The Secret Chambers Escape Room Fort Worth

We had a blast at Secret Chamber in FTW. I did pay for the video footage of the rage room but never received a copy. I have called three times in a week but still didn t receive it. I know the email is correct because I m getting tons of advertisement emails and my receipt just no video footage. Really disappointed too because I spent over $160 for 20 mins for two people, extra items to smash and a video. I recommend going here but do NOT buy the video.

The staff and hostess for our adventure were helpful, friendly and informative. Whatever interests you, there are several escape rooms to choose from. Groupon deal friendly. We were unable to escape out but my family enjoyed themselves and will most definitely be going back in the future.

Great place From the beginning we got a warm welcome. Given detailed and informative instructions. Once inside the room we noticed how well the layout of the room, with great details throughout our journey. The staff were so helpful throughout the whole process. 5+ stars and will definitely be back to try another room. Definitely recommend The Witches Tower for young or new players.

This was my first time at a rage room and it went so smooth. The host explained the safety items and where the sizes were and then once I was suited up he explained the room to us and the cool extra items you can add to your rage experience. Everything was in the room so if we wanted it we used it and if we didnt we just left it. They supplied some cool items for us and we decided to add a large TV. With use of various tools the items were appropriately dismantled. The host kept us aware of our time which was super nice as we knew where we were on time. Ill admit at first I wasnt sure about 20 minutes.... but after being in there I found out 20 minutes was a great time. We will definitely be coming back!!

This was one of the best escape rooms that I have ever done. Beth and Anthony made the experience so fun and really did help when we needed it. Everyone was super polite and would 10000% do it again. We did the Bonnie and Clyde room, and It was so fun doing the puzzles. The ending is absolutely perfect. Please, do the room even just once.

What an amazing experience! We went as a family for our daughters 14th birthday as a surprise and she was thrilled with the Train Heist Adventure! We all were! We finished just in the knick of time with only 2 seconds left! The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and definitely enhanced our experience and made is special for the birthday girl!

Tried the Train Heist with a group of six people. The train was engaging and challenging. The puzzles were not frustrating to figure out but hard enough to make you think outside of the box. Will go again and try different rooms.

Couldnt ask for a better experience. I took 4 teens to a rage room and escape room and they loved it. Good ground rules and good staff. The area 51 escape room was tough but still engaging and interesting. Our hosts and Cash were amazing.

We booked an experience over the phone for the same day (during Superbowl time - 7pm). From the first phone call to the friendly conversation after our experience - this place was top-notch. Having experienced maybe 40-50 escape rooms, Im proud to say this ranks in my top 3 of all time. Amber was the MOD (perhaps the owner? Sure acted like one!) and she gave legendary customer service. Read full review upon entering the building, and quickly befriended my 2 yr old and 14 yr old boys. We ran through the rules (pretty common ruleset) then were ushered to the room by a costumed character for our train heist mission. I hate that I forgot his name because he was great....keeping us laughing the ENTIRE time with his southern accent and over-the-top energy. The room was seemingly too easy at the beginning, but ramped up quickly and did end up besting our group. There were plenty of interactive elements that kept the room experience thrilling (wont spoil here!) After our experience, Amber chatted with us in the lobby for a bit, answered questions about rage rooms and hooked our baby up with a small bag of cookies. This small gesture was very meaningful to us, as most businesses dont achieve this level of kindness or personability. The entire facility is spotless and well-organized with snacks and merchandise. The employees seem to be genuine and very happy with their jobs, which always helps. We cannot wait to return to this location specifically, and have high hopes for when we visit the other locations. Was excited to try and rage room for the first time and only did because my daughter was begging to do one. Arrived 15 mins early since your time starts promptly at your booking time. Was given a suit, hard hat, and instructions on raging. Certain tools were included but some of the bigger ones, were an additional $10. Read full review for the tools and items and I have no complaints. We had music playing while we were raging and it was a fun vibe. Great rage experience, we loved it. Only complaint was it was rather warm in the room. We paid an additional $9 to do the arcade. After a few mins in the arcade, we thought the games were blah, it was very small after a huge crowd arrived, and it was still very warm in the place so we left. That wasn t worth the extra $18 but def recommended the rage room.

Leigh and her team in Arlington are truly amazing. Have been several times and have got to do every room at this location now and she always makes it Fun and an amazing experience especially when I come for my kids birthdays. We cant wait to come and try the fort worth location next

One of the best escape rooms Ive been to. From the quality of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff, all the times me and my friends have gone here have all been great. Weve escaped all 3 rooms they currently offer and look forward to the new room that is being built. In the meantime we plan on checking out the Arlington rooms. Highly recommend! Witchs Tower was our favorite. It was the easiest but still plenty of puzzles and we loved the fairy tale theme as it incorporates lots of characters we grew up watching.

My family treated me to my very first escape room today and I had an amazing time. Although I was overwhelmed at first the game master helped us understand the mission and made the adventure super fun! We will be back to master the Mafia Adventure! Thank you Connor!!!

