Escape Prose Provo

Our family ranges in age from 8 to 49 and we love going to escape rooms together. This is definitely the best one we have been to! There is just enough variety in solving the puzzles to keep everyone involved. We loved figuring out the clues and moving through the rooms. We would highly recommend Escape Prose!

The most fun escape room Ive been to! Very friendly staff and it doesnt have a time limit! Take the time you need and enjoy this HUGE escape room. I would recommend giving yourself an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Its even fun for children as young as 5. Great atmosphere, fun and challenging!

If I could give this place 10 stars I wouldnt hesitate! I thoroughly enjoy intellectual challenges but get frustrated when theyre too difficult, and this escape room hit all of the marks!! There are multiple rooms that you have to work your way through and theyre all so different and pose different challenges. This is, by far, the best escape room Ive ever been to. I was not paid to write this review, by the way!! I highly highly recommend it!!!

Had a great time with my group of 6. I felt the puzzles were right on our play level and the employees where great. The place is new and the nicest escape room I have been to. Loved it.

We went through the Escape Prose experience in a large group with age ranges from 42-8 and everyone had a fantastic time! The puzzles varied from simple to challenging but solvable with the information provided. Each person was able to take part in the solving of clues and stay involved through the time in the room. The rooms were decorated with themes that added to the overall experience. We had a blast and recommend Escape Prose to everyone! Families, date nights with friends, group of teenagers, college students...it works for everyone!

Our family has been to several escape rooms and this was truly a new experience. Great story. Lots of rooms with plenty of fun clues and puzzles for everyone to solve. And a witty narrator to help us on our way! This was a great family escape. We can t wait for their next story!

We had a great experience at Escape Prose! Ive done almost every escape room Ive run across (at least 30, but probably a lot more). This is one of the absolute best Ive seen. This room had more puzzle variety than any other Ive seen. All the employees were extremely kind and genuinely interested in our experience and feedback. The hints were given at the perfect times and in a creative way that Ive never seen before. At this point its hard for escape rooms to surprise me, but this one did! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Escape Prose! My wife and I have done a lot of escape rooms at many different locations, and this is by far one of our favorites. The rooms are immersive and very well decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The puzzles are unique and fun. Escape Prose puts a new twist on the escape room concept that made it exciting for even an escape room veteran like myself. All in all, we had a great time at Escape Prose! I would recommend it to anyone!

Having completed nearly 40 escape rooms along the Wasatch Front our group of puzzle solvers had the unique opportunity of being one of the first groups to play through Escape Prose s new room. Read full review this room fantastic for a large group with varied skills. None of our participants felt bored or left out. Everyone had plenty of puzzles to participate in and there was a good mix of big-group puzzles and smaller break-out puzzles. The solution to each puzzle is clear (not to be confused with easy) and all of the required information is available to the participants without the need to get clues from the staff. (which seems obvious but not every escape room gets this right!). Clues are available if/when needed and are given in a nuanced way that strikes a good balance. Our whole group of escape room veterans was thoroughly impressed. We can t wait to see what the creators at Escape Prose come up with next!

This was my first experience with an escape room and it did not disappoint. There were several rooms to get through, each with a different theme and clues to figure out. My group had a great time. It was very family friendly and fun. I would highly recommend Escape Prose to everyone.

Best escape room I have ever done! And I have done quite a few, even some outside the US. So for me to say that, is not something to take lightly. This crew put in a ton of effort into thier story presentation and the Escape Prose has four rooms which makes both the story and puzzles on a much larger scale than other escape rooms. I recommend that anyone who likes fun goes!

The best escape room experience Ive had. We had a large group for a bachelorette party, and we had a great time. Everyone was wonderful, the puzzles were fun and exciting, and the narrative really brought it to the next level. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

This escape adventure was so much fun! We had to solve some really tricky puzzles to move through a bunch of different rooms and be the heroes of the story. It was exciting every time we made a breakthrough and the environment they created was convincing enough that I felt a little stressed at times that we wouldn t be able to crack the codes before the other characters came back and discovered us! It was thrilling and such a great way to spend an evening with family! Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves solving puzzles and mysteries!

It was awesome. I have only been to one other escape room. The first one was a huge disappointment because we were timed, in one room and nowhere to sit. I am 65. I cannot stand for an hour straight. So I was uncomfortable and their clues werent helpful. We didnt make it out in the hour allowed, so I felt angry I spent the $50 on my daughter and my tickets. Read full review, you were given a meaningful clue. Also, it was fun to be a part in a story. I had fun participating in activities that help unlock clues. We were able to solve the mystery. At the end there was a mini celebration with treats and a photo to remember the time. I didnt feel like I had wasted my time and money like the first time. I wanted to do another story. It was a fun experience.

