PuzzleQuest Chesapeake

We did the Holy Grail room this go around. It was pretty good. Loved the decorations. We bought our tickets online.The only downside to doing these escape rooms at this location - it gets a little warm in the rooms. The rooms are interactive and aren t just a bunch of locks though which we really enjoy the rooms that have more interaction and are immersive. We will be back to do the other rooms in the future!

We tried the raiders of the lost temple room & it was challenging but super fun. The game master was watching the whole time offering help whenever he could. We got into the next room but ran out of time. The game master was nice enough to let us keep playing. We really enjoyed our experience & are definitely coming back.

Their rooms have very good themes, but the puzzles are lacking. Without giving away spoilers, we found one set out of order (which wasted time while we sorted it out); one did not work at all (gamemaster could not open either); and one amounted to I m thinking of a number between 1 and 9,999).

Best escape rooms in Hampton Roads. Each room is custom painted for its theme and the attention to detail is amazing. Check out AJ Gators right next door for food before or after for a great date night.

We really enjoyed our wild west adventure. It was a birthday party for my father and they accomadated our large group with wide range of ages very well. Would definitely recommend.

What a surprise! We had our doubts going to an escape room on Cedar Rd, but their team pleasantly surprised us. Really wonderful experience for any group. We will be back.

What a fun time we had at Puzzle Quest. We had some out of town friends visiting for the weekend and decided this would be a fun activity. We started out a little slow, but once we got the hang of it, there was nothing but fun and laughter. This is a great activity to do as a family, with a group of friends, or even co-workers. The facility was very nice, well organized, and the overall presence made a good impression. I really liked that your photograph was taken at the end regardless of whether or not you were successful. Great time.

We had such a great Saturday night here! The staff were super friendly and awesome! We had a group of six and the rooms were spacious for all of us! We will definitely come back and try out more puzzle rooms!

I stopped in two weeks ahead of time and reserved a room for a neighborhood outing. We had 6 adults and 8 kids ranging from 12 to 4 years of age The staff was great about accomadating our group and we were able to all do the same puzzle. We were in the Hacker Room. It was a blast! I have never been to any other puzzle/escape rooms. However, an adult member of our group had been and said this puzzle was challenging and fun. I do believe they offer s Groupon from time to time. I will look for that. I plan to go back, but not at $25.00 a head.

This place is without a doubt the greatest escape room my family has ever played!! So much detail and thought has gone into the themes.Compared to the other escape room we did this place gives you a full,immersive experience that transports you. I look forward to playing all of the other rooms.Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcomed and entertained

I have played both available rooms here and cant wait for the third to open up! High quality rooms and decor, and definitely a lot of fun. I went with my family once and my prom group the other. The people there are very friendly :)

Hands-down the best escape room in Hampton Roads. If you re looking for creative and mind-bending puzzles that will blow you away, friendly staff, and an overall fun time look no further. You can tell they poured their heart and souls into making this more than just your average escape room with a bunch of random locks and codes. And with several themed rooms and a very affordable price, Puzzle Quest has absolutely no competition when it comes to providing you with the best escape room experience ever.

Best escape room I have ever been to. I have been to more than I can count and this is now my go to escape room. You are fully immersed in the theme as soon as you step into the room. You can tell they are a family with a background in construction and engineering from the puzzles in the room. If you are trying to pick an escape room in the area, you want to check out Puzzle Quest!

We brought a number of teens to Puzzle Quest and everyone had a great time. This was our first time at an escape room. The staff was very informative and willing to answer questions from everyone. We will be back.

For my younger sisters birthday my family went to PuzzleQuest, unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointing waste of time and money. 40 minutes into our game we had been trying to solve a clue only to find out that a critical piece was missing. We had at that point already had our game master on board with the issue for 20 minutes. When we were let out, we met the OWNER in the lobby who offered us nothing at all in compensation for this, not even an apology. I will not recommend or return to this venue ever.

I love this place and have never had a problem with things missing. If I had a problem or question the game masters are very attentive and very helpful! I think this is a awesome and fun environment compared to others in the area. The owner is very nice and always offers deals and prizes and lots of smiles!! Very friendly environment and very fun venue to try!!!

I have a gift voucher for $ 50.00 but I t expired May 5 2020. Because of covid-19 you are closed and I was not able to book a appointment. Thus was a gift from my daughter for mothers day last year. Will you honor it when you reopen?

The best escape room Ive been to. The employees are super nice and helpful, the rooms are extremely detailed and look amazing. Chesapeake definitely needed something like this. Had plenty of fun!
