I see so many mixed reviews for this escape room. I for one really enjoyed the puzzles in the wizard room, with the exception of one that seemed to not quite work properly. It didn t bother us too much but could have saved our group a few minutes. Miss Sam was our game master and she was really good at making gentle suggestions when we checked in with her. She also gave us time updates! After going to a few escape rooms, this was our favorite so far! We plan to try another room soon!

07/15/23: the experience was fine but not up to my expectations. It was located inside a closed building and you have to use the call box to get buzzed in. Then, you take the elevator down to the basement and you are there. The Game Master was fine but I felt like the puzzles were not challenging compared to the Puzzle Break escape room. I would suggest the Puzzle Break instead of Quest Factor

I would recommend anyone to try Game of Kings quest room. The quest itself is not too challenging, but not easy as well. I loved decorations and a fairytale atmosphere. Try it, you will not regret it!

My husband and I visited for the first time today to do the Jurassic escape room. This was an incredibly well done room. Super immersive, puzzles that arent just finding a code to put in a lock. Beginning the room was a little tougher than some but not overly and once you get started it flows well between puzzles. Theres enough puzzles to engage more than one at a time so people can be working on different things simultaneously. I would consider this a medium difficulty room only because getting started is a little tricky. But overall a great room with intelligently designed and immersive puzzles. Definitely coming back to try the other rooms!!

We had a great time here. We were greeted by a friendly game master who made us feel welcomed and comfortable on our way in, and then had lots of fun playing and ogling the beautiful game room. The set had lots of detail and creativity in it which made the game really engaging. It was easy to forget the world didnt actually hang in the balance as well played

We will not be back. Two stars for the puzzle itself, the rest of the experience honestly sucked. In fairness, Ill preface this by saying our group arrived late because a 7pm start means be there at 6:45pm apparently. A tired employee explained the rules to us in a monotone voice, then left us alone. I wasnt expecting a professional actor but even a tiny amount of enthusiasm would have been nice. We got ~90% of the room finished and checked the clock to see we had about 20 minutes left. No problem...
. To our surprise, a minute or two later an employee burst in to tell us we were done and out of time because our time started at 6:45 and not 7 like we thought. They gave no warning, did not offer hints, just ended the game and told us to leave. Literally EVERY other Escape Room Ive tried gave a 10-15 minute warning. This put a huge damper on the whole experience, and when we expressed that to the employees they didnt give a hoot and were sassy back. If you needed us there by 6:45 then that should have been the booked time. If you wanted us to enjoy the experience, you should have been good hosts. Escape Room hosting is an entertainment job. Hire people who like to entertain and replace these employees who couldnt even feign a smile. If you think Im just being entitled, check out my review for the other Quest Factor location.

This was so fun!! We had a blast, great challenges and super nice employees! The gamemaster we had was super helpful, we asked for time reminders at certain marks and she was so nice! Definitely heading back to escape the next rooms!

Thank you so much Cyrus for your kindness. We arrived late because of the Presidental visit and you still accepted us. You even went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it a great experience for us.

This place was a real bummer. We did the space wars room and there were multiple technical difficulties and mistakes in the room. One part of the room hadn t been reset since the last game. Another part had a trigger that didn t work 90% of the time. Another part had a button that was sticky and took some finessing. One puzzle was turned on before it was supposed to be. There was also a sign that we needed to solve the room but someone from a previous party had removed it and nobody working there...
noticed when they reset it. I feel bad for Mindy, the poor employee there who probably thought my group was a huge bunch of idiots because she didn t realize the sign was missing or that the room hadn t been reset correctly and she had to give us multiple hints that were actually her just telling us what to do. Mindy was very nice and helpful and it was not at all her fault that we had a bad experience. In fact, she mentioned that she purchased the candy for the front desk with her own money because people like it so much, which was sweet. She also mentioned that the space wars room usually has a lot of issues, which made me think that maybe they just shouldn t have this room up and running until everything was fixed.

