help. The rooms were cool, just not sure what the cameras/storyline/clues are for if they have someone following you around telling you what to do the whole time.

Great time! The staff was very friendly and they give most of their profit to a local food bank. We did the urban legends room - good for kids with a helpful ranger that gives clue riddles when you get stuck. Recommended!

This was my first time at an escape room and we had a great time with lots of laughs. I went with two of my girlfriends and we chose the medium level room. The staff were all very accommodating and we will definitely be back!
