Breakout Games - Richmond

We have been there a couple times. Most recently we did kidnapping with Zach and it was so much fun! The clues are engaging, the room is well thought out, and everyone is so kind. Really love it!

It was a family affair. Our family, a group of 8, participated in the Casino game, which was a blast. We ended up breaking the record for escape time! The concept is simple. There is one goal: escape the room in under 1 hour. Youll solve puzzles, crack codes, find hidden items, and more in order to escape. It was thrilling and nail bitting at the same time. Great experience and awesome bonding time. The staff and our game master was fantastic.

Kristen was a great game master. We had loads of fun and it was a challenge to find each clue. Great room set ups with lots of detail.

This was a fun experience for a couples date night! We started right on time after arriving early and completing the wavers. We did the casino breakout room which was definitely challenging we needed a couple of clues and ultimately didn t make it but it was super fun nonetheless! Kristen was a great clue master very straightforward and kind.

We had an absolutely amazing time! Mollie was our host and made the experience so enjoyable. She gave us helpful hints when needed and let us know when we were moving in the right direction. She also interacted with us and made it so fun!

Amanda was very was efficient and helpful. It was a very fun experience with my friends and family to do during the summer. The room we played was Kidnapper 2: Afraid of The Dark, until next time Amanda.

I came with my friends (who are truly like a family at this point) and had so much fun! We did the Mystery Mansion and it was super spooky! We came in May, so not sure if it was more Spring or Summer, but regardless I would come any season of the year! Erica was an amazing Game Master! Couldn t have done it without her!

went there with several generations of our family and we all had a great time at the Casino game. Ethan did a great job hosting and helped us make sure we had a chair for an older family member who wasn t sure if they could stand the whole hour. It was so much fun.

Mollie was our GM and they were amazing. This was the most fun experience I ve had in a while, and on my birthday! Mollie was super chill and was so amazingly helpful with our hints. I had such a great experience so thank you to everyone at Breakout, especially Mollie.

Our Game Master Marissa was fantastic. I did the Kidnapping 2 with 4 friends and had an absolutely blast. Give this woman a raise!

We had a great time in The Kidnapping room with Anthony as our Game Master. It was just two of us playing, and we decided to ask for some hints/nudges in the right direction, but it ended up being just the right balance of challenging yet fun. We are still talking the next day about the puzzles/challenges and what a good time we had. Anthony was fun and attentive and answered our questions before and after. We will definitely be back and recommend Breakout Games to others!

Had an amazing time with the family. We did the kidnapping 2 : after dark. Our game master Dylan was amazing in assisting us when we were not understanding the clues. Greatest of all time. Would definitely come back again !! -Moore Fam.

Bowie was an amazing game master! We played the Bomb Squad room this Spring and can t wait to come back this summer (hopefully sooner!)! Next time we ll be sure to bring our family and friends so that we can share the fun experience! Highly recommend for a fun date night! Thanks Bowie!

I had a birthday breakout escape. Our game master was Erica and she was very helpful. We did the kidnapping and she was able to help us while making it fun. If we said weird comments, she would interact with us, not keeping her talking just for hints. Great experience.

I had so much FUN with MOLLIE as our game master in BOMB SQUAD I booked the room to have a fun SPRING date with my girlfriend. I recommend everyone book now and in the SUMMER to have fun with FRIENDS and FAMILY. Very challenging and fair puzzles, the facilities look very nice and presentable. The staff appear to enjoy what they do and keep a friendly demeanor. I can t speak for all the staff but Mollie was very witty and funny. Thank you!! Mat & Benny

The Casino was very fun with Angie as our game master. It was so much fun! It was a very fun experience with my family and friends to do this summer. Definitely try out the casino if you have the chance and would recommend it to anyone, for sure coming back this summer.

Erica is nothing short of an amazing game host! We did the Mystery Mansion escape room. Highly recommend her if you can. This was a fun way to bond and spend time with family we have in town for the summer. Although I did this escape room with family, this setting is more than suitable to do with friends.

Erica was fantastic! So happy to do this with some of my closest work friends. It was so much fun!! I had done kidnapping 1 and kidnapping 2 was even better. Can t wait to tell my family all about it and come back again this summer.

Getting out of the hot summer sun with friends and family. The experience was a ton of fun. Played the Kidnapping 2 room and it was a great challenge but not impossible. Hope to return in the spring when we have another trip down to Richmond. Lawren was an amazing host and would definitely recommend.

I really liked our game master Erica because she was so much fun to have as a game master and she was so helpful in the escape room. Kidnapped game was a great first experience at this location. We would definitely come back to try Kidnapped 2!

I ve done escape rooms before, but never with just two people, so I was pretty sure we wouldn t make it out. But we did!!! Bomb Squad was a lot of fun!! It was a great memory with my teen daughter. Our Game Master, Angie, was so kind and helpful. Can t wait to come back!!!

we came and participated in the kidnapping room, and anthony was amazing and very helpful! it s a very a family friendly environment. from the moment you walk in you spring into action. it s definitely a ton of fun! it s a perfect summer activity especially when it s so hot outside. i would definitely come back 100%!

After a crazy spring with the best teaching team, I loved getting together with my friends this summer to play The Kidnapping! Erica was amazing and we had so much fun! I cant wait to take my family here!
