The Escape Game Austin

This place offers an incredible experience! The Escape Game in Austin has large multiple escape rooms for thrilling hour-long themed adventures! We did two rooms here back-to-back by ourselves (rooms are big so you might be partnered with others to form a group ). The rooms are so imaginative , the puzzles are sophisticated , and the interior design of each room is incredibly decorated. The staff is extremely nice, welcoming, and professional! We had so much fun exploring each room and escaping on time! I wish I came here more often & would definitely visit their location in NYC!

My Wife and I got engaged here and the staff was soooo exited to help us. They helped me think of ideas, music, and even let me change the room to be setup for our special moment. Not to mention they brought out balloons and confetti, and gifted us with some nice at home escape room content and local Austin gift cards. They recorded the moment and sent it to me so we can have it forever. Also, if you couldn t tell by the fact that we got engaged here, we ve also done all the rooms and absolutely love each and everyone of them.

Had a great time figuring out The Playground. Wasn t sure if it would be too easy as it s a 6/10 but it was just me and my kiddos ages 41, 18, 15 and 13 and we solved it after 2 hints with 5 minutes to spare. Devin our guide was enthusiastic and made our victory even better. :)

Spencer did a great job guiding us through the Gold Rush level and provided good hints to keep us going. The room had unique and challenging puzzles to complete and it kept us on our toes. We will definitely be back!

Isabelle was so sweet & helpful! She answered all our questions, especially our silly ones. We had a team of 7 & it was fun! We escaped with 5 minutes to spare. I rated it a 4 star because I feel like the sound system needed to be a bit louder.

This place has some awesome escape rooms! I have done Gold Rush and Prison Break! They have awesome rooms and I seriously love this place. They have each room setup so amazingly. Emily was our host for prison break and she freaking killed it! Also, celebrated my wife s birthday and Emily went above and beyond by decorating our escape room with balloons and happy birthday signs! I could not believe it. They really went all out to help make my wife s birthday that much better. Thank you Emily and staff!

I had a fantastic time! The puzzles in our experience (we chose Into the Depths) weren t too hard that we couldn t solve them but still provided enough of a challenge to keep us on our toes. I m proud to say that our crew successfully escaped without needing any hints, but our guide Kristin was still super friendly and helpful! I definitely hope to visit again.

It was our first time doing escape room and it was so much fun and the puzzle were quite challenging, but so satisfying once solved! Hazel our guide was amazing and such a great help and it was great we were able to win our game!! We will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend!!

We were in town for a wedding, and looking for something to do to pass the time. The escape room was a great idea, and ended up being a fantastic experience. Some of it was due to the people in our party, but also the tram there was incredible. They made us feel welcome, supported and energized for the experience. Special shoutout to Tim our dungeon master for welcoming us so warmly and for a few hints. Overall, great care around and with the game, looking forward to checking out another one of their experiences.

This place is such a fun time. Our Game Master Casper was the sweetest and most amazing person EVER! I would highly recommend you trying it out with a group of friends. I ve gone twice and have my third experience booked already. Can t recommend this enough or Casper enough. They made this experience so much fun!

My sister, husband and I went into play cosmic crisis and Jules went above & beyond to ensure we had a good time! There were some tech issues with the room so we waited a bit after the game was supposed to start and then were told that there was a technical issue that wasn t resolved and *shouldn t* affect the rest of the game but they weren t 100% sure. We decided to take the risk since we ve played with this company before and have loved their games and boy did we have a good time! The technicality only ended up affecting the aesthetic of the screen, but the rest of the game worked seamlessly! Jules was awesome!

This is the best website room Ive ever done! The room themes are incredible. Janus and Jackson were our guides and they rocked it! Well definitely be back!

Great game! Jasmine was a wonderful host giving just the right amount of clues suggested and walked us perfectly through the game!!

Jessica was great! What a fun adrenaline rush, especially with escaping with 52 seconds to go! We did the Gold Rush with our two nine year olds & us two adults and it was perfect.

My group and I had a thoroughly great time in our first Escape Room experience! A special shout out to the incredible Teo who was a wonderful guide! Way to go The Escape Game!!

We did 2 escape rooms today and they were so much fun! Loved both Cosmic Crisis and The Depths. The depths clues weren t as obvious and a little harder to figure out what to do next. We were able to escape both rooms with time to spare. There may have been some tears and frustration, but the goal was accomplished. Camille was our Game Guide for Cosmic Crisis and she was awesome. My husband told her it was my birthday tomorrow and when we escaped, she had a handmade birthday card for me and had the staff sign it. It was so sweet and made me feel special.

Rehaan was super awesome!!! As players who have played every game at the Austin and San Antonio locations, this is my top escape room!! (We also have a trip to Nashville planned soon for HQ) The staff is unbelievably amazing and the rooms are amazingly designed. Puzzles are awesome and overall this place is unprecedented!!

Went with a big group of family and had an amazing time finishing the playground!! Thought it was only for kids at forts but it was definitely a fun challenge!!

Amazing escape rooms, the quality is outstanding, the puzzles are creative and the room designs were so immersion. Best of all nothing was worn out. Great mix of tactile and story puzzles! Spencer was an amazing host!

This was such a fun and awesome experience! Casper, our game guide, was AMAZING! Although we did not escape, Casper was still so encouraging and awesome! They even drew a yoda birthday card for someone in our group who is a huge Star Wars fan! We even scheduled another game for the next day before we left for 20% off!

Playground is a great room! I had read about the awards this design has won and it is well deserved recognition. Fun theme, great puzzles. No red herrings and no odd logic leaps. Great night out.

Such an amazing time! Some family members had a family emergency and the front desk had no problem giving us credit for next time. Logan was our host and did amazing! We will be back

We had such a great time here and it was all thanks to the Escape Game Staff! We have come here twice for two separate birthdays and each time was so much fun. Our two Game Guides were so funny and so helpful! Robin and Gio were so nice to us and made us feel so comfortable! I can t wait to come back and beat every room

We did the Timeliner: Train Through Time, and had so much fun. The whole staff was very kind and helpful. Danny really helped make the experience delightful and answered all of our questions before ever needing to ask them. 10/10 for the game and Danny 100/10 for their superb demeanor. First time at this location and first time playing with people we didn t know. Thankfully we had some smart people to help us out. Will definitely be back soon with friends.
