Staff was very nice. Room was so well decorated and fun. This was our first experience and we had such a good time! It was harder than we thought it would be and very clever. Now were really excited to try another one!
We have done over 25 escape rooms for context. Pros: This was a great looking room. Very detailed. Cons: the clues didnt always guide very well . Several of the clues opened compartments that didnt open easily so we didnt realized we had even solved the clue right away. One of the final clues was actually clearly marked, but all 4 of us couldnt get the clue to open. The game master paused our game and tried 4 times unsuccessfully to help get that next clue for us. He never got it open and asked...
if we could just move to the next part of solving the room after telling us what that clue did. There was some automatic sound instructions that I couldnt hear as well. Changed to one star as the safe has been broken for awhile from reviews. Thats totally unacceptable to keep having us pay to do a room with a broken prop so important to finishing the game. Shame on me for not checking reviews. Shame on you for not fixing this problem. Money grab on tourists.
We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our time here!!! COOPER was an AMAZING host!! Went above and beyond to make our time here memorable!! So much FUN!!!
The room was much like any others-- find numbers, use them as clues, repeat-- but Im reviewing the overall experience of this visit, which was pretty disappointing. To start, I will give credit to them for honoring the grace period. We had people show up late but still within the 15-minute window and so our 60min clock didnt start until then. Unfortunately thats about the only good thing I can say about it. Bathrooms-- disgusting. We were there on a Saturday so I understand it could have been busy...
but theres always time to do some cleaning up. Customer service-- lacking. Before the escape began, we were told we could ask for as many hints as we wanted, after a certain time. Perhaps we misunderstood, but half our group heard that loud and clear. That was not the case. We asked for three hints, and beyond that we were told we could not recveive any more. So we had fifteen minutes of just hitting our heads against the wall. Our host, though that is a generous title, was not the one who let us out at the end. Not sure where they disappeared to. The young man who did come get us told us that he had no time to discuss any of the clues with us. We were stuck on one item. He confirmed we were doing it right, but it still did not work. He would not show us. He said he had to get the room ready for the next group. Previously he had said there were no groups after us. Nobody was in the lobby waiting, and there were no more reservations made. Throughout our visit, we had a friend waiting in the lobby-- she showed up too late, he would not let her into our room even though we paid for it. Ridiculous. She said they were turning down multiple smaller parties while we were in there. The paties may have been too small, but they werent getting any other business so whats the point in turning down willing customers? Finally, as we went out to the lobby to get ready to leave, we never saw any employee again. Nobody came out to ask how the visit was. Nobody ofered to take our photo, with all the props they have there. We didnt want any, but they didnt know that. Anyway, overall this was a waste of money. I do not recommend, not to anybody.
This was a great experience. Friendly staff, clean common area and restrooms. We picked the hardest room. The only thing I can say iss, when we asked for help, the person helping us was also helping another room, so his attention was split. So I suggest having 1 person helping each room.
We had a great time and did all 3 rooms. They are difficult, but fun. Our host was very nice and was tipped accordingly. Please be generous if you have similar experiences!
The escape room was a fun challenge; stumped our team. However, the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When you pay $100 for an experience Id hope for better customer service. He wouldnt even explain the room to us when asked. Then afterward went to office and slammed door and didnt take our picture. Disappointing.
First time doing an escape room. Did the DIG with our company team building and was pleasantly impressed with the amount of work put in by the set design. Game was fun and everyone enjoyed their time; however the clues and riddles were not so logical so clues were needed in order to solve. Either way a lot of us enjoyed this.
We had a great experience! Loved the decorations and the mood inside either rooms. Waldschrate was creepy and very thrilling. Kept you on your toes. Murder at Mardi Gras was supper stressful with a lot of turns and twist. Came close to not making it but we got it with seconds to spare. Payton and memo were great hosts and kept us into that game. The hints were super helpful. Definitely doing this again!
Our first escape room and we weren t disappointed. Very interesting plot and loads of fun! Can t wait to try it again.
Done plenty of escape rooms in the past (over 15) and I absolutely love escape rooms, however this one was just ok. Did the dig, atmosphere was okay. Puzzles were boring and didnt make much sense. Not actually that many puzzles to solve given the hour (around 6), its more of just look around and find out. An example is here is a magnet, run it around the whole room to see what its for.
It was such a fun experience and something we all wanted to try. We were visiting from Minnesota and decided to try it as a team there. So fun!
My daughter went here for her birthday and she told me she had a great time, and that she loved how clever and amazing the puzzles were and she also said the employee giving them hints was nice and respectful as well. She told me she would like to go again some time.
We had a great time! Our group tried The Agency room. It was a challenge but a good one! The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! We can t wait to go back!
Calvin was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us. Very good customer service. The room was epic and engaging!
This was the worst escape room experience weve ever had! The poor attitude of our game master was only the beginning. When asking for a clue he was super vague and then refused to give another one when we asked. We didn t escape in time and then he wouldn t show us what we were missing. He acted like he didn t know how to solve the room. We ve done many rooms in many states and will never return to this company for one.
Western Bank Heist: If I could give them no stars I would. Save your money. We would have been out with 20 minutes left but the safe wouldnt open despite having the correct combination. After we failed we had the worker and the manager come in and neither could open it until one of them violently shook the combination, about 7 tries later. They refused to give our money back and didnt care that their equipment isnt working. Worst experience at an escape the room, ever.
Bank heist was great! Kam was a great game master and definitely helped us well through the room when needed. We ll be back!
Visited with my family. We did the Bank Robbery escape room and near the end they had a safe where you couldnt even open it with the given combination. I got more entertainment out of watching my older cousin rip the manager a new one over the experience than I did the actual escape room.
We did the Western Heist room, Our Game Master was not very attentive, and the rooms design was very bland and unimaganitive. Ive done dozens of escape rooms, and for a price of 90$ for two people, I was expecting much better. Wont be coming back here.
Great Service! We Always Get Treated Incredible Love The Workers &; The Rooms Are So Fun. Always A Great Time When We Go Kalvin Is The BEST ! Always Polite And Helpful Will Be Back Again
This place is so it was so friendly the experience was so nice i had the time of my life. The worker kalvin is one of the best workers ive seen and hes so nice Definitely worth going to, We will be back.
Ace and Jude We re so nice even showed us at the end what we missed lol definitely will come back !!! Didn t think I was going to have as much fun as I did
We did the Dig. They do not have any difficulty ratings on their site. They do not have detailed information on what the room is about. There were not enough informational clues in the room. We had to rely on them to give us riddles which should have been clues that you find in the room. There were no connections to the next task that needed to occur. The staff were rude and obviously did not like their job. Worst experience at an escape room.
Props did not work, locks would not open on correct numbers, drawer did not open when everything aligned to push and pull open. Very disappointing the way its maintained. Better ones out there do your research.
