Novel Escape Austin

Oh my gosh, we had such a great time! The attention to detail and obvious love of literature is evident as soon as you enter the lobby. Our guide was absolutely brilliant, making sure we knew what to expect and offering us just the right level of clues and encouragement to solve the mystery. We made it with 2 seconds to spare! I would absolutely recommend this for a really fun date or group hangout!

Took my son and niece on out visit to Austin. Had a great time. Clues were not too hard though we did get stuck a few times but overall it was a great time. Skylar was super awesome and a great game master.

This was my second time doing this room and I appreciate it just as much now as I did the first time. The puzzles are so well thought out and fun. It was a terrific team building exercise for my work colleagues and I cant wait until the new room is launched soon. Keep constructing such fun puzzles, Todd!

This room was great - I ve played a bunch of rooms and the puzzles here were very interesting and well designed. Our Gamemaster was very friendly as well!

My family and I did the 20,000 leagues under the sea themed escape room and it was a blast. A decent skill level with themed clues and puzzles, it took us down to the wire to solve it. Our game master was also excellent, they did a great job getting us amped up for the escape room and was very attentive when we needed a clue. I definitely recommend this escape room!

What an unforgettable first escape room experience!! We had a blast doing the 20,000 leagues under the see room. It was well thought out with great puzzles and immersive design! Our gamemaster was so energetic and kind which made it a lot better. We cant wait for more novel themed rooms to become available because we will be returning!!

This was SO much fun. And the Game Master ( I forgot her name but which ever one worked on June 10th) was AMAZING SO HELPFUL, and most importantly PATIENT. We are going back the next time we go to Austin. ( we did the Sea escape one. SO FUN)

The escape room was an absolute delight! It was my first experience, but I thought it did a great job of immersing you into the action and keeping you thinking and puzzling. The proprietor was kind, informative, and patient with us! I warmly look forward to future room debuts here.

The 20000 leagues under the sea escape room was a really fun experience with very creative and delightful puzzles.

We took our kids, 8 and 11, and we had a blast! All four of us contributed and it was really fun to work together. The clues and puzzles were very well done for the 60 minute time frame. Our gamemaster was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend!

What a fun game! My husband and I have done nearly 40 rooms and 20,000 Leagues is probably top 5. Everything works as intended, the puzzles are logical, and the set and props are really cute. Our gamemaster was really friendly and good at her job. The designer clearly loves what he does and it shows!

Awesome first experience! Our family of 5 went that included our 6 and 7 year old daughters and we all had the best time. We immediately wanted to go into another escape room. Great family game to play!

The room at Novel Escape was amazing! Went to celebrate my birthday, and it was a perfect end to the day. We have done close to 50 escape rooms, and this is definitely one of the most entertaining ones we have completed! There were a lot of surprises, and unique puzzles to solve. Jonathan was an amazing game master, and even sent me a note during our time in the room which made the experience even more special.

Had a great time! Lots of fun and very clever puzzles. Not high tech but that s okay. Our game host Tyler was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!

We came in here not expecting much out of the escape rooms. It was so fun once we got into the rhythm. We laughed, we got scared, and we used a lot of teamwork. I highly recommend this escape room! The captain was so funny and welcoming.

After reading so many positive reviews, our expectations were high. Im happy to say that Novel Escape lived up to the hype and earned a top spot on our growing list of puzzle room experiences. We had a super-friendly game master who welcomed us into the space and gave us an occasional, well-timed nudge when needed. The room was thoughtfully designed with a nice variety of puzzles that provided just the right amount of challenge -- stretching us without devolving into frustration. Three friends and I (the perfect size group, IMHO) had such a great time in the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea room. Were eagerly awaiting the opening of their next literary escape.

Really great experience for the family! Definitely one of the better escape room experiences I ve ever had! Can t wait for their new scenarios to come out.

My wife and I had an absolute blast at Novel Escape! It was out first time experiencing an espace room setting and we couldnt have been happier with Novel Escape. Our game master was fun and very professional. The quality of the puzzles were great and it was an awesome way to spend an hour. The theme was great and I cannot wait for them to add more such themed games. Highly recommend if youre in Austin!

We came for a family experience for my daughters 36th birthday. We enjoyed the opportunity to work together to solve all the puzzles. We came up one puzzle short but had a great time.

Friendly staff and a well done room with a good variety of creative puzzles. We really had a great time.

This was a super fun and original experience. Clear thought, time, and effort went into creating this game and we cant wait to come back to play the next one in a few months. 10/10 experience. For info, we played as a group of 2 and won the room.

We were newbies to escape room games, but Novel Escape got us hooked. A huge shoutout to Captain Nemo your positive attitude made the experience even more awesome! Thanks a lot - will be visiting again for the James Bond adventure!

We absolutely loved Novel Escape. The theme was amazing and the clues were all incredibly clever. It was super well done, and we had an absolute blast (see picture for proof).

Did the 20,000 leagues under the sea with my partner and kids. It was our first escape room experience as a family. The person at the front was so welcoming and nice! They helped when we asked and gently offered when we didn t ask but clearly needed it. I loved the game and we will definitely go back for the next novel! This was great for families because everyone could help and it wasn t scary but it was exciting as the clock ticked down - 100% recommended