The room itself (Jurassic Island) was decent. Nothing amazing, but there was 1 really cool moment in this room. The GM was highly inattentive and didnt respond to the walkie talkies when we asked for help, then asked for a tip afterwards

My wife and I went to this place with two of our friends. We loved it we did the challenge called quest for the Holy Grail or some s*** like that. I would say its on the higher end of the escape room paradigm. I also really like that the challenges are one hour instead of some b******* 45 minutes. We will definitely be back if we make new friends.

We played Game of Kings and had fun! For the price paid, I was surprised that the room was high-tech, and not just a bunch of padlocks thrown together. The puzzles are contiguous, and overall the room was well-designed. We ve done a bunch of escape rooms, and we ve paid the same price for some poorly designed, low-tech rooms. It would be nice though if there is a console/tv that displays time. There was one puzzle that didn t activate immediately after we solved it, but didn t impact the overall game. Hopefully the owners address that.

This was a good escape room. We did game of kings which was quite challenging. It was nice of our game master to give us an extra 5 minutes so we were able to win. Only thing that could have been better was that some of the puzzles didn t work right away but the puzzle master was communicative and helped us through them

We had so much fun. It wasn t so hard that you were stumped but it wasn t so easy that you couldn t have fun. Our group was myself, husband and an 11 year old boy. We all felt like we got to contribute. No one was left out. The host was genuinely kind and helpful.

Having done multiple escape rooms before, we knew exactly what to expect. We made it through, but had some issues - keyboard wasn t properly working, and timed out. We were not informed before about this, and were only informed after we asked - some pieces were stuck to the ground, when they shouldn t have been. Game master apologized after. We had to ask for help, instead of being notified about it. - one features of the game took about 10 seconds to register and we were not aware of it. Because of this we kept going in circles - Ending was very anti-climatic. We weren t even sure if we really finished the game. They did give us 10% off, which is reason we are giving 3 stars instead of 2 Wouldn t recommended.

Space War was easily the worst escape room I ve ever tried. It was incredibly linear and boring. The puzzle-solving nature of the escape room was greatly diminished due to a combination of thoughtlessly designed games and bad equipment. The audio presented in various clues was incomprehensible, which interfered with the game. There were tasks where you had to coordinate with the other side that required no skill or problem solving (playing pacman). The website mentions 3+ players only, but it s clear that the room is designed just for two. Since you re only given two radios and the puzzles are extremely linear, any extra folks are just waiting around doing nothing. On top of this, the staff were disengaged. Such a letdown.

We did the Jurassic Island room in Seattle and had a great time. The puzzles were very creative and not too easy. The decorations and props were pretty immersive and fun as well. We will definitely be back to try the other escape rooms!

We were excited to do the wizardry room and came in full HP garb. The game master didn t comment. This lack of enthusiasm and energy was present throughout the experience. We have done many escape rooms and the game master matters! When they are excited and in character the game experience is so much better! Also, would recommend you time yourselves. No countdown in the room and having one would have made us ask for more clues! The theme and effects inside the game were fun. Would have appreciated a game master that paid attention and suggested when we might need a hint!

An otherwise fun experience was unfortunately tainted by rude employees and an uninterested, inattentive games master. The room itself was fun, and with a few exceptions fair and well maintained. Im not sure if this place does things different, but every other escape room Ive been to has a person monitoring your progress and chiming in occasionally for things like time remaining and such. There was none of that here. From my experiences and many other reviews here, I really get the feeling that...
either this company doesnt pay their employees a fair wage, or the employees resent this line of work. Either way I genuinely hope they find job opportunities soon that make them less miserable. I wont be back, despite other interesting rooms I was hoping to try.

We did Jurassic Island. The puzzles were so well designed, and the atmosphere was amazing. Well worth our time. Cyrus was a wonderful operator.

