Escapology Cypress

We went here with a friend group and had an amazing time. The room was challenging but not impossible and they will give you nudges if you are struggling with solving a puzzle. The decor is incredible and it was an added bonus to have a bar in the waiting room.

My family of 5 and 1 friend did Antidote. Challenging but not too easy or too hard. They give you clues along the way if they notice you are stuck. They do not lock you in, you can go out of the room anytime you need. We solved this room in about 45 minutes! We would happily do this again, but do yourself a favor and buy off of Groupon like we did. It saves a considerable amount of money. Prices are high but thats about the only downfall I see.

THIS WAS AWESOME!!! The staff is awesome and the puzzle was challenging but very fun. I would highly recommend this for family fun nights or team building exercises. Our family had a blast and will definitely be doing this again.

My daughter had her 18th bday party here. Booking was easy. Service was excellent and the place is wonderfully decorated. The team clearly went over the rules and the girls enjoyed their time there. They finished the Antidote room with 16 MINUTES to spare! We absolutely recommend Escapology.

I would highly recommend this family fun place. We Excaped! He did the Scooby Doo one and it was fun!

We had the best time doing the lost city room! We made it out with 3 minutes to spare weve also done the star trek one and really enjoyed that as well. The rooms are very well put together. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience!! We took our 14 year old son and three of his friends and they had a blast. atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and puzzles were challenging but not impossible. Would recommend

Our game was suppose to start at 10 and we were there at 9:30 for check in and yet they didn t take us back until almost 10:30! The bathroom toilet was clogged and you could smell it throughout the establishment! Although the game was fun, and we failed to solve it but there were some delays with clues that we had already found and hints given w/o asking!! The older guy with the salt & pepper ponytail was not very friendly at the end while rushing us out. We paid just like everyone else and SHOULD have been treated with the same patience and respect that was given to them!

This was our first Experience like this. Had a Groupon on this location and a birthday to celebrate...so hey...why not? Thought the room we did was going to be boring but surprisingly it wasnt. I believe it was called The Cod3 We had a slow start but picked up momentum and finished the room with about a minute to spare. The staff was friendly and sweet. Big plus there. Our game had a few technical issues but they were overlooked bc we had so much fun. Will definitely come back and try a different room. Definitely recommend as a fun activity to do with family, friends, team building events, date nights, etc.

Did the Star Trek escape room. It was well built, with good puzzles. But for some reason, the person running it kept giving us hints without us asking for them. When we started just ignoring the hint screen, he came into the room to verbally give us the clue in person. Really pulled us out of the experience. We solved the room, but its hard to feel good about it when we were interfered with so often. This was not our first escape room, but it was our first experience with Escapology, and Im not sure I would want to come back unless I can make sure we arent interrupted again.

I played Star Trek with some friends and it was so good! Very well made and so different from other escape rooms I have done. 10/10 recommend this room for new and seasoned escape room players!

I called and Dan was so helpful from start in assisting us on the games levelness and times they had available. Arnell checked us into the games and gave us the instructions. Regan gave us back to back hints. Brayden was just as helpful. We did the star trek and the antidote. They were easy to navigate and work through. Very challenging but not to hard. Everyone was great. 10 out of 10 experience we will back. Also they have drinks!

We recently celebrated my sons 12th birthday at Escapology Cypress, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The game masters were attentive and provided just the right amount of guidance to keep the momentum going without giving too much away. The whole experience was well-organized, engaging, and a huge hit with everyone. The kids left with huge smiles and a sense of accomplishment, and my son declared it the best birthday ever. Wonderful experience and so much fun! We took my daughter and 3 of her friends (11 year olds) for her birthday and they had a blast!!! We did the Antidote kids edition and it was just right for them. We escaped two minutes before the time expired. Customer service is top notch, we re extremely happy with our experience and we will definitely be back to try the other rooms. Highly recommend!

Everybody was very nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back to do the next room! Heather killed it! Highly recommended coming and checking out their spot!

Went out to celebrate mom s birthday with our family. We solved the Star Trek room. There was a glitch in the video at the beginning but it all worked out perfectly, and we escaped with plenty of time left. We had Dan as our host and Katie as our game master. When the glitch happened, Katie came in to let us know it would be restarted. We all had a blast! Thanks!

Caleb was the best Host and Game Master we ve ever had! We did the Antidote, and Caleb masterfully gave us clues at the perfect times and he made the overall experience very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

Great time was had by all of the girls for my daughters 13th birthday. Staff incredibly friendly. Very clean, very cool steampunk vibe in lobby. The shinerbock was cold. Was very impressed with the facilities in comparison to previous escape rooms the kids have tried over the past several years. Would 100% go back again.

Unprofessional, no proper customer service. Calling around the area for a team outing for work, we have budget per person and are simply just inquiring. This is before attempting to look for pricing online, just simply called as it was faster. We have no clue what an escape rooms per person cost is, hence why we called. When we told the guy what we were looking for, he started laughing and while laughing telling us that it is double what our per person budget is and did not have the best attitude. Now usually when we want to do something that s extra, we come out of pocket which we were willing to do but before I could get to that point we decided we did not want to conduct business here.

The Scooby-Doo room was awesome! Ainsley was super friendly. All around a great experience we will be back with friends ^-^

We love escapology!! The hosts are so energetic (shoutout to Dan & Heather) and the escape rooms are complex, engaging, and rewarding. I can t wait to come back!

Room quality was great. It was our first time here with this company and we were not disappointed. Ashlyn and Parker were super helpful in getting us started and through the experience. We will definitely be back!

The staff was really amazing, and the location is really nice. We did Lost City and really enjoyed it. It was perfect for both seasoned folks and also folks doing an escape room for the first time!

Arnell is the man!! Every time we have come he has gone above and beyond to accommodate and make it an extra amazing experience, this place is definitely a must and the whole staff is very nice and friendly!
