It was a GREAT FAMILY time. The room was very well kept and great professional looked. Kayla was a great Game Master gave us just enough clues but still allowed us to look for the answers as a family.

Scooby doo was super fun. Enjoyed it. Our GM did miss us competing something.... And we got stuck cause they werent paying attention Rooms seem to require a lot of GM manual input. Mona Lisa was super fun. One really hard puzzle, otherwise all had a good flow. Everything worked well and was a challenge Pirates was best overall vibe. Room was by far easiest, but was fun. Smells nice, well built. All the puzzles work well. Batman was trash, we lost a clue right away, after the GM said it happens there a lot.... They tell you to not pull anything.. but you have to PULL a panel off.............. Not a light pull either..... Building is well designed and clean.

This place was amazing . We played the Pirates Curse game. It was so much fun and well designed. Our game host Kayla was very friendly and fun to work with throughout the game. Thank you for the great experience! Only change I would make would be to add difficulty levels to the games.

This was such a COOL experience! We all worked together and escaped with 4 minutes and some seconds to go! Wooo-hooo! Every single one of us contributed and it confirmed we work AMAZING together! Thank you to Isa, our game master! With her help we did it!!!

Isa was an awesome host. She definitely gave us great hints when we needed but didn t make it too easy. The room was also really fun and had some difficult puzzles. Definitely recommend. Edit: I went again as a Father s Day outing to do the Scooby do room. It was a very fun room and the puzzles were very cool. Our game master Jacky was also very helpful and made our experience very fun! Totally recommend as a family outing.

Isa was a great game host! Loved our experience as it was our first time here. Kayla was an amazing Game Master!!! We loved her! We will definitely be coming back for another game.

Our family of four, with two kids 9 and 10, had a blast doing the pirate room! Jennifer warmly greeted us and we had a very short wait, while in a swankily decorated waiting area. Rafael was our awesome host and he was most helpful with clues, we needed them. We did escape! But it was tricky and fun for us along the way. Already talking about going back to do a different room! Fun for a family, work event, or date night. Thanks Escapology!

Miriam has been the best as a game master and a host. She is super helpful, and nice. We have gotten her for the past two times and she makes it a wonderful experience each time. New favorite escape room place !!!! 10/10!!! Also love how you get a bracelet for every game you escape. We will collect all of them for sure!!!

It was easily my favorite escape room experience! Our game master/host Kayla was extremely supportive and helped us choose the next room we should do. I would love to visit again in the near future!!

Escapology was awesome! So many different room themes and they are all very well thought out. We were thoroughly impressed. Kayla was our game hostess and she let us struggle just enough but knew when to jump in and nudge us in the right direction. We ll definitely be back!

Mia and Miriam were awesome! By far the best escape room in El Paso. Highly recommend the Batman room. Already booked the next event and excited to try the new room. Also got amazing bracketed and Mia and Miriam were super friendly and kind.

Ari and Jackie were very helpful, we were able to meet the owner Jen and a bunch of staff. Everyone was so easy to talk to and my overall experience was phenomenal! 10/10 would go again

So much fun! The room was filled with challenging puzzles, very beautiful decor and an amazing theme! Adriana was the best host! We beat A Pirates Curse with only 4.5 minutes left! One of the best escape rooms I have been to!

By far one of the best escape rooms I ve ever done. They had excellent service and explained everything clearly. Our game host Miriam was amazing and our game master Jackie gave us plenty of useful hints. 10/10 experience, we ll definitely be going again!

This was one of the best escape room experiences. Ari and Miriam were by far the best host/game masters we have had. I wish I had an extra hand so i could give them three thumbs up. I will definitely come back based on this experience.

This was so much fun! The puzzles were challenging but the clues provided by Miriam and Arie were helpful if we got stuck and didn t ruin the experience at all. I highly recommend for couples or small groups looking for an adventure!

Absolutely amazing experience. We 110% will be back. Gali was our game master and was top notch. She explained everything and was so nice. They made it fun and the room design top tier. The room design was the best I ve ever seen and we ve done a lot of rooms!

We had an awesome time! The challenges were very well thought out and detailed. We did the pirate room and beat it and loved the layers of challenges. Definitely coming back!

I brought my summer camp kiddos and WOW!!!! We had such a great time. It was great to see the collaboration and how each one added to the experience. Isa did a wonderful job guiding us and making our experience so much more enjoyable.

I loved our experience! Our game host, Miriam, was incredibly attentive and guided us expertly through our escape. She was quick to provide clues whenever we needed help. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends!!!

Let me start off by saying that we have been to several different escape rooms throughtout El Paso. This one by far is the most expensive at $40 a person, and though the rooms are nice after our experience today I would not recommend going back. I will note that we have been here twice already and the first time was amazing. We did the Batman room and it was highly enjoyable. The front desk and the game master were very helpful and friendly. Read full review the room itself was okay, we encountered problems that we had not the first time. The first gentleman when we arrived at the front was very friendly but everything went downhill from there. Last time, we had a total of 6 including my 4 year child who tagged along. We were not told anything about her the first time and I would hope that the first people will not get in trouble because they are the only reason why we came back for a second time as they hyped us up for the Scooby Doo room. However, this time I was hassled about having to pay an additional $40 for 4 year child who does not participate, just tags along. There had been confusion as to what the rules say which even the the front desk agreed was confusing online but I was told that only babies that are carried the entire time or in a stroller are free. None of the other escape rooms have this policy as I have taken my daughter to all of them. I explained to them that I had already been here with her and they did not tell us anything about having to pay for my daughter. I asked for the manager but they said that they could take my information and pass it along. They also stated that they could not find my information, saying that I had not been there before but I showed her the email that we had been there just a week prior. We even have picture proof that all of us had been there. To avoid any problems I offered to pay for her but they were unable to add her so they allowed it this time to avoid any one getting upset. We left it at that, however when I went the restroom, the other people in my party arrived and then another front desk hassled them about there being 6 people and having to pay for another person. I explained that we had already been through this with the other front desk people and they said okay. We thought this was the end but for the rest of the game, we noticed the game master was not very friendly anymore and we sensed tension. Because of this, we felt uneasy and did not enjoy the rest of the game. The reason for the two stars is because the first time we went was great but this time not so much.

me and my boyfriend went to the mona lisa escape room and miriam and ari made our experience amazing! ari was a great game master and helped us out whenever we needed, and miriam was an amazing host! She was extremely friendly and likable, they both made it an experience worth remembering! I will most definitely come back!

Super fun experience, did the Scooby-Doo room and had a blast! It was well balanced to be both fun yet challenging. The hosts, Dan and Mia, were really welcoming and helpful, and did a great job making me feel excited for the game. Would definitely go again!

Had a very fun time in the Batman room! Our game master was Mia & she was awesome. We definitely plan to go back to try the other rooms they have to offer.

so much fun! miriam and mia were great. we do a lot of escape rooms and this one is pricer but when we immediately understood why. it was super high quality and we really enjoyed it. will definitely be back!

Had an amazing time at the escape room! Mion was an awesome helper, guiding us with just the right amount of hints. They were super accommodating with our schedule, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Can t wait to come back and try another room!
