Give this business a chance! We had a great time, figured out a way to escape from the zombies, the staff was kind and helpful. If you bring kids do not do the zombie one since it was scary, check the age appropriate one. I liked that only our family was in the room, no strangers. I would go again earlier during day hours since the location in Houston is not preferable for families, its a little dark (parking lot) and we went at 9pm. I do recommend!.

We stopped in for The Return as a family of 3 on the week before Christmas. The Return is very difficult and actually 2 rooms in 1 that can also be booked individually. We finished the first room, but probably needed another 15 to 20 minutes on the 2nd. Despite that, we had a great time. The puzzles were cleverly built. Read full review this place over a couple others closer to where we were staying. We had such a great experience that we returned on Christmas Eve for Crazy Artist. We found the missing painting. Again, the puzzles were fun and challenging. Ivan was our game master. Well return next time we visit Houston.

I took my daughter and her friends for Hotel Secrets. They really enjoyed the challenge. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The girls already said they want to go back to try another room.

Had an incredible time at the escape room! The puzzles were challenging yet exciting, and the teamwork required made it even more fun. The theme was captivating, and the attention to detail was impressive. Definitely a thrilling experience that kept us on our toes. I really enjoyed this Elf escape room. It was very whimsical and really gets you in the story. If you are a newbie like me ask for lots of hints especially at the beginning, because there are a LOT of puzzles to solve. Sadly we didn t finish, but our game master showed us the whole way to the finish after our time was up. We weren t even close to finishing! So ask for lots of hints early on unless you re an expert at these things. Overall, it was really fun!

My 10 year old son had a wonderful time and made it out with 3 minutes to spare! The experience was so much fun and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will for sure be back with the rest of our family!

Took the family and did the Nice List escape room - we had a great experience!! Some parts were straightforward, others more challenging, but they provided clues when we asked and were responsive and helpful. The escape room was excellent, and everyone had fun, even my little ones - 11 and 6. I highly recommend!

I loved this escape room! The workers were soo awesome! We only intended to do one room. We had soo much fun and enjoyed the workers soo much, so we did 2! Thank you all again for a great time!

The rooms we escaped from were well thought out and played in to the themes perfectly. The best thing about the experience was the host of the Exit Lab. He was super friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about the job and the escape rooms. Definitely will be back to do the other rooms!

I went with a group of 4 and did the Zombie room, it was so much fun!! It was challenging, but we were able to get through with using our three hints and ended with 9 minutes to spare. I really enjoyed how big and immersive the room was too, probably the biggest escape room I ve done so far! Will definitely be back :)

The staff was awesome and the rooms are insane. The game master really out did herself. Ask for The Nice List and The Return. They are the hardest but they are extremely fun to figure out.

Parking was convenient, not a far walk from the lot, the lobby is cheery and welcoming. The employees explained all the rules well, and didn t make us nervous about asking for hints. The room was more elaborate than we thought it just kept going! Such fun! Nothing was difficult or confusing with a bit of help, and quite clever overall if I say so, we finished in time and was greeted at the end.

Excellent Escape Room!!we did Crazy Artist. We are a family of 3 with a 7 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We did a couple before and this is our fav!! Our clue master was very helpful and friendly. The location is not in a great place but the concept and the design of the theme is excellent. Best points about this is when we book a room in a time slot for a party , no strangers are grouped with us .It s solely our group to enjoy the room . Before entering room the theme is well explained. The clues are so interesting and we escaped finally !! Our concern is the location and the rooms can be much more brighter and appealing..

The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful! The Hotel Room is a nice challenge, and is super fun to explore with a variety of really cool puzzles. 10/10 will absolutely be returning here!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Exit Lab! When we first found the building I thought it was sketchy looking but they did say they were getting a new sign soon so that should certainly help! We did the room The Return and it was the first escape room we couldnt escape, and we have done a lot of escape rooms all over the US! Kudos guys, maybe someday well make it back for another shot. Thanks for the good time!

Had an amazing time with my family. This made us work as a team and look at things in ways we normally would not since the kids saw things and found ways to solve puzzles that we didnt even think of as adults. I really recommend to every family and friends that want to have a great time.

It was my first time in a escape and room, and boy did me and my family had fun. It quite challenging and it requires great team effort. Ivan was our host and he was a great guy. Ill be going again to redeem myself.

Exit Lab Houston was a fun escape room, and quite challenging! The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking. We would definitely go again and do a different room.

Our family had a great time at exit lab! The game master was helpful in providing us hints to keep us moving through the room. We especially liked that not all of the things that looked like clues were actually clues - helped to add another layer of difficulty for our team.

This place is wayyyyyy underrated! It was SO MUCH FUN! I ve been to other escape the rooms and while they have a nice set up the game itself does not compare to this experience! It was super fun very creative and was a great way to use our minds differently, great for icebreakers since some levels involve patience and teamwork. I was worried when I went into the hardest level but it was not tedious but actually natural brainwork! I m already planning on sending my relatives there I know they ll have a blast!

We had a great time in this challenging but do-able room (Zombie Bunker). As experienced escapers, we sometimes feel the games are too simple and you don t get your money s worth but this one toes the line between too hard and just right for 2 people who are looking for a challenge. I think a larger group would make it easier! Ivan was a great host and made it more engaging.

We were a little confused with the location at first but after meeting Ivan we were hooked! Super fun and difficult escape room we did the Zombie Bunker and we needed all of the hints. Super fun when he debriefed us afterwards and I definitely recommend it!

We had such a great time at Exit Lab! My family did their holiday themed room (The Nice List). Very friendly staff that made it a great experience and fun room. This was only our second escape room to do, so we dont have a lot to compare to, but we had a blast and definitely would come back again!

I love this place! I ve been twice! The staff is very friendly and it s such a fun time with friends. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a bonding time with friends/family/loved one. I ll be back again for sure!
