My nieces and I had a great time here. The prices were reasonable and the staff was welcoming. We arrived early and were catered to right away. We would definitely go back and try other rooms.

Great experience, our tip giver was great! She was very helpful. Definitely coming back! Had a great time best escape room we ve been to. Coming back for the Mona Lisa escape room! Finished with seconds to spare.

Just finished the neon and room and it was so fun! My partner and I plan on coming back ASAP

They have lockers just incase you want to put your purse in before you enter the room. Took my son and his friends here with my husband and I. We did the annabelle room it was insanely hard and frightful but nothing but fun. Towards the end the lady helped us and showed us there was a completely other room to get into.. If it would have been real we would have all been dead. I would definitely recommend this place for kids, familys, friends, a date night.. Its so much fun.

We were looking for something different but affordable for a large group. The staff was really nice and we had a great time. We even got Annabelle back in her case with a few minutes to spare! Can t wait to try more rooms.

This place was awesome! I took my daughter and few of her friends to celebrate her 18th birthday. We did the Annabelle doll room!! If you like it spooky then just book it!! So much fun

This was honestly one of the coolest experiences of my life. We did the Stranger Things Hawkins Room and I cant believe how much creativity and time goes into this. It was my first ever escape room experience and Im so happy with my experience at this location. Thank you to Priscella and Brooke for such a great time!!! Will definitely be back. Clean and tidy place. Great customer service. 11/10!

Oh my gosh we had SOOOOO MUCH FUN!! The rooms were really creative and the clues were awesome. We had a huge party but the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The owner was there and made it super fun for everybody. She and my wife hit it off immediately. It was like watching sisters joke around. The whole experience was AWESOME. It was my first escape room and we had so much fun we did a second one. Both rooms were tough but we managed to be successful. I recommend this place for anyone looking to have a great time.

Staff is very nice. We got out of the room and had so much fun. They always have new rooms or seasonal rooms. Highly recommend if you are looking for something fun to do.

Awesome escape room! I as well as everyone in my party had a great time- I would also note that they give you lockers to put your things in, which I haven t seen in too many other escape rooms. The place is kept pretty clean, too and the staff were nice. :)

Went here for a work event with my coworkers. We had a blast together. Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice. We did the murder mystery room I highly recommend this room.

This was the most fun I have had in a long time. We took our son for his 19th birthday and his cousins along with family and friends. The owner was there...she was amazing as well as her staff. They were so accommodating, funny, and genuinely happy that we escaped. The puzzles were hard but not so hard that you got frustrated. Everyone would still be locked in the rooms if it wasnt for me and Samantha!!! LOL!!! Great time...dont believe the one star reviews, those are false!!! I love this place and would suggest it for team building, birthdays, or just a weekend out and about. :)

Did The Dolls Escape with my friends which was really fun but honestly I liked the theme of it all along with the puzzles because there was one I haven t came across before playing in a prior escape room but they were informative over the monitor screen in instructing how to decipher the clue correctly so it was very nice.

We did the neon room just my husband and I. We escaped and it was the perfect amount of fun and challenge. We are excited to go again!

Update: Went back to try the hardest level (Murder Mystery) and had a blast! We beat it and felt super proud of ourselves. Had a great time with my siblings trying out the Art Heist room. The facilites were nice and the moderador was helpful. We will be back to try the hardest level!!

We took our son and his friends here to celebrate his 12 birthday and everyone had a blast! Best part we solved the mystery with just 2 minutes to spare!

Weve completed two of the rooms last year at the Break Free Escape Room!! Such a great group activity, with lots of fun and laughter. Had a Fantastic time.

This was a bunch of fun!! Me and my partner played the artist and doll rooms, both were really well made. The doll room was my favorite though, such fun moments in there :))

Did the Murder Mystery and the Dolls Escape rooms and both experiences were great. The rooms were challenging and pretty fun.

The room was amazing, staff was very helpful and knew exactly where we were at (didn t give us clues we already cracked which has happened at other escape rooms), the puzzles were very engaging. 10/10 escape room, will be coming back!

My boyfriend and I have been here before, the first time was great. The associate was really nice and helpful. The second time we went this past Saturday 02/26 at 5:30pm was a whole different story. We decided to do the Murder Mystery room. When we were in the room we had multiple issues with the locks being jammed, items not in the correct spot, and some things we had all the right answers but because of their equipment and items not working we were not able to get passed certain parts of the room...
Read full review. It got so bad that the associate (which was different from the first time we went) had to come in to help us and he even had trouble with the locks and codes. We were not offered a refund or even a apology. We really enjoyed going the first time but at this point we will probably go to another escape room. Update: Brooke (The Owner) reached out to me and provided great customer service! We were able to communicate the issues that occurred and discussed our concerns. Hopefully in the near future we will visit again!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! Did the Survivor room last time - looking forward to a new adventure! Great place to take older kids and family or even groups!!!

Amazing owners!! We had a BLAST in the Christmas room. The hour went by fast because each clue was so much fun! We ll definitely return with our older kids.

Grandson and I had a great time. We were warned that Murder Mysterys solve level was the hardest, but as novices we went anyway. We didnt solve it in the hour, but had fun trying. The associate helping us was very nice. The facility is very wheelchair friendly.
