This was our second time here. Although we had a great time, two things need improvement. The attitude of the person who greeted us and checked us in was less than friendly. Second, the computer I used to fill out all the forms didnt work very well. Many times you would key in letters but they wouldnt register causing you to have to go back an correct the form. We did the Gold Rush this time. Not as good as the prison break, which I highly recommend.
Wonderful!!! Book in advance for sure. We had an issue and arrived late, but they were very accommodating and booked us for another session. My daughter had done an escape room before, but I hadnt - it is important to listen to the video before!! The staff was so kind and patient with us - it was a lot of fun to work thru the clues. The room we chose had a slide, but if you are not physically able to do something, just let them know and they will help you with another option. It was my childs birthday and in the last room they hung a happy birthday banner which was a lovely surprise. The staff at this location were enthusiastic about the rooms and super helpful and encouraging
Had such a great time! We had a party of 5 ranging in ages from 8 to 65 and we all had so much fun! The playground room was challenging and we hope to beat it next time. The staff was incredible and very friendly. We needed a lot of hints, and they were super helpful.
This was our first time as a family at any Escape event and these guys did not disappoint. We were originally scheduled for the Playground room but switched last minute to the Prison Break which was way more challenging. We were close to escaping like 5 min close but regardless, we had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for birthday event or team building.
We had a blast in the playground today celebrating my son s 10th birthday. This was a super fun room for a group of 6 kids (ages 7-10) and 2 adults. Tyler was a great game host and made sure everything went smooth! All the staff, from scheduling, adjusting numbers, checking in and through our experience were great. We will definitely be back to check out more rooms!
I recently had the chance to experience the King of Prussia Escape Room, and it was genuinely a blast. The highlight for me was the Area 51 room, which was incredibly well-designed and immersive. The puzzles were challenging yet fun, pushing our group to work together in ways we hadnt before. This experience was not just a simple outing; it felt like an adventure that will remain memorable for years to come. The thrill of solving puzzles under pressure and the joy of teamwork really made the day special. Im already looking forward to trying the other rooms in the future. If youre looking for a fun and unique experience, I cant recommend the King of Prussia Escape Room enough.
Escape Rooms are a family favorite activity of ours! This was our first time at The Escape Game King of Prussia and the detail to the set, props and puzzles were of the best we had experienced! This was our first escape room we were unsuccessful at completing but due to the level of intricacy I am not surprised. One thing I would note is that it is very clear on the site that you will be partnered with other groups if you do not purchase all 8 slots or call in advance to discuss...I missed that...
fact until after the tickets were purchased and while the two people we were paired up with were super nice, we do prefer to do as a family and with friends we know since we know each others strengths and weaknesses and how to communicate more effectively with people we know. (Can you tell we are a competitive crew? Lol) So if this is a deal breaker for you to be paired with other groups just be mindful of that fact so you can either purchase all 8 slots or call to see if they accommodate any other way. Parker was our game assistant and she was incredible! From the moment she met us in the lobby until after she finished taking group photos and walked us back to the lobby after we were done she was completely attentive to our needs, offering hints when we were about to make a mistake that could hinder the continuation of the game showing she was watching us intently as we played. I hope she got some good laughs as one person literally was blowing through a pipe and we focused way too hard on clues that werent even there (wont give more detail so as not to spill anyones experience). Thank you again, Parker, for being absolutely incredible! We will certainly be back to take on the other rooms!
Had 2 great experiences here with groups of 8, very challenging rooms but very immersive and fun! Will definitely be back for the rest of their rooms!
We did the prison break room and absolutely loved it. This was our second visit to escape games KOP. They truly go above and beyond with their set ups. The clues make sense and the game guides are great if you get stuck!
I thought the puzzles were challenging and very interactive. The shooting bit was also quite fun for me personally, coming from my military background. And I like that even with only two of us, the puzzles allowed for mutual engagement.
I came with a group of 7 and did the Prison Break room. It was challenging but super fun! It had a unique initial set up where our party was split in two, and we had to work together from separate rooms to reunite for the rest of the game. I appreciated the opportunity to have unlimited clues if needed. I didn t get her name, but the woman who was working our game and sharing clues/tips when we were stuck was very helpful!! We came on 3/23 at 3pm. The only downside was that it was a bit pricier than other escape rooms I ve done, but it was so fun and engaging it was definitely worth it!!
Shawn was the perfect guide, he explained things well and gave clues as needed. He was excellent, highly recommend! We had so much fun.
Had a blast! Did the playground room and my 8yo was able to participate and he really enjoyed it too. The two guys working were super personable and great with my kid.
Playground was so much fun! The family had a blast in this challenge yet super interactive escape room. 10/10 would do again!
My husband and I love puzzles, so the decision to visit an escape room was a no-brainer. Since we were going to King of Prussia for a nice lunch out for my husbands birthday, we decided to visit The Escape Game in King of Prussia. So far this has been our favorite place for escape rooms! We played the Gold Rush room and were one of the 30% who made it through (with under 5 minutes to spare). The puzzles were engaging and the staff was fantastic. Not pushy with hints, but theyd offer boosts when they could tell you were struggling. Were looking forward to going back and trying another room out soon! Definitely dont miss out on visiting - its so much fun!
Prison Break may have been our favorite of all the Escape rooms we have tried. It was their hardest, but our group of 4 including a 9 and 12 year old enjoyed it and escaped. Of course that may have also been because Jacob gave us great clues and a little extra time. Well done room!
I recently visited with a couple of my friends for a birthday party. It was a blast! I ve done some escape rooms in the past, and this one was easily one of my favorites. The one I did was prison break. Starting in separate groups and having to communicate through cell doors was a really cool mechanic. The room is known to be hard, and some of the solutions were pretty creative. Janet was our warden for the room and she not only did a great job outlining the game, but she was so happy for us when we got out! It was a fantastic experience. Definitely would go again.
Our family got together for an early Fathers Day and Pop Pops Birthday celebration today and did the Gold Rush Room in KoP. We escaped and had lots of fun while working together on the clues. It was a fun and new activity to do as a family foe us. Definitely see more escape adventures in our future. Great job!
We had the best time at The Escape Game yesterday. We did the Gold Rush room and have booked The Heist for today! My daughter thought that the Gold Rush would be a boring digging thing, but she turned out to like it the best of all of us. It was thrilling and exciting, but also very child-friendly, no scary effects or jump scares. We loved all of the rooms and the puzzles were very well-written. By the time we finished the cabin room, my daughter was screaming joyfully at the TV that she loved them...
, they were awesome, and that they had made her day. There were surprises that had my whole family yelling with joy, and the puzzles were generally original and creatively thought out. We had a group of two adults, a teenager and a tween, and we made it out with 5 minutes to spare. My youngest daughter insists that we should come back to Philadelphia next year just so we can do Prison Break. Wonderful experience.
I enjoyed this place sooo much! Janet is an amazing game master. Her energy is . Def coming again to try the other rooms
We have tried 2 escape rooms so far and it was a hit among the kids for both games! The amount of time given to solve the puzzles were just right and there is no penalty for asking for clues. Would highly recommend it as a fun family bonding activity for ages 6 and up!
Awesome, we had a lot of fun. Great place to be with family
What a fun experience! Would definitely recommend for a date night or just to go with a group of friends!
We had a group of 12 for my daughter s graduation and it was everyone s first time. It was challenging to get everyone to listen to each other but once we did we got it! Definitely, coming back and Sonia was amazing!
Great vibes and energy! We had a blast. Looking forward to the next one
