Bold Escape Rooms - Pittsburgh Strip District

Bold escape rooms was an awesome time! My sister and I took our mom here for mothers day and it was fun! We did Stalked by a Killer and it was scary and gross and A MUST DO! So fun! Very hard but worth it!

We did stalked by a killer - and this has got to be one of the toughest, scariest, most well done escape rooms we have done to date. Incredibly well thought out - if you like escape rooms, youve got to come here. Hats off (or heads off?) to the team at Bold for literally making me shout in fright, glee, and success in a matter of minutes.

We did the Stalked by a killer room and it was terrific. Ive done many escape rooms and this was by far one of the most detailed, creative, and difficult rooms Ive done. Interesting mix of lock and non-lock based challenges, new elements that I hadnt seen in others. 10/10 experience

Stalked by a Killer was definitely creepy but really challenging and fun. Love the whole vibe of the place. Enthusiastic staff who really made it fun.

Fun experience. The room was well built and flowed well. They really paid attention to the detail and build quality.

We did the Stalked by a Killer room and it was so much fun, it was like SAW without the official branding. The room was clever and well themed and quite scary at times. All the pieces worked and I really enjoyed it, Would recommend. Also the staff was super friendly and helped me with a scheduling error I made and were very accommodating. I def want to try their other rooms!

We did the cloning room. Had a great time. We had a couple kids with us and we were able to successfully complete the room with a few minutes to spare. The room was tiny. Smaller then most escape rooms. I would say 6 people max.

My family and I had a blast, even though we didn t get out! We did the Clone room, and it was a different theme than others we have done before so we appreciated that. The place itself has mysterious decorations and overall fun tone. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I did CreateA Clone . From doing over 60 escape rooms I ve seen really great ones and very pathetic ones. This room fell in the middle somewhere. It was non-linear for most of it, and the clues and answers made sense throughout except one part of the answer for the last puzzle. That said, it was clean, all locks worked, and a cool idea for a room. However, the music was very loud when we were in there and didn t fit the theme of the room. We asked them to turn it off as it was hard...
Read full review to think straight with it at that volume. The directions before the game were minimal though we didn t need them, others might. The video was really cheesy and awful beforehand and afterwards it was super awkward walking out to the lobby. No one really said congrats, there was no photo op offered. Just 2 guys sitting at a desk quietly and us calling our ride to come get us. So. Overall the room gets a 3. Staff interaction gets a 1. But the girl who took us to our rooms was the more friendly of all of them. DEFINITELY not worth the $90 price tag for 2 people. There are better rooms out there for less.

Stalked by a Killer is, by far, the best escape room we have done! Props and puzzles are phenomenal! Many different puzzles to solve and multiple interesting rooms with fantastic layouts and clues. Top notch!!

Had a great time with our game crew. We all pitched in and were able to contribute to solving the room. It was a blast.

I have done all three escape rooms here and the axe throwing on multiple occasions. The escape rooms were incredibly well done, and the staff and game masters were both helpful and friendly. Same goes for the axe throwing. Overall Ive always had a great time here.

This was the most challenging escape room we have attempted. Very fun and helpful team. Would love to come back!

We went last night to the stalked by a killer escape room and it was so amazing! Highly recommend. Super creepy and had me screaming a couple times but that is what made it my favorite escape room

FANTASTIC escape room -- Ive tried out a number of different escape room companies, with varying degrees of production value and immersion. This is one of the best Ive been to! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room and puzzle designs were excellent. We did the Stalked by a Killer room, but are looking forward to trying the others here as well. Highly recommend!

As always my experience is nothing but good. Come and check out all there is to offer. Nothing but a great time. Family and fun experiences for all. Come today for the vendors as well!

Great experience! When we got stuck we got clues and we were able to get out! Not too easy, not too hard and a lot of fun!!

We had lots of fun and the room was very neat! It also had plenty of space and we were able to do a private group for more affordable than other places.

This was the most interesting escape room that I have been in. I really enjoyed the Stalked by A Killer room and enjoyed the fact that something scared my kids.

Our group did the hardest room and it was a lot of fun!! It was very detailed and would definitely recommend!

The staff are great, the escape rooms are fun and full of amazing eye candy detail in each of the themes available. The Axe throwing? Always a fantastic time.

Like totally tubular, dudes. Escape the 80s was a lot of fun and it was a good challenge. You gotta get in here to play the games!

One of the best escape rooms Ive ever been to. Everything in the room was nicely linked and made sense but still plenty of difficulty. Staff was great!

This is the second escape room that we have completed at Bold Escape Rooms. Both the Stalked by a serial killer and Create a Clone rooms were wonderful, The clues were clever and the rooms were decorated perfectly. We have done a number of escape rooms and this is one of our favorites!