I had planned my boyfriend s party here and we had a group of about 15 people. Originally we were going to split up the group into 7 and do two rooms instead, and Secret Chambers made sure we had two rooms that started at the same time so we could all start and end around the end together. They were so helpful. However, two of the people could not make it and we still got a full refund back on their tickets and they easily transferred our new group of 12 to do the Mafia Adventure room together...
Read full review. This room was so much fun and we loved how different it felt compared to other escape rooms because it is objective based not escape based. Our host, Johnson, was spectacular and so funny and made it such an enjoyable and memorable experience. The room itself was challenging and had different tasks for everyone to do, yet we were still able to figure things out. It was a perfect balance. Once again, we all loved it and would 10/10 do it again!!! Thank you so much!!

Our group did a family birthday funtime with the Mafia Experience at first it was great we really enjoyed the interaction with employees and we spent about 1 1/2 hours in unlimited arcade. We were having a great time our Mafia experience was the last one of the night and some of our group had never done an escape room so we were super excited as we love games. We asked please show us where this clue is as the person searched he also was unable to find it. He ended up giving us the answer to clue and we proceeded. We had spent a good 15 min or longer looking for this piece which ended up being hidden in a locked box. Someone had messed up and put clue piece in the locked box we needed clue piece to open. We were close to finishing the experience when our time ran out. We asked if we could have extra 15 min to finish since we spent so much time looking for clue that wasnt even in the right place. They said no sorry. We were really disappointed that even though they messed up they did nothing to help the situation. For as much as this cost to play you would think they would make right and either let us finish since we were last ones or give us a free one for next time. No, they gave us a coupon for $50.00 off next visit which they had already given us before we even started the experience so it wasnt even anything special .

Went to Secret Chambers Fort Worth and did the escape room Witch s Tower! Let me start by saying that the lady(Amber?)working there was super nice and helpful. Not to give away to many details of the room but super cool setup and very detailed. We went in with a party of 5 (3 adults and 2 -11 year olds) it was challenging but not to difficult. Totally recommend this place!!!

Fun but also extremely disappointing Went here with 2 friends for a bachelorette party. Prepaid for rage room with a video and picture. Everything before and during was awesome, the guy that helped us (I think his name started with a G) was phenomenal and is the only thing saving this from 1 or 2 stars. When he brought us up to the front I saw him trying to ask the women behind the desk if they heard him calling, they said we can t hear anything up here there was maybe 10 people in the big lobby...

They didn t turn on the recording or there was an error, regardless they nonchalantly told us there was no video, and we can go back in to take pictures with their camera for printable ones but we had already gotten out of all the gear. They suggested just calling it even since we used extra items we d have to pay for. I was just super disappointed, we were so excited to have that recording. The guy back there had taken pics for us with our phones, trying to at least get us those since the front desk wasn t responding. Like I said it was all fun except that ruined a lot of the experience for us.

We played Witchs Tower, Train Heist and the Mafia rooms. All three games were excellent, with great sets, slick puzzles and really fantastic game finales! Ive played over 400 games and I can say these are definitely industry standouts.

We did the pirate escape room for my daughter and her friends for her birthday. They had so much fun! Kai was our host and was amazing. You know when teenagers are asking when can we go back? that everyone had an awesome time.

Such a fun experience! Staff made us feel very welcome and the rooms are very engaging and interactive. Our room master was very nice, helpful, and in-character. Will be going again!!

This was my first escape room experience. I took my daughter for her 12th bday, along with 6 of her friends. I was very impressed but the setup and storytelling for The Witch s Tower. Amber was also such a kind and personable host when greeting us. I even had to reach back out via email after I accidentally deleted the group picture and they took care of resending it so quickly. I m already trying to plan another trip so I can participate in an escape room myself, since this one was for the kids. Lots of fun!

The host at the Arlington location acted as if she didn t want to be bothered whenever we asked for a clue. Are acted as if she was irritated and was very rude. The lady with the red hair and ring in her nose was the worse host yet. The Area 51 adventure proved to be a huge let down and a waste of money.

The rooms are incredible well done (I m an experienced escaper of rooms) - but the customer service is outstanding I also must say that the enchiladas are WORLD CLASS!! I highly recommend!

So much fun! Everyone got involved and we had a blast with Beth and Leigh! We weren t sure it would be that much fun but now we want to do it again NOW!!!!! This location was THE BEST! We can t wait to come back over and over again!

Surprised a friend for her birthday by taking her to her first escape room. Our group of four had a blast and we are making plans to return to try the other rooms. The staff was super friendly and rooms clean and well organized.

I don t recommend this place. I ve been to multiple different escape rooms. Will not come back to this one. Employees going in and out from main door to party room to back room. They will not give you clues and help you after banging on the door multiple times our just refused to help and give clues. Just tells you your wrong try again. I will not come back. Rooms were hot. They seem like they are in it for us to fail. Mention to manager and she just ignored me.
