Seats are nice. Didnt get as hot as I thought but was still nice. Bathrooms are not close especially if your in one of the first theaters..DO NOT order the funnel cake fries..GROSS..pic looks bomb but its GROSS. have to have a debit card or money on their cards in order to order food from the seat. It is expensive to eat. Coke products..doesnt say on menu. Not a huge theater..at least not in #1. 8 seats in back row. Didnt count how many in front but its not alot

DISAPPOINTED Tonight, we went to the 11pm, Bunker 57 Escape Room for some team building and it was SO bad!! We first walked in to no greeting for a good 10 minutes. So we filled out the waiver and waited in reception area. The young lady walks out and ask if we are here for an escape room and which one. We told her Bunker 57 and she just sits down looks at the desk doesnt say anything. Another group was just coming out of another room and left. Then she was like, yeah I dont know whats taking...
so long for your room. Few minutes later another guy comes out and says your room is ready, follow me. You would think someone would make sure it you for your reservation and check. NOPE!!Doesnt even checked if we filled out the waivers or anything. The guy gave us a rundown with some Russian accent, really getting into character. He got us hyped and started the game. Enjoyed 20 minutes of it and had to ask for a few clues because nothing really made sense. There was no real flow to the room and really dark lighting can barely see. After having to ask for clue after clue were all disappointed by the experience. We did not even take any pictures or anything and headed to the door. As were leaving the guy says, Yeah, youre the last ones here hope it was fun. So rude..

It was our first escape room so we didn t know what to expect so to us it was ok. But there was no real story to it. We did the haunted mansion which I ve heard is the only decent one other then the plane. Most of the things you were suppose to figure out you wouldn t know without a clue. For example (no spoilers so it s random) but something is pirate mutant t themed and you have to organize the booze bottles to open the door because pirates don t like clutter. A lot of the things were...
janky or didn t work the first time we did them. One of the jumpscares was set up where one of our group members got hit in the head with it. We did enjoy the new experience but at the same time it was pretty rough and there are several better rated ones in tulsa

This escape room is truly the worst Ive ever been to and I love escape rooms so Ive been to a multiple including in other states. Even mail order escape room boxes are far superior to this one even though the boxes are way cheaper. To start off with, the lights are so dim you cant see clues that you have to be able to see to solve puzzles but yet you arent allowed to use flashlights. I dont mind them banning flashlights but make sure I can actually see the freaking clues. None of the puzzles are...
connected to each other or the story. Its completely haphazard how they jump from one puzzle to the next. Puzzles are supposed to lead to the next and be connected to the story line. Half their equipment is jenky and literally one time we couldnt figure out a puzzle and our clue was that we did the right action but that part is finicky so to just keep trying. Which is absolutely infuriating when youre on a time limit and to have their equipment cause you time AND CLUES!! There are lots of great escape rooms in Tulsa. Dont waste your time and money on this one.

Sooo many mechanical issues that ruined the experience. Throughout the room the lady had to explain things to us because so many things were broken/finicky. At one point, even though phones weren t allowed to be used, she told us to just use our phones as flashlights because that part of the room was finicky. I ve seen a lot of other reviews talking about mechanical issues, but I was sure they would have fixed them. I guess not. Don t waste your money

The escape rooms are my daughter and Is favorite thing here. The theater here is one of the best in town. Their arcade isnt very big but does have some of the latest games and a decent variety. It also has a fair amount of them that are great for younger kids say 5 and older. Always check Groupon as theres usually a deal on there for this place. I was not given anything from the company for this review.

This place is amazing. They have the BEST recliners in Tulsa inside the theaters. They recline more fully, to a nearly flat position, than almost any other Ive found. And they have heated seats. You have the option to order in food, like the Warren, but the tickets are much less Ive found. And they way they do the handling of the bill is so much smarter. The last time I visited the Warren they brought a bill to me (1st distraction), came back to get the card (2nd distraction), and then brought...
back for signature (3rd distraction). At Cinergy, they swipe the card when you first order. They being the bill for signature towards the end of the movie, so only one distraction. Way better! This place also has a lot of games. I especially liked the sit down Space Invaders. They have a small bowling alley and escape rooms that Ive yet to try, but I think its awesome that its all there under one roof. Check this place out!

