Our recent visit to the escape room had its ups and downs, leaving us with a mixed bag of emotions. Initially, we were drawn in by the scary-themed rooms and then were told they had no scary themed rooms, which led us to choose the Titanic experience. Read full review confusing and made it difficult for us to set our expectations. We ultimately stuck with the Scary Below experience. The puzzles and theme were engaging, and we were having a good time solving the challenges. However, the experience took a downturn towards the end. With 10 minutes still on the clock and us about to tackle the final directions to escape, the staff abruptly informed us that we had solved it. This rushed conclusion really dampened the excitement of potentially completing it on our own. My tip for future visitors would be to consider booking early in the day. It felt as though the staff was eager to wrap up early, which might be less of an issue during a night-time slot. Overall, it was a mid-level experience - fun at times, but marred by a few organizational hiccups and a rushed ending. If youre going for it, just be prepared for potential changes and a speedy finish

I went with my family. This was, by far, the most difficult escape room we have been to, however, we had a lot of fun. The front desk person was very friendly throughout the experience. The only thing I would suggest is that the room items be sanitized after each reservation. We felt like the items/clues hadnt been cleaned for a while. Other than that, it was really a great birthday experience. Glad we went. Were thinking of going for ax throwing soon.

My husband and I visited Houston TX during spring break. Escape it Houston was very fun. We did the Titanic room. We did escape, it was cleverly put together, fun not easy but not to challenging for just 2 people. I highly recommend this if you are in the area.

Absolutely perfect place for a date night. The staff was easy going and great. The game was really awesome too. We didn t escape but will definitely be back to try again.

Group of three, we did the screams from below and it was a blast. We made it out with 4:17 minutes remaining! We had a few clues given to us. I d recommend this escape room! Nice staff, drinks offered.

Upon arrival they were really welcoming in greeting us while getting checked in which is always a plus with good vibes. Our game moderator went over the rules and briefing really well that it didn t leave us confused. She was really attentive through out the entire game in giving us clues when needed so not a second was wasted. My family and I did Screams From Below! Everybody enjoyed it since we each got to contribute some way in solving, we were a group of 4 and made it out with 7 minutes to spare! Will be coming back to try the other rooms they have to offer.

I had so much fun!! The workers are very helpful and friendly. We did Titanic, but it was super hard but also very fun. I tended to 10 recommend scape at Houston. I think it was one of the hardest escape rooms that I ve done though.

When my daughter would solve a clue, employees would come inside and take her clues away and said she wasnt working them in the right order. Then when my son solved a clue to enter a different room, the employees came in and told us we didnt solve it in the right order. They took our clues away, and ran our time down by coming in the room and talking over and over again. It ruined the fun for everyone. Read full review aunt who was upset they took my daughters clues after she solved the puzzle. We spent took much money for them to ruin our game because she said we were solving the clues in order. Thats no reason for an employee to speak badly about a paying customer. We will not return to this place, as we have been going once a month to different locations and doing these escape rooms. This was by far the worst experience. Very rude employee, will run your time down, and take your clues if you dont do them in the order in which they want them done. Would not recommend.

We had so much fun doing the Titanic escape room, the room was not too easy but not too hard just perfect! The staff were so helpful and kind. Definitely going back would so recommend! Thank you Escape It Houston for the great experience!!!

Signed up for the axe throwing for our family to try but when we arrived the employee told us they don t allow a teen to throw axes with their parents, you have to be 18 and when I asked for a refund they said they could only give us credit for escape room. Unfortunately we did the escape room with no option and it was lame. They are not insured for ppl under 18 and definitely not anything I would ever want to pay almost 100 dollars for a lame escape room again.

We took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday and they had a blast! They even escaped the Titanic with 8 minutes remaining, what a bunch of smart kiddos!!

We had a group of 9 and escaped with 11 minutes to spare. Did the Ramses Revenge room and it was great! Not to spoil anything but it is a bit tricky so, be prepared. Our staff person was good, was quick to give us our clues. If you have a bigger group, definitely pick this room! I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. Really fun and would go back. Great team building exercise.

We did Screams from Below, and it was fantastic! We had five people and it took all of us to figure it out. Scary-ish but entertaining for sure! We made it out with only a little over 2 minutes to spare.

Great experience, we did the axe throwing, it was really private, instructor showed us how to throw it and brought us drinks throughout the game. We were also able to control the music which was a plus! Really fun activity!

Fantastic time with my family. Visiting here from Ohio. The escape was pretty difficult and challenging. We made it out with 6 seconds to spare. Would highly recommend!!

I feel that this room was lacking in puzzles, atmosphere, challenge... just all around blah. We have done many escape rooms, even the other ones at this same location, but this one was our least favorite. There was only one puzzle to be worked on at a time, so not everyone could be involved. It just seems as if not much effort was put into making this room. Also, the description says not for under 18 due to the scare factor, but that is not true either. When the room ended, we all just stood there looking at each other like thats it? It just needs... more. More scare, more challenge, more puzzles, multiple things going on at a time so everyone could be involved.

We had the hardest escape room! We made it to the last room, but we lost our hands. lol If y all haven t been you should go.

The staff was great! The weather was bad and they accommodate our whole party and gave us clues and also showed us how to solve the puzzle at the end after we didn t escape! Will definitely come back and recommend friends and family

Anne was AMAZING!! The room was wonderfully built with lots of pleasing visuals. The sounds were awesome and very immersive. Definitely will be coming back!

Our group had a blast! We didn t make it out lol but we were super close. We will definitely be back to try a different room.

Escaped the Titanic with 4 people! Hands down one of our favorite experiences we ve had in Houston. The moderator was super friendly and gave us helpful hints when we asked for them. There were multiple rooms you had to move between to solve the puzzles almost like playing a video game. The atmosphere and sounds of the rooms were authentic and even gave us a few jump scares! LOVED it. Highly recommend, worth the drive out to Humble.

Everyone was so nice! And we survived the titanic! So much fun, definitely recommend this location.

Very fun quiet and offered us drinks. Worth the amount for 1 hour
