Awesome activity. Friendly for all ages, our group was 6 to 60. I was afraid to try it because I didnt want to feel ignorant, but we all worked together and had ideas. Good for team and confidence building. Clean. We did Gold Rush and enjoyed the activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We have done 3 of the escape rooms (and escaped! ) at the Grapevine location and they have been really fun. Mary and Kayla were amazing. Honestly all the staff that I didnt catch the name of were super helpful.

Grace with the hearing aids was an amazing host! We did two rooms back to back and she gave us the cutest shirts for free. The rooms were some of the best I ve been to because of the mechanisms involved. Very creative

Such a fantastic place with amazing puzzles to solve. Very friendly staff and super well organized. We went on a Saturday night, you go into the room by groups of 8 people (if you are a party of 3 or 4, youll be paired up with other parties) and for the price you pay ($37/person) you dont get to do a lot (per person). With simple math, they do about $300 for the hour you have in the room. As fun and challenging as an escape room can be, its not worth that price. Unless their prices are adjusted...

Edit: we got offered to try this place again after our first experience left me not totally convinced. Recently, I had my friends traveling from Iowa and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to give it another try. We went on Monday night and I have to say, this time, we had an absolute blast. It was only our party here (we were 5 and I think thats the perfect amount of people) and it is a game changer. It makes the process much smoother and the problem solving is much more cooperative. Whenever my friends come back, we may go for the Gold Rush room (we did Prison Break this time) if we get a marketing email coupon or a financial incentive!

Such an awesome first experience! I went with a group of friends for my birthday and Holly & Hana treated us like family! The escape room itself was amazing and their hospitality was even more amazing! 5/18/24 - Did another game with Mary today and it was a wonderful time! My group played with another group and there was no awkwardness at all. The room was so well themed!

LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE HERE!! Fully recommended the playground room!! And the heist was good also. Had so much fun on our anniversary solving puzzles and working on communication skills. The staff were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. Would give 100 stars if I could!!!

The most fun for the whole family! We had ages 9-55. Cleverly out together. Use your phone to take a picture when you find a clue.

We had So. Much. Fun! Jonathan was the manager on duty the day we visited and made our experience amazing. He really went above and beyond to accommodate us. That s how a business should be run! Sage ran our game and he was fabulous as well. Our group was a girls trip with 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 12 and 11). We were able to complete The Heist (difficulty 8/10) using about 5 clues with 5 minutes to spare. We had such a great experience that we took advantage of the discount on offer when you complete a game to buy another experience and will go back in 2 days to do another room. Such a fun time- we spent the whole time we were eating lunch recapping our experience

Mary was wonderful! She was so much fun. Giving it a 5 star as it was our first time and the instructions were very clear. The atmosphere of the game was so cool as well. Definitely coming again!

Jon, the GM, and his team were excellent! They make you feel so immersed in the complete experience! All rooms are so awesome and great for family and team bonding! Best experience ever!

Everything was AWESOME!!! We did this for my sons birthday and have no regrets. I highly recommend this experience here at this location in the Grapevine mall. Grace was amazing with helping us and Alex (the lady with the green hair) has outstanding customer service. Created lots of birthday memories. Can t wait to do it again!!!

This facility was top notch. Hands down the friendliest staff and best rooms in the metroplex. We played all four rooms in four days and all were a great time! The manager was an extremely class-act guy and made the experience even better. I cannot recommend this location enough, as you are sure to have a great time from start to finish!

I love going to the escape game, we completed all missions at The Colony location so we ventured to Grapevine for The Heist , I guess because the times were late at night, they are limited on staff so they require you wait in the mall and they keep the doors locked. That was a bit of a meh experience. However, the room was awesome. With only two of us, we used 4 clues total and escaped with 8 mins left! Pretty awesome!

Grace. and Isaac were fantastic guides they re so friendly and really made the experience fantastic. This was a great birthday celebration for our friend. Can t wait to come back and do a harder room!

Jon and his staff were awesome! We are here on vacation in Texas and the experience at Grapevine was great. Would recommend 100% worth more than 5 stars. We have done 9 Escape Games with your company in diffrent states all are great, but Jon stood out the most his hospitality was awesome. Looking forward to more adventures with your company. Hoping you consider opening in Puerto Rico in the future.

The attitudes of the Holly and Alex today were great . The rooms are challenging but in a way that are very solvable. I ve been to many escape rooms where the mini puzzles are too complex to enjoy solving but these rooms the puzzles were fun. Secret passage ways to new rooms always make it a fun escape room.

Our game master was Mary and she was phenomenal. Incredibly immersive and super fun. Definitely would recommend for parties and friend groups. I did prison break and it for sure was a challenge but still super fun!!

Had a great experience! It was just me and my buddy and we did prison break and had Sage as our game host. He did a great job and helped us through the puzzle and was super chill. Would love to come back!

We had so much fun. We did the Heist room and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and made it a very welcoming space. Holly was our game room host and she was super sweet and helpful! 10/10 will most definitely be going back!

We really enjoyed this experience as a family. It was an hour well spent. The young lady who hosted the game was friendly and helpful. The young lady who checked us in was also very friendly and excited to help us enjoy the game. It was a great time!
