Maggie was awesome! We had a great time doing the Agency room and even finished with 5:29 to go! I want to try the other rooms!

We booked The Agency room. The venue was difficult to find (there is no signage) but once we got there, the staff was friendly and it was easy to check in. The rooms arent private unless you pay an extra fee ($100+) so another family of 4 joined us. We were lucky that the family was really cool and we worked well together to solve the mystery. The puzzle was challenging but we escaped the room with 20 minutes to spare.

This was a lot of fun! I did two rooms here, and the puzzles were great. There is no clue limit, which was really nice. The rooms were detailed and clever. Its definitely one of the best escape rooms Ive done. Everything was high quality and the rooms were clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and they were so nice. It was a blast!

We had so much fun! Maggie was our guide and she was so much fun! This was my first time and I was a little anxious ... but it was a really great experience! 10/10 will do it again!

Our Game Master Tati (sp) was the best. Just one puzzle I felt was a little unfair even though we escaped the room with only two people.

This was an amazing experience. Maggie was an awesome host and made us feel like actual agents! She definitely was helpful with this experience of this awesome escape room!

The puzzles and challenges were fairly decent and creative. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and not attentive. After signing our waivers, we had to wait for several minutes for the 2 females in the front to finish their conversation which consisted of whining and complaining. Ironically she was complaining about someone not doing their job, as she was Literally not doing her job and making us wait when it wasn t necessary. Also, one of our requests for a clue required us to leave the room and request it in person because we were not acknowledged while in the room.

My husband and I did the Agency and the Western Bank rooms. We definitely enjoyed the Bank room more as the flow and clues were more intuitive than the ones in the Agency. There are a few steps in each room that if you weren t given hints I don t think we would have ever known the steps of how to solve I feel like it shouldn t be like that but regardless we had fun. The game masters we had for each room were wonderful and as helpful as they needed to be. They were attentive and extremely nice. 5/5 for the employees and a 3/5 for the rooms gives this experience a solid 4/5. Worth a try if you really like escape rooms like we do :)

I had a great time, we did the western bank heist and were able to complete it. We had Hannah and she was amazing!! Will definitely be coming back!

Meg and Tatianna were great! They helped us so much in the dog room, they where super nice love love love, we will be back

We had a lot of fun solving the Dig. Avi was a great game master. The room itself could have been better--some red herrings left over from previous puzzles, some clues that were a little too random--but overall a well-designed and challenging experience. We will be back!

These rooms are NOT private unless you have 10 guests! I was super bummed when I found out me and my friend would be in the escape room with other people. Every other escape rooms I ve ever been to has been private room only. But whatever. Kinda anticlimactic. Somehow we were able to retrieve the diamonds before even finishing the puzzle. I won t be back to this one.

Had a ton of fun escaping from The Agency! Was worried about playing with others, but ended up being a great experience! Just a bit hard to find the place.

This was very fun, and the employee we had (Maggie) was super helpful! The room was challenging but not so much that we felt lost. 5/5 would go again.

Fun staff and great escape room experience. Was surprised and happy to get same day access to the fun on a whim. Hard to find entrance but enter building on the address and front desk will direct you to the stairs to the basement.

Avi was great! Its been a while since we did an escape room and the hints were never too obvious just pointed us in the right direction so we could solve the puzzles ourselves

This was so much fun! We did The Dig and it was super challenging and lots of fun!

The secret agent room was so fun! A good mix of different types and difficulties of puzzles! Our clue master Maggie was fantastic!!
