Breakout Games - Dallas (Arlington)

We were here for our friends birthday! We did the Kidnap comcept, though we couldn t fully solve it , it was extremely fun! We had a great time, Eli was our game master and she was delightful to keep our fun up! We are definitely going to visit again to complete our puzzle

I was looking forward to this experience but needed clarity on if they offer single person passes. So I called 3 times before driving to the location. My line goes unanswered. I get there during business hours, no one was present at the front desk. I attempted to sign the waiver while waiting, figuring someone was watching the cameras and would come assist. Read full review walking in to inform me of a 2 party minimum. If they would have answered, I would not have showed up. If they waiver link worked properly, I would have left instead of waiting. Also tried the website beforehand and the page would not load pass the location selection but heres to wasting time and gas.

We had a fun time at Breakout Games - Dallas (Arlington) in the Parks Mall Arlington! The Escape Room that we did was the Island Escape, trying to find all the clues to help you get off the island before the volcano erupts. Our group made it out at 55:58, only 4 minutes left of the 60 minutes we were given to escape the room. Read full review with the gates down when we arrived. Our game master Rosa arrived late at around 11:10am to open the store and we started our game late. However, she was apologetic and we were gracious and understood. She even gave us another round for 6 people for a separate visit. She was a great host, opened the store fast, and was a great help during our experience. This is a positive review because she helped make our experience great! Thank you Rosa. Location: This is located within the Parks Mall Arlington on the second floor by the Sears. I would suggest parking in the Sears parking lot and coming in through that entrance. There s an escalator by this entrance and the store is right at the top of the escalator.

We absolutely had fun here! We did the room called Kidnapping, and we escaped just under the buzzer! Our game master, Lola, was wonderful and helpful when we needed it! The explanation of the rules was both quick and clear and we will definitely be coming back!

We went for my sons 13th birthday with 2 of his buddies and had a blast. Matt was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back. Everyone had a great time and worked together to solve the puzzles.

This place is fantastic! Rihanna was amazing and we only barely were able to escape the room! We completed the Runaway Train as a group of 6 and I highly recommend it if you enjoy escape rooms and puzzles! I cant wait to go back!

Everyone was welcoming and nice! My husband and I went and did The Kidnapping. We havent done many escape rooms so I am not sure if that is why we did so poorly haha. Either way, The Kidnapping seems too hard for just 2 people, but with a larger group would probably be a lot more doable. :)

Runaway Train was one of the worst escape rooms weve done (20 plus rooms so far). Clues were not present, some of the features didnt work properly. Robin, our game master was fantastic though. Id like to take her with me to another room where she didnt have to work so hard

We had a lot of fun. It was a two-room escape room, and it was pretty fantastic. Lola was a great host, and she gave us hints right at the right moments.

I had a great experience here for my birthday. The escape room we chose was bomb squad and it was fun. The rooms are smaller but there were still a lot of activities and puzzles to do before breaking out. Jimmy was a great host! He was kind and friendly from the start. He was also patient and understanding when a few members of the group were late, and let them join us in the room when they arrived. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

Super great room! Very challenging but super fun! Everyone needs to do this kidnapping room! Jimmy made the experience so much more fun and helped as much as well we asked lol thank you Breakout for an awesome team experience for my team and I! We did fail but that s okay we will be back

Alora was a great hostess! The room was fun and challenging. There was 1 puzzle that we couldn t solve by ourselves and had to ask for a hint. We give it 4/5 on difficulty. The experience would have been better if everything was working in the room. Twice we had things not happen automatically that did not. This caused us to lose ~6-8 minutes of time. We d like to believe that is the reason we didn t finish, but we ll never know. Would highly recommend, if room is in full working order.

I ve partaken in the act of navigating through puzzles to depart from trapped rooms for approximately five times in my existence. But out of all experiences, I would place the room that Robin lead to be by far the best. It was an excellent and enjoyable escape room! (It was fun! Robin is awesome!!)

Shira, was a phenomenal host! Fun and friendly. I had an awesome time and will definitely come back. Sadly I didn t finish but I ll avenge myself !

Grady was the best GM ever. We did two escape rooms for my daughters 6th birthday and he kept it fun and engaging for us the entire time. Thanks Grady!

Alora was the best game master we could have had! She walked us through helpful hints and was so sweet and kind. 10/10 recommend her. Will come back!!

Alora was great we did the Mystery Mansion. She even gave us sneak peaks about the other rooms. overall we are booking another room soon

First time being in an escape room and it was such an experience if you have a group of crazy friends. Definitely do this with a group. The more people you have, the cheaper it is too. Thank you so much Robin for guiding us and setting the room up! Also for the hints when panic set in

Avin was a great hostess for our family of 6. She was responsive to our asks for clues but didn t directly give the answer. She simply nudged us to figure it out on our own! We had a great experience!

Me and my sister went and tried for our first escape room ( Island Escape) and had an AMAZING time. We were soo close, but it was really worth it. Both of us will be trying again soon. The person that helped us today was elli and she was awesome with helping us newbies out!

Logan was amazing!!!! We made it out in 1 second thanks to his quick thinking!!! We are definitely coming back for another room!

Robin was so great. She inhanced the experience with how great and professional her character was. I will def be coming back bc of her and telling all of my friends and family. We all loved ROBIN!!!!

Alyssa got us to a great start and Robin was super helpful when getting us to the end goal. Super fun! The room was immersive and it was a great mystery! I loved the vibes in the Mystery Mansion a lot!

8 of us worked so hard to complete the puzzles. We weren t successful but we had a blast!! So many clues and so many neurons pumping! Matt was a great host!