I just recently did Quest Factors latest creation - National Treasure in their Shoreline location - and was so impressed I had to leave the review. The room definitely set the bar for all the other escape rooms I have been to and will visit in the future. Everything - from the room decor to the puzzles - is in beautiful harmony with each other which allows you to dive head first into the incredible world that the room creators made for you. I loved how few ACTUAL locks there were in this...
room and more actual mechanical and electronic puzzles. I have done over 10 escape rooms before the National Treasure and I cannot emphasize how tired I am of just looking for keys and opening locks. Everything worked like a clock. My team and I got so engaged in the room that we even forgot about the time and asking for clues that we had - the room was definitely a brain challenge and we finished it with just seconds lefts before the clock ran out. This is my third room with Quest Factor and I cannot wait for their future creations - they only get better with time. I definitely recommend their rooms and if you like a challenge, go for the National Treasure in their Shoreline location.

Whoever was working on 1/8 around 1:00pm was a super nice guy who helped us navigate the Game of Thrones themed room! The room was super fun and he let us stay a bit longer to finish the room. While there were technical difficulties it is a very technical room- not just a find the numbers for the number lock so if you think you got a puzzle right but nothing happened- use the wakie talkie to confirm and the game master will tell you how to trigger the thing to open. This room was awesome!

Great experience. Played the Kings room, and it did not disappoint. The room was very inactive and perfectly themed. Game Master was awesome. She continually watched our movement through the room. Would return to play other rooms.

We got luck and happened to walk in right when there was availability for their Game of Thrones-esque escape room. Ive done so many escape rooms and I have to say this place is truly in the top 3. I love that there were no key locks, combination locks, directional locks, or any kind of locks! Everything was a puzzle that you needed to find pieces for and/or solve in order to progress. The theme and story are truly what you have to pay attention to and it beats the repetitive find a key/code then open the lock method that many other escape rooms use. The puzzles youll find here are unique and fun. Dont skip out on this experience!

My group of five friends attempted the Game of Kings Escape Room, and it was a first for all but one. Most of us did not know what to expect, but we were very excited to begin. Once we started, we were pleasantly surprised and stumped by some of the puzzles, and we genuinely enjoyed our time during the course of the room. The quality of some of the pieces were very worn; however, we paid no mind since I am sure many people come and go through these rooms. Wear and tear is inevitable. We got...
to the second room, and there was a large pillar that needed to be aligned correctly. It was the first puzzle we solved in the room, but nothing happened. We quickly moved on to other puzzles since we wanted to complete on time. We solved every puzzle we could, but sadly, we ran out of time since we were stumped. The front desk agent, named C, came in to get us, and we asked him what the solution was. He informed us that the pillar was supposed to open which allowed us to finish the last puzzle we were missing. We were extremely bummed out because we could have finished on time had there been no technical difficulties. We all left very disappointed and sad as a whole group, and Cs response to the technical difficulty left a sour taste in our mouth as well. C did not offer an apology or encouragement. He simply said, Well, I wish you wouldve told me. I dont believe he said this maliciously, but due to this being a first escape room for many of us, we didnt know to expect technical difficulties and to call him. We all just assumed that perhaps we needed to solve another puzzle for the mechanics to work. We were not offered any discount or an apology. I honestly wouldnt recommend this Escape Room to others. If you do go, expect that there may be technical difficulties and call the staff if something doesnt seem right or function correctly.

Came with my husband to do the Game of Kings room and were quite disappointed with the experience and environment of the establishment. The game master was also the receptionist, making it so she was unable to give full attention to game mastering the room. It began before we even entered. In the middle of the rules spiel, she got a call needing to let more guests in. Once inside, the game master was too distracted with other duties that she gave us clues to things we already solved on 2 occasions...
. Once on the second room, we requested a clue and did not hear a response for a minute or so because, once again the game master was busy with other duties. It feels that they either have a really poor way of game mastering or they are understaffed and it makes for an unpleasurable experience. It was not the game masters fault that things are set up this way.. Other games find a creative way to have the game master interact with the customers, and this was a walkie talkie that really broke the immersion. This is also the first escape room I have done of many that asked for a tip, which seemed inappropriate for the experience we had. For the money there are better places out there.

Really busy in the lobby for a private experience. Game Master really over worked and not able to pay attention to the room. Walkie talkie was lame and not creative at all. Being in the basement was cool.. the the theme of the room was well done. Overall better experiences to be had for your money.