Probably one of my favorite places to hang out Tulsa! Although theres not much arcade theres still enough for people to enjoy I think what really brought oh the most enjoyment was the scape rooms the bowling area and the food everything just felt really amazing people and the environment was just amazing. I do have my littlecomplaints with the staff but do you know new people new place honestly its probably one of my favorite places to go to now!

We had an amazing time here. We went and watched two movies and enjoyed both of them. The recliners in the theater were very comfortable and heated. Enjoyed revisiting older games like Pac-Man and galaga in a full version.

This place in the staff are awesome I had made a mistake on my booking and they just took care of it for me there was just too much to write about but they got it done and I think the world of them for doing that.

Okay atmosphere, horrible service and mediocre food. We went to celebrate a child birthday . For 3 people to eat it was 75.00. the food order was wrong, and it took over an hour to get drinks, we had to fill the drinks ourselves. They drop food off and disappear. No customer service at all .None. Order food on a touchscreen , and you cannot order if you have cash. You cannot correct food because there is not anyone available .... very disappointed in the over all experience.

Our group experienced the Bank Robbery room for a Birthday. We are all experienced with escape rooms. We had 6 in our group. The technology had glitches, the room was incredibly hot and tiny. For example, we would solve what to do and when we entered in the information the buttons didnt work correctly and we couldnt move onto the next step. We would have to use a clue to be told what we were doing was correct. Overall, we were hot and frustrated.

Our group of 8 did the water landing room. We had no first timers; for my husband and I, this was our 10th escape room. Everybody agreed this was by far the worst room theyd ever done. We were asked at the beginning if anybody had issues with crawling. When we said yes, he told us there was a secret tunnel but he would open a door for us instead; when he did, it reset part of the room and we saw clues we werent supposed to see. The clues were extremely linear; one clue led to exactly one more, so...
on and so forth until you were out. This made it very boring when all 8 people were always working on the exact same clue. Our particular room was extremely dark. It also had a safe that made the most annoying sound Ive ever experienced in an escape room. The end of the room was really stupid; we were all a bit bewildered when the screen said we had made it out. One of the elements didnt work and the guy had to come inside. He also came over the intercom and gave us clues when we explicitly said we didnt want any. The staff in general was the worst of any room wed ever done. Im not quite sure how this place has any good reviews. The room had so much wasted space and untapped potential and I cant imagine the other rooms being any different. If youve ever worked a good room (or even a mediocre room) you will be sorely disappointed coming here. There are much better escape rooms in Tulsa.

Edited: they say this is an odd circumstance but told me to look at their FAQs for the policy and that they do it all the time. They haven t responded to my email. Make sure you book the room for 8 people unless you want to get put with random people who did not make a reservation. We had six people and they stuck us with two random people who just walked up. We asked to go in a room and they said we could go three hours later. So dumb to think we want to do an escape room with complete strangers. So instead of us getting to do it, they let the two randos do it instead and gave us a refund. Management agreed it was dumb but didn t care to help us solve the actual problem

I went around a year ago for my birthday with two of my freinds I forgot exactly which room we did but what I can say is for my first escape room it was an amazing and terrifying experience having to solve clues and race a clock to get out while still expecting somthing to pop out at us in moment. We completed it in about 45 minutes with 15 minutes to spare. I not going to go into anymore detail because I wouldnt want to spoil this experience for anyone planning on attending one of these escape rooms.

From reading previous posts, it is quite clear that nothing has changed with the faultiness of the Captains Cove room props, as well as the game masters being rather unhelpful. I will try not to reveal the details of the room, but suffice it to say, out of >200 rooms weve done, this one ranks as one of the most disappointing ones - so much so that we almost just walked out and left. The games master did not set up the story very well and failed to make the room even sound interesting. He was...
also not very attentive in watching us PROPERLY solve a puzzle correctly and to realize that something was not right. After calling him into the room, he repeated the solution and the trigger for the result was stuck. However, he looked at us and and kept insisting that we werent doing it correctly - yet when he did it himself, the prop was stuck so there is no way we would have known how to move forward. We literally wasted 10 minutes re-attempting that puzzle. Further to this the clues provided to us were not reasonable to the room. Nowhere in the room would we have known where to place certain magnets. Even when finally told where to place them the mechanism was finicky. Once triggered, the clock also kept going and there was no indication that we had escaped. There were 16 minutes left on the clock yet I received an email afterwards saying You almost escaped. This was our second visit to Cinergy but will very likely be our last.

