Breakout Games - Dallas (Plano)

There were 8 of us, so it was a bit crowded, but we had a great time. I felt like they really did a great job with the Clue room and we were successful breaking out with 11 minutes to spare, and only used one hint. Ive done other breakout rooms, and this is one of my top so far. There were multiple rooms in the Clue challenge, and lots of different puzzles to work through. great story line as well, if you are familiar with the game. Read full review time we are here, we might try another room. I would highly recommend Breakout Games to anyone considering doing an escape room. At least the Clue room. I cant speak to the rest, but if they are anything like the Clue room, they should be good as well.

We were successful escaping. Super fun. Well thought-out room. Air conditioned. Mac, our clue master was helpful. Unlimited questions can be asked. Multiple rooms to solve and connect the clues. Our group had an awesome time. We are looking to book another adventure with Breakout Games soon.

NATALIE was amazing! She helped us as much as she could we didn t make it but we had fun!! Great place we did this as a group with our bachelorette and bachelor parties

U19 boys soccer team enjoyed their experience at Breakout Games. Our group was easily accommodated and had fun in one of three breakout rooms, each room with their own theme. First group was out in under an hour and the last group escaped their room about 15 mins later. They all had a great experience.

One of the best escape rooms I have been to! We chose bomb squad and managed to escape with 6:01 remaining. Very fun room, unlimited clues, but if you want more of a challenge you can ask them to give you only a specific amount of clues. Would definitely recommend to anyone, pro or beginner.

My group and I visited this place and had a great time. We played a game called Bombsquad; Our gm Fye was really amicable! They explained the game very well and was absolutely charming. This place is good fun for a reasonable price. I cant wait for my next visit to Texas, Ill definitely be back!

The game master was great - the room was so in depth and I loved all the clues and details and how in depth it felt. Super welcoming and immersive environment. It was my first time but I ll be back to explore more for sure! We ended up doing two in one evening and it was so fun and exhilarating. We did the Wild West and Clue rooms. Wild West was harder and IMO more fun because of the puzzles but Clue was super tactile and really big! Both were definite hits. So glad we came!

First time here and it was AWESOME!!! Played The Kidnapping room and our family had such a fun time. Also, a huge thanks to our Game Master Tyler, you rock!

Enjoyable afternoon of family fun. We tried out the Wild West Room and was able to escape with about 10 minutes to spare. The room had excellent decor, and after a sliw start, we figured out all the hidden tricks. Grover was an excellent game master. We have now completed every room at this Breakout. Highly recommended.

Grover is amazing! We did the Wild West room which was so much fun. Before we went in, Grover explained everything very clearly and was super friendly to our group. We had 5 people in our group and we definitely needed everyone s minds to figure out the room, but it was so worth it. We broke out with 44 seconds to spare! This is definitely one of the best escape rooms I ve done; highly recommend Breakout Games.

Family of four, youngest is 8 and oldest 12 - we took on the Clue room. We had a great time, and ended up solving the mystery with a few minutes to spare (and with a little help from our game master David). The room was challenging enough to keep the adults on our toes while generally being straight forward enough that the kids could follow along and help out. We will definitely be back to try some of the other rooms!

Jay was an awesome game master! She led us in the right direction with just little enough to keep from ruining the experience .It was my first escape room and it was so much fun! I definitely look forward to the next one!

We had a great time. Puzzles were well paced and immersive. Rarely felt lost, bus some took some thinking to figure out. The girl said lets do another one as we walked out.

Had a great time with my sister and dad for his 70th bday. We did the runaway train in 47min, 16sec with only 2 helps and it was a blast! Very clean, friendly, and well put together. Jay was our game master and she was so great

Meg was a great game master! I have been to rooms before where it was hard to hear the hints but she was easy to understand and very encouraging. The Clue room is lots of fun and not too hard for a group of 7 puzzling adults.

Super fun! Brought our friends for my partners birthday and had a blast. We completed the Runaway Train in 37 minutes out of the hour they give you so the puzzles are definitely doable but complex enough to take their time. I loved the experience :)

The mission. Have fun. Problem solving. Defusing a bomb in the city. We laughed. We gave high 5s. And had a wonderful time. Meg and Hedi were wonderful introducing the family to the fun of escape rooms. Cant wait for the next one.

Really fun! Our group did 2 in a row and it was great for 5 people! Mason and Julia were so kind and great hosts!

Lots of fun and the puzzles were the perfect level of difficulty! We escaped with about 15 minutes left, and it was awesome!

They were extremely kind and accommodating to us. We accidentally booked the wrong time, and they still let us in because the room was available. The room itself was challenging but not impossible, and the concept for each room sounds so interesting. I cant wait to go back!

Jay was an epic game master for the train escape room we played! It was my first time doing an escape room ever and she made it a really nice experience for my group! She gave us hints that weren t too obvious but pushed us into the right direction! We ended up finishing in 37 minutes. Thanks for facilitating an awesome experience for my group and I!

We brought our staff for a team building event, and it was awesome!!! We all did the Clue and Wild West rooms. Loved them both. The staff was very patient with us and made the experience more fun. The rooms were very creative and immersive. The puzzles were a good balance of challenging but not ridiculously hard.

We had an awesome time! We got to play bomb squad and kidnapping. Kidnapping was for sure a challenge but it was very fun nonetheless

Clue room was super cute and honestly really fun. Love coming here, finished all their rooms so far! Tyler was crazy friendly and matched our vibe immediately. Great job, all around!

We loved the Clue room for our party of 7 ages 8-63! Grover was the best and the room was one of the best ones we ve ever done. Super cute and the perfect level of difficulty! We will definitely be back!

The puzzles are amazing! The rooms are super detailed, interactive and immersive! As someone who s done, Clue, bomb squad, and the western one at this location I can honestly say there so much fun! As someone who frequents escape rooms when possible, breakout has exceeded expectations in the way you interact with the clues and the room!! Also, Julia is an amazing game master!!!! Can t wait to come back for the kidnapping and runaway train and we hope to have our girl Julia who is amazing!!!

I have done 4 games here - clue, runaway train, Wild West and bomb squad. Each one was unique and well done - and each of the game masters was wonderful (helpful but didn t give away too much when we had to ask for clues). Some of the escape rooms at other places had seemed kind of random - not so here at all. Everything makes sense and is very well thought out. Clue is probably my favorite but I would recommend all of them!

Super fun!! David was our game master, and he made it very enjoyable..Didn t shame us when we needed hints haha! I highly recommend!

Jay, our game master, was excellent. She gets a five star. The story that we did the kidnapping gets a 3.5 star. What we liked about the kidnapping was the realistic and scary beginning. The setting was dark and interesting, somewhat anxiety provoking, which is good. Things that we didnt love about it were that the story was a little bit confusing, and its very lock-heavy, requiring working out lots of numbers and combinations of letters. Some other escape rooms that weve liked in the past included more experiential puzzles. I think this one would be good for those people who like working out codes versus people who want to problem solve with a variety of different interactive puzzles and actions.

I reserved a date/time for a friend it was only 2 of us & we played the Clue game. It was so much fun the staff was thorough with instructions and game play info. I would definitely recommend for date nights or family friendly fun. Would definitely visit again.
