The Escape Game Houston (Galleria)

The Escape Room was super fun! I would highly recommend this place. Great family environment! Great date night spot! Good vibes! Staff was cool. Very helpful! I would highly recommend and I will be back!

We played the Market (Special Ops) escape room and it was great. It was a little tough but not too much. It helps that there are unlimited hints, but I tried to use them sparingly. The room was very immersive and fun. Adel was our host and she was great at explaining everything and getting us prepared to play. I will definitely do another escape room here.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! For our monthly game night we decided to change things up and try the Escape Game. We did the Mission impossible theme and the difficulty was perfect. We had a great time! The level of detail made it feel like an actual mission. The Game Master was one of the nicest people. Highly recommend this to everyone! We are coming back to try another theme this month.

Had the absolute best experience at this escape room! All the staffs are just wonderful and incredibly helpful. Highly highly recommend. We did the Heist and had a blast. Cant go wrong with any of the rooms!

I celebrated part of my Bachelorette at this location over Memorial Day weekend. We did The Depths Room. We were running a little late (we called in advance), but they never rushed us and were so welcoming when we arrived. They made the experience great for us and the room was so much fun! We ended up beating the room and the lovely staff even gave me a sweet gift with bridal items (tumbler, soap, make-up bag) and a card with all of their names signed on it before we left. My girls and I couldnt stop talking about how much fun we had! Thank you for so much for making my day absolutely memorable!! 5*

Rei is adorable, her high energy ESPECIALLY made our experience even better; we ended up doing a second one! Anthony was our second guide for the special ops (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), we tried not to use too many hints so the times we did need one he was very concise

Absolutely loved them and our time and experience here. John was our game master and did a fabulous job. We told the. It was our anniversary and they made us a card and everyone signed it! Just that extra special touch to make it even more special! We have done a lot of escape rooms and the timeliner was one of our favorites! Will definitely go again!

I came here with my friends from school to celebrate the end of the year and we had a blast. The staff were super nice (our guide was Maggie) and we escaped the Depths room with 12 minutes to spare. It was a great puzzle and good for all ages - my group was all 16-17 years old. We also got some free stickers for escaping afterwards! I have never been a fan of the Galleria, but I highly recommend this place because it was a great time.

So today my buddy Gabe and I were on a get away trip and wanted to experience something different and fun! We decided to do an escape room in Houston Galleria. The experience there was top notch! The 2 workers Rae and Jose made our night fun. Jose connected and gave a lot of information dealing with the room we requested for. The whole experience from walking in and walking out was incredible. Big thanks to them both!

My party went in today to do an Escape Game. We were greeted by Rae, who promptly helped us get a room booked. She was super sweet and funny while we waited for the room. We were escorted into the room by John, who was a great guide

My brother and I did the Timeliner here and it was very fun! It was just the two of us but we could still do the puzzles. Having 8 people might be a bit crowded but still fun regardless. Maggie was in charge of our game and she was very nice and helpful during the game. She provided easy to follow clues whenever we were stumped. She also gave recommendations on places to go in Houston since this is our first time visiting. We highly recommend this place and Maggie!

It was not just my first time trying an escape room, but the first time with the entre family for the one at the Galleria. For the game that one of us selected it was quite interesting. I cant express enough how amazing it was to slove puzzles and work with the clues to finish the game! Our game guide whos name is Chloe gave us a positive experience and encourage us to have fun along the way as well! Not just her but everyone that helped us throughout the process of it all. I highly recommend this place if you ever want to have fun with friends, family or close ones or to test yourself if you can beat it yourself!

What an absolutely magnificent experience! So this will be our 2nd and 3rd visit to this location (they have 5 different rooms available). We came back to celebrate our anniversary on a gift card we had previously purchased on our last visit. Read full review a no brained to do the second room today. We even bought our next set of gift cards; which when you play a room you get a 20% off purchase when you leave. However the entire team had us feeling like family. They came into the room at the end of the game and offered to take our photos AND even had a surprise for us at the end. We truly can t wait to go back and complete our 4/5 of the rooms there!!

I went to another escape room at another location in Houston that was so much better. This one was incredibly hard and the game master was not very helpful. The other one we went to, the game master made sure we stayed on pace to finish the game on time and were more helpful. The lady for ours said nothing, the clues weren t very helpful and didn t give us much about the game. We didn t know there was 3 rooms you had to get into and so we would have played it so differently. Plus the AC was off...
Read full review so it was hot and humid in the room. It was unfortunate because the production for this one was higher quality in terms of realness but the staff and the game itself was nearly impossible to finish. Won t be coming back unfortunately. And when we finished, they were quick to get us out of there even though there was no one booked after us. Just low quality customer service.

We brought our senior class here for a field trip and they had an absolute blast! Rae, Beau, Chris, Maggie, Tatianna, and Amethyst took GREAT care of us! I will definitely return with my family!

Brought my daughter and 6 of her friends for her 12th birthday and it was amazing! They allowed us to start the game early and while we were escaping the staff HANDMADE a birthday card for my daughter. It was the sweetest thing Ive ever seen. They are so amazing and we will be back!

Me and a group of friends tried doing The Heist for our first time at this place. Compared to other escape games, this has been the best by far. Its a very immersive experience as it felt like we were in a real setting. Id highly recommend to anyone thats interested as it is worth the price.