My group did the pirates cove escape room. In terms of theming and ambiance, its amazing minus the fact that its just too dark to be able to see or do much. Continuously through the room we were told not to mess with stuff, some of which was connected to puzzles we had to solve. Many of the solutions were super arbitrary to the clues we were given were either super cryptic or just told us how to solve the puzzle, no in-between. And to put the cherry on top the bit of the puzzle that signified that we won, did not work at all so despite us completing an escape, we were counted as a failure in the system. All in all a gorgeous yet frustrating room.

We are by NO MEANS novices when it comes to escape rooms, and we all left frustrated and angry. I do NOT mind losing to a room, I love the challenge and the exhilaration of working against the clock, but alas, Bunker 57 offered no exhilaration nor challenge - very few puzzles to solve, and the only progress we made was using clues. Sad and disappointing experience, although the aesthetics of the room were bangin!

Such a disappointment! We love doing escape rooms as a family & normally they re a lot of fun but this was just frustrating. Clues were completely random & didn t lead the the next part. Certain parts didn t work like they should eating up time. It was a complete disappointment. Each clue should lead you in a direction to the next & your end goal. We had high hopes to enjoy but were left upset. No one addressed our frustrations & only seemed to want to grab a photo & usher us out. Will not go back.

I love Cinergy overall, but this was the first time I did one of their escape rooms and It was a bummer. I did the Pirates Cove escape room at Cinergy Tulsa on 12/27/22 and was disappointed with the experience. The room we went into was faulty and had missing pieces. The first door we tried to open (even after unlocking it appropriately) was jammed shut, causing us to loose time. In the last room we had to open a treasure chest with magnetic rings which were also faulty. For at least 10 minutes...
we tried to open this chest the way that they had told us when we asked for a clue and still it would not open. A worker came Into the room to assist, opened it, complained about the faulty magnetic rings that were being used and how they werent strong enough, then immediately closed it saying well yall are basically finished anyways. We asked what was in the chest and she said nothing. She then admitted that she had broken the prop (a bottle or glass of water or something like that) that goes in the chest (when she was refilling it and re-setting the room) and then she proceeded to tell us the rest of the clues and last 5 steps to get out of the room without us asking. She didnt even give us a chance to fully complete the room, which we wouldnt have been able to do anyways because she admitted that a vital prop/clue in the chest was not in place. It was a very disappointing ending and I wish I had asked for a refund.

Weve been to multiple escape rooms in multiple states cause we just love escape rooms and this is absolutely the worst places weve ever been. We thought that maybe we just picked a bad room so we tried a second one and it was worse. The equipment only partially works. The puzzles have no rhyme or reason to them. When we asked for clues they repeatedly gave us clues for puzzles we had already solved, the storyline barely exists. If you want a good escape room this is not it. Tulsa has far better escape rooms. Even the ones on Groupon are better. We will not be giving this a third chance.

We celebrated my dads 50th birthday here. We were a group 8 (7 adults, 1 child) We did bowling, an escape room and played games. The atomsphere was great. Very laid back and All the staff were very friendly and accomodating but I have to brag on the escape room employees the most because I feel that they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The Hyperbowl was fun, the escape room was challenging. We had a really great time! We loved the games...I do not believe they have quite as many games as say .. Incredible pizza might but they have some unique ones I had not seen before. We want to come back and watch a movie here soon.

Not very intuitive for an escape room. We have done a few other escape rooms and escaped, but we kept having to get clues here. Nothing really made sense or led to the next clue.

We called a week ago to book an escape room for our sons 9th Birthday. We called to confirm the time and room today before we showed up with 5 boys excited to do their first escape room and the people at the desk said they don t take reservations and they had no availability at all for us tonight. Extremely disappointed. They were not helpful at all.
