Escape The Room Woodlands

Super disappointed! Went with two sons for Fathers Day weekend. One of the mechanisms was broken which prevented us from finishing in time. The young man said yeah, that happens sometimes. No apology, no offer to come back and try another room. Zero remorse for our experience. We absolutely will not be returning. So glad that others have had better experiences!

My original bank heist experience was Great! Unfortunately this time we chose submarine 1 and it was... Fairly broken. The first chest was already open, the blowing mechanism sorta worked sometimes and wouldnt register on the game if thats what you want to call it. Im honestly surprised they even let people use that room. Other than the submarine rooms, the rest of the place is great.

We had an amazing time with the bank heist!!! Audrey did an excellent job hosting this event. We will be back. Thank you!!!

This place was a lot of fun. We (a team of four adults and one 10yr old) did the western bank heist. We finished with just a few left on the clock. The facility is well kept. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The staff was really nice, the idea was cool. The execution.... not great. Things in the room were broken, making it hard to really get started. The clues and puzzles were definitely lacking. Parking was a bit of a mess because its located in a weird mall like...I dont know, conference room thats been converted? Its hard to explain, but it just wasnt what we anticipated. We were less than impressed, but again, the staff was really superb. I think if they hadnt been this wouldve been a 2 star review. Cant add photos because you cant take any lol.

We had a blast trying to figure out how to get out. Even though we failed (we were so close to the end) we were still on our heels thinking about what to do next. Desiree, one of the employees, was extremely kind to us and helped us whenever we needed it, she also had a great humor. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something to do with their friends!

Wow! I mean just wow! Such an exhilarating experience, one for the history books for sure. Clock tower was such an amazing and challenging room! And Audrey our assistant made it worth it all! She helped us so much and was so kind and helpful. I would recommend everyone to come and ask for Audrey as this was a life changing experience.

I loved this place!! The staff was so nice, especially Audrey! All the props were so well built and every puzzle was super creative! I would 100% visit again! I came for my birthday and I was not disappointed!

Boy oh boy! The clock tower was such a fun and exhilarating room! I really enjoyed our assistant Audrey as she was very helpful. This was for sure the most miraculous experience me and my buddies have ever embarked on.

I felt most exhilarated by this heart racing thrill. Audrey our helper was so incredibly welcoming and useful. The journey I experienced is one for the history books. Jee whiz I love this place.

Awesome experience! Went with a group of friends to celebrate graduation and it was stressful, but fun. I would love to come back again for another experience. Dezirae was very helpful! :D

I had so much fun here! A group came here for a grad party and we enjoyed ourselves so much! Our operator Dee was so helpful and fun! She felt like part of the group! 20/10 would recommend the submarine!

We enjoyed our experience as a whole family! We needed a little help and James made sure he didnt give too much away! We will definitely be back.

So it seems like people either have a great time with good staff or a bad time with bad staff. We got the bad time, and usually love escape rooms. We arrived about seven minutes late and got a lecture, then were left in the waiting room for about ten minutes after that. No idea if the clock was running the whole time, never got to see it. Read full review made no sense at all, like a clue had been scrapped as things broke along the way. We waved and yelled for hints but the team wasn t always paying attention. Some parts were really fun but spoiled by the bad bits. When we asked for explanation, the response was rude and abrupt. We are doing maintenance and are understaffed isn t a great explanation for guests who didn t have the best time. I think it would be much better with a room refresh and on a good staffing day.

We came here for a tween birthday party. The girls had a blast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Mesa was our host and was wonderful!

My family group of eight escaped the theater room with two minutes to spare. The room was well done and included a variety of engaging elements necessary to accomplish our mission. This review would be five stars if the customer service matched the quality of the room . Our host ( I don t have a name because I don t think he introduced himself) was difficult to understand and unhelpful. Opportunities for improvement: 1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival. 2. Read the beginning objectives clearly...

Update guests occasionally during the experience. We solved the puzzle with little time to spare and updates or periodically checking on us would have been so helpful! 5. Encourage guests to take a picture with the associated fun signs after the experience. Our host did offer to take a picture, but I had to ask if we could hold up the fun signs. 6. Thank guests for their business after the experience. Good luck! I like to see businesses thrive, and I hope this review provides an opportunity for customer service education.

So fun! Even though we started late (10 min.) and you cannot get your first clue until 10 min. after start time we did better than expected! Finished before time expired! Highly recommend. Well thought out and made sense as it progressed.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed the room, but first impressions are the best impressions and I received a bad one as soon as I walked in. Once we walked in there was no one in the front to greet us, I did not book the room in advance so I was waiting for someone to assist me. An employee did come out asked me a question I answered and then she started helping the people behind me. After speaking with them she disappeared down the hall, so I attempted to book the room online because of the time...
Read full review the slot was not available. Someone different came out and I asked her for assistance, she was completely rude and both girls (I say girls because they were all very young). Because I did not get help as soon as I walked in we had to wait another 40min until the next room. Needless to say we will not be coming back here .

Daniel help us he was amazing and did such a fantastic job helping us out. such a friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. we had so much fun and will definitely be returning again soon!!!

The rooms were fun but Daniel really made our visit. We were laughing pretty much the whole time and he was super helpful and kind.

Horrible! Employee - the guy working there does not care about anything. Walked in with a group of 6. Everything we asked he said Im not sure . We were trying to find a time to do a room and he basically was trying to get us to leave. This place is going downhill if they dont change this employee out. If owner is reading this . It was Sunday 5/5 at 4 pm. Whoever was working is running your business into the ground . And I own a small business so I know how hard it is to keep a business open without bad employees as a hurdle. We left as he had no interest in helping us.
