Good experience, puzzles weren t too hard but definitely not easy, felt the 3 rooms were just enough, overall a good date night place or outing with fam n friends.

Fantastic experience here. Multi room escape room that was challenging, but not so much so that we felt unable to solve. Staff made a great recommendation based on our described skill level and it felt like they were part of our team which added to our experience. Cant wait to go back!

This is a great activity for family gatherings, or groups of friends tired of the routine! We have done bothTaken and Once upon a time. So try new things, have fun, and give this a whirl. We have gone through with all ages and with a member that has mobility issues; he was able to make it thorough the rooms no problem. The employees were courteous and we will be back.

We played Confinement and had a blast. Level of difficulty was spot on and extremely enjoyable. Our game masters were Reuben, Destiny and Hugo, and they were fantastic MCs for the evening. Would recommend to any would-be sloth, it was so much fun. We won!

We did the Casino Heist room, it was honestly good and interactive, all the puzzles and their triggers are contained inside the room, which makes it a lot of fun, not every escape room business handles escape rooms that way with others using the game master as the trigger for the puzzles which takes a lot of fun out of it. We cannot wait to go back again.

Overall a great experience. Very cute and decorated room with many details. Fun puzzles. We had fun. Sometimes props would not go off at the time they should. Also some of the clues on the screen were redundant, wouldve preferred a personalized voice tip instead. Also wished they wouldve given us more time, for what we spent with some things already solved or redundant clues. And/or let us keep going like 15 or 20 min past the hour to solve it.

Came for some sister bonding time and didnt regret it! What better way to enjoy sister time then being stuck in a room together for 60 minutes! Our game master was amazing. He gave us his name but I cant remember right now. I remember hes done over 400 escape rooms and came from California to run this one in EP. We were given hints when we started going in the wrong direction (a group of 6 first timers) and it was never claustrophobic. Best of all, We escaped!! Our game master also answered questions...
Read full review after our experience to assure us how close we were to solving different puzzles. And provided the solutions to those we werent anywhere close to solving. Overall we had a ton of fun. Id come back without a doubt. UPDATE: Ive been back to the escape room a total of 3 times over a 3 month period. Each room has been challenging, but super rewarding. Marco was our Game Master each time weve come and my sisters and I are now familiar faces. If youre wondering if this experience is worth it, yes. It totally is! Update: been here at least 9 times and all of my game masters hasve been amazing. Hana always stands out as being amazing and has a great personality

The easier level is a little more challenging than you think at least to get to the bonus vaulted safe. We tried cash me if you and absolute blast! Great time with friends. Only downside the group before us were a little behind schedule and that pushed out start time back. And we wish we warned about no alcohol in the room but it is allowed in the lobby area.

Awesome experience, very fun!! It s located sin the fountains area, and they offer a bunch of different escape rooms. Cosette was out game master!!

We had a group of 7 and we split in 2 to compete. We had a blast! The employees were awesome and the hints gave us just enough to figure it out.

Based on my experiences here, I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent at this location. Friendly employees that provided good customer service. Prices are a bit above average compared to other escape rooms I know of from different companies. The rooms Ive done here are true to their level I would say (Easy, Medium, Hard). Good challenges and puzzles. Fine story lines. Fun for various ages. I would say this place is worth the money. Would recommend and would return here again.

It was super fun. Would love to come back and try a different room! We went with a medium difficulty room and needed a few hints to solve all the puzzles. Next time well do an easier room and see if we can solve it without needing hints!

We this as a Family and it was a great experience. We loved it. The staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. David and Jackie did great as our hosts.

Loved the experience with the cash me if you can and the actual puzzles it took to solve to get us through, but beware that you have to plan this with a group of friends ahead of time we had 6 but one of our friends didn t sign up earlier that day or before so he couldn t join us kinda made us feel bad about the experience just a bit but still amazing place !

Awesome place. I went with my family and the room challenged our intelligence. This was our first escape room. We made to the last clue but didn t make it out on time. I definitely would recommend this place. This a great area as there are a lot of restaurants a few doors down.

I have successfully completed several of RedDoors Escape Rooms! I enjoy their intricate puzzles and brain teasers and overall attention to detail! Always a great time to spend an hour or two!!

Lots of fun! Really challenging but enjoyed every frustrating moment of trying to figure out the clues. Will definitely be back.

Always a good time for the family...they have a bunch of different rooms...also a good place for employee bonding...so much fun and the satisfaction of finally making it out is great...grab your family and some friends and see if you can escape!

I really respect a business whose management is heavily invested in the establishment and makes sure their customers experience was worth while. Despite the rough experience on my second visit here, the effort put in to make things right made me give it another try. My following experience certainly made up for the previous one, which had nothing to really do with the room itself. More so some of the employees. The rooms Ive played were really fun and well thought out. I cant wait to go back and try to tackle the remaining ones.

Great place to have a fun time . My friend and I played catch me if you can! And it was amazing our key master was Cosette and she was the best helped us a lot and made it so fun ! For our first time we loved it

First off, I want to say that this place was very clean and well put together. My wife and I chose confinement for our escape adventure today. We had a great time! This was only our third escape room attempt. We thought the room was put together well and the puzzles were not easy, but offered enough challenge to make us think. We really liked everything about the room, and guess what? This room was the first part in a series of six rooms that are all tied into a story. That means every time we go...

Our first two rooms we really sucked and had to have at least ten clues to finish, and extra time. This time we did it with only 5 clues and time to spare (7 minutes). We want to encourage everyone out there who has an interest to go do it... and learn from every experience. You wont regret it! We also say DO NOT MISS Red Door! Such an awesome place and the staff even let us know about other escapes to try out. Who does that? Only people who love adventure and sharing it with everyone every way. Thanks to everyone at Red Door for being AWESOME!!!

Had a great time, didnt solve it but had fun trying. Will do again with family next time. Its a great date night option

Here from Ohio visiting my son and daughter in law. Had a great time at Red Door. Very nice people.

We did the Last stop on L-Train, and we do NOT recommend. If you are looking to solve and engage in your escape room, or visit one with multiple rooms this is not for you. It s a 30 minute experience that took us 20. The story line was bare minimum and was definitely not a crowd pleaser, nor an exciting escape room. Save your MONEY!! i should have asked for a refund. #notimpressed

Dylan was the best game master there and he was very sweet. He helped us out alot and had good manners. the confinement room was very fun and silly and scary. The puzzles were challenging and fun to figure out, please give Dylan a raise BTW and if u can give me his instagram. thank you guys

I have been to a lot of escape rooms, and this one had a lot of potential, but all of the interesting things were after getting out of the first room, and we were sabotaged on our first room because our game master kept giving us clues that we had already solved, making us think that we had to keep using those clues to do additional things. Even when we responded to a clue by saying we already did it, they kept flashing the same clues up on the screen. I don t know if they need additional staff or if the staff just need to pay more attention, but it ruined the experience. I don t think I would go back, at least not before maxing out the other escape room opportunities in town.

We had an awesome time. We did an easy level with three kids ages 4, 7, and 9 and they all loved it. We will definitely come back soon! Cosette was amazing and so sweet. She helped the children have fun and feel comfortable being stuck in rooms. Recommend for children and families!!
