The Riddle Room of Corpus Christi

Ram called me an hour before our time slot they had given us ,mind you when are not from corpus and drove in for this event , to let us know they were short staffed and had to cancel my slot time frustrating now that it was cancelled and u have to pay for all events before hand so I asked for my refund , he said no problem have been calling for 2 days and now oddly no one answers or returns calls . SCAM ARTIST AT ITS BEST . I KNEW BETTER , But WANTED THIS AS A GRADUATION GET AWAY ****UPDATE...

Went here about 4 years ago with who now my ex and long gone I proposed to her there but it was a lot of fun we did the Harry Potter one and had a blast one of those days Ill go back but with my Current GF who loves escape rooms

I took my 14 year old son and his friends to do the Experiments in Time room and we had a blast. The staff was friendly and very informative. It was a great experience.

Highly recommend The Riddle Room! This was our first escape room experience and now we re hooked. The team at Riddle Room was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We completed the Harry Potter room and will definitely be back for the others! The difficulty level is great- not too easy at all! We went as 4 adults and had a blast.

We did the Harry Potter room and we had so much fun! They gave us help when we asked and it was put together nicely. We didnt escape the room, but we want to go back again for another try! so much fun!

The room we went in was a good challenge. The problem we had with it was that there was no direction. Every clue we found out had to be tried on every lock till we found the correct one. Some clues worked on others but not all of them. Some extra direction would have been nice.

Great people and introduction. Warm and friendly. Fantastic story background and set up. Physical setting of room was a negative here as nothing seamed to go together to take you into the story. Puzzles were awesome. Game Master in room with you to give hints. This is the first time I have seen this little weird but easily passed. The biggest problem I had is when you are given a redirect that takes you away from the right answer. As we pondered a clue after the game we realized we had the answer...
Read full review without fully unraveling the clue but as we moved to advance on our idea we were told that we needed to go back to the clue that if we would have continued in our thought path would have led us to the same place. Instead of wasting time on the clue we had solved without fully unravaling. Still a good time just a little disappointed.

This is not an escape room. There were so many illogical jumps in the puzzle flow, that you werent even challenged to solve clues or piece anything together. Ive done about 30 escape rooms, and this is nothing like how they are supposed to be set up. I suspect the person who made this room has never actually been to an escape room. The employee we worked with was very polite, but I was underwhelmed and disappointed with the expierence.

We had a great time! Four of us escaped the Break the Spell room. This is my tenth escape room. I appreciate the flow and quality of clues. We will be back.

Beat their escape room here . The staff is great and super friendly. The codes weren t too difficult in this room , we just managed to beat it in time

Our group of 4 managed to skip a lock and still get to the end. First time for everything I suppose. Good times all around, though. Definitely will return

We went with family and friends and had a great time. It would help if there was a solid first clue. We got most of them in random order. We will go back.

Completed the hidden cellar mystery with Mckaley as our guide and it was great! So much fun

Drove over from Rockport for an entertaining experience with the grandkids only to find out it is by appointment only. The Google site does not make that clear . What a huge disappointment.

I would highly recommend the riddle room! This was our first experience in an escape room and we chose the Harry Potter room. Between 4 adults we were able to figure out all of the clues and complete the challenge! Though the escape room was not super difficult it definitely took some knowledge of the series plus some effort on our own part to figure out the riddles. It took us almost the entire hour to get out. They will assist you with a hint when you need it but use it wisely! We had almost the entire room figured out before we used ours. The staff was very friendly as well! Thank you for the great experience!

This was our first time in an escape room and it was so much fun. The staff were so friendly to help us keep going without getting discouraged. We really liked the low stress environment and didnt worry about trying to escape. We just focused on solving the clues to get to the final riddle. Lots of fun and felt like quality decorations and props.

My husband and I had the best time! The Waking Dead escape room was so creative, and had us on our toes the whole time. We are definitely going back to try the Harry Potter Room next! Definitely recommend! Plus very friendly host who made it all the more enjoyable!

They had wonderful staff and amazing staff and even let us have free extra clues and helped us out throughout the thing because we are dumb. I been with Ariel 2x and I love her she is very positive.

This was a lot of fun. However, when we started the room we found the answer to the problem bc the game was not reset correctly. The host was very kind and helped up when we got stuck. The difficulty was moderate. My niece (14) and nephew (10) were very engaged and were able to figure out a lot on their own. As a team, we still failed the room. Haha! It was entertaining though.

My group of 3 did the jungle room on medium hard and it was way harder than we thought but Staff was super friendly and helpful, place was clean and rooms looked great. I d recommend:)

Highly recommend this escape room. We did the waking dead. It was a lot of fun, really kept us on our toes. There were a couple of confusing parts but the host was super sweet and helped us when we were stuck. Definitely coming back to do Break the spell

We had a blast at the Riddle Room! We only made it through 15 of the riddles our 1st attempt, but we didnt give up. We tried again. On our 2nd attempt, we only figured out 2 more riddles, but we still had a blast. We are looking forward to going back when they have new riddles. Something different & very fun to do in Corpus!

It was super fun! I came on a date with my boyfriend and although we didn t make it we had fun. We played the walking dead, we highly recommend it and we will be back for sure!

This is the 2nd time weve been to the riddle room. Weve done both rooms and loved each of them. The owner us so friendly and helpful. Definitely a go to if youre in the corpus christi area!

We had a blast for our first time bummed because we ran out of time and had one kick left, but definitely going to back!

Employee was VERY nice, and was very helpful. Although my group was unable to solve the riddle, we still had a great time.

It was something different and unique. We loved it! Just wished there didnt hv to be a worker watching us in the room. :(