Escape Prose is a fun new twist on escape rooms! It was so fun and had challenges that were easy enough for the newer escape room goers but harder challenges for the experienced goers as well. The staff was super friendly and made the experience awesome! They do have a guide in case you get stuck, so you can get some hints to help you along. I can t wait to see what else they have in store!

Escape Prose was so much fun! As opposed to other escape rooms where everyone is competing in a cramped space to find the one way out, Escape Prose took my group and I through a story. All of us had to work together to find the clues and move from room to room in order to achieve our goal. It reminded me a lot of puzzle story games that I enjoy playing on the computer, but in real life. Ill definitely be going back when they switch to a new story!!

I have been to one other escape room before and although it was fun and challenging I didnt enjoy that well. I enjoyed Escape Prose alot because it was so interactive while challenging at the same time. At first when they bring you into the intro room I was set back a little but after the intro and video once you get in the rooms they were really fun. I really enjoyed that you moved from room to room because I feel like it keeps you enthralled in the story and experience. There was plenty of puzzles to solve for a bigger group. We came with a family group and had a blast! The puzzles were challenging but not frustrating. There are some very unique aspects to this escape experience that sets it apart from others we have been to.

I have not been to an escape room before, so I will have a hard time comparing it to anything. With that being said I can tell you that this was one of the funnest date nights I have ever had. Im a 4th grade teacher and I wish I could bring my students here to give them a fun way to learn how to work with each other, because when my group went through we were communicating and cooperating nicely. If you want a fun way to connect with your spouse or someone elses spouse try Escape Prose.

The carnival escape adventure was a blast with multiple rooms to move through and lots of challenging puzzles. The narrator gave us just enough hints to get us going again when we were stumped. Our group of 8 ranging from ages 18 to 50 all had a great time!

This escape room was absolutely amazing! Ive done almost 12 escape rooms in the past year, and this easily tops my favorite list. Its super inclusive, family friendly. Just overall an awesome experience. 10/10 would recommend!!!

My husband and I have done several escape rooms and this was a totally new experience! I would highly recommend coming here. The theme/story is creative well thought out. So fun and family friendly as well. Plus, the employees and management are super friendly. Highly recommend!

I thought this escape room was very creative and imaginative. Each room had more to offer then the last. It was more exciting then any other escape room I ve done. I can t wait to see what adventures they come up with next. I highly recommend Escape Prose to anyone looking for an adventurous great time.

This was seriously amazing! It was one of the most fun experiences! The fact that it had multiple stages and themes, was so much fun! I enjoyed so much working together as a team, and laughing with each other was so much fun! I extremely recommend this activity for birthdays, anniversaries, any other fun occasion, or just a fun activity for any day with friends!

I was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. I took my family, and we are a bunch who have nothing in common and think very differently than each other. We all had something we could do, and we all had a blast. Ample opportunities for teamwork as well as independent thinking. The puzzles were complex enough that we got stumped a few times, yet simple enough that the solutions were usually obvious. You have to look at things from a different angle ;) Friendly staff, brilliant creators. Well worth the wait ;)

I had so much fun! I love how friendly the staff are, and the set up of the escape room(s). It made you think, but whenever we would get stuck someone was always there to point us in the right direction. Would definitely do again, and I tell my friends all the time about it!

I went with family of various ages. I think 8 and older would enjoy this adventure. We had a great time. The clues were plentiful in figuring out the mysteries. I could go multiple times and enjoy it each time. I guarantee you won t be disappointed.

This was SO Amazingly Fun!!! We took a group of 12 in age range from 2 years old to Adult. The challenges were perfectly planned to provide challenge for adults but also involve every age of our children - it was wonderfully engaging for everyone! The staff was awesome - allowing us ample time to work things out on our own and, when they did offer hints, they were helpful but not too obvious. I also really appreciated that they were sensitive to the thing that may have been frightening for the Littles and tactfully warned us so that we could make adjustments. My only complaint is that we can t go back and do it again (without knowing all the answers). I hope they switch it up periodically so that we can return!

If Escape Prose was an ice cream itd be mint chocolate chip. I love mint chocolate chip. If you dont like mint chocolate chip, imagine your favorite flavor of ice cream, and thats what Escape Prose is. Even if youre not a puzzly type, or if you dont like any ice cream, Escape Prose is a unique experience that makes you and your friends feel like heroic genius protagonists in your own story. Go do it!

An excellent progressive storyline, challenging but solvable puzzles, and a great set of rooms that lead one to the next in a compelling and fun sequence. Great staff, and tasty prizes. I highly recommend this place for any date or family activity.
