We have been to several escape rooms and this is easily our favorite. The atmosphere and staff are great and the rooms are fun, challenging, and fit the theme exceptionally well. We had two adults, a 13 year old, and a 12 year old.

Visited recently with my family (husband wife, 2 boys - 20, 17) on a cold, rainy Saturday. We had such a great time. Eveyone enjoyed the challenge and being together. Its been a highlight of the new year and everyones ready to go again. It seems like its getting harder to find things to do as a family these days. Youll be so glad to bring your family to Red Door.

VERY well crafted and imersive room. While some rooms are rag tag and feel cheap these rooms go above and beyond to create the atmosphere themed around the game you play. Unfortunately the womens bathroom was out of service at the time, but things happen. Our game master was kind and encouraging. We successfully escaped and immediately booked another room for the following day! 10/10 would recommend. They adapt their games to the number of people in your party so the puzzles can still be solved. But no spoilers! Book a room and find out for yourseld!

We had an absolute blast. The host Hannah was awesome, thanks girl! This escape was much bigger than our first experience at a different place. We will definitely be back!

Super fun activity if you re going there with a group of friends. I ve never done in escape room and didn t sound like something I would be into but this was the perfect place for a group activity and I surprisingly had an absolute blast. Came here twice.

Our game master Wyatt was AMAZING!! Not only was he cheering us on when we we re completing the Time Machine, but he gave us an amazing experience before and after answering all of our questions and helping out when the game would mess up. Overall a very positive experience and i would definitely recommend coming with friends and family to spend a good hour having fun.

This lady and her two managers a man and a young women were making fun of me and kept laughing and saying rude things behind a door in another room loudly. I wouldnt recommend coming here. I got here at 4pm August 9th. There was one young lady named Cameron tho who was really sweet.

After trying the metro escape rooms, red door by far exceeds them all. The level of detail in each game along with the variety of puzzles keeps you thinking everytime. Definitely recommend you go here if you want the best experience!

Today was our second time coming here, and its been a great experience both times. We did Prison Break today, which was our fourth escape room overall. Our game master, Cameron, was super awesome! Explained the rules clearly and gave us a couple good hints through the game. We escaped! Theyve taken safety measures to help slow the spread of Covid, too - hand sanitizer near all highly touched surfaces, hint button/remote in a disposable baggie, etc. We felt safe, and we had so much fun! Great Fathers Day activity for our family!

This was our first time here at this location (we came here about 2 weeks ago) and it was so much fun. The place is upstairs, there s a little alley way with stairs or an elevator you can take. Our game master, Toye (I believe), was very helpful and patient with us haha. We did the prison break and actually manage to escape with just minutes to spare. Hopefully we will be back and try some more rooms!

Went on a spare of moment and had a fun time. We did the last stop and fair game. It was my first time trying one of these out. Unfortunately we didnt make it but came close.

I love escape rooms, and this one was great. I came with my work group for a team building meeting. We all had so much fun. We did the time machine room and it was so hard. We came close but did not get out in time. Lots of fun for families, friends, and work mates.

Had a lot of fun escaping from Fair Game! Our large group got divided into three smaller groups to solve three rooms. And we were the first ones out!

My fccla team went here for our end of the year trip and it was the most fun I had in a while! Absolutely a 10/10 in my books. One of the workers there, Cody, Was an absolute gem. me and my friends loved him! He made the whole experience so much better for us! We had so many laughs and this is definitely a day I won t forget

The once upon a time room was so fun! Zack made it so fun as well. He was so nice and made the experience great!

everything was great! the front desk lady was friendly, the escape room was fun my husband and I enjoyed it. MUST Do again!

We came on 12/28 and had a great time. It was an adult and 3 15 year olds. We did the warrior challenge which was fun. We couldn t get through it without hints, but that s ok. :) The game monitors/hosts made fun comments when givings hints. One of the teens I was with tried to stand on the sandals/shoes in the dojo and the hint also stated they appreciated the dedication lol. You need to go through it to understand what I mean. Overall, a good time. :)

During Halloween, we tried the room Taken and our experience was terrible due to the negligence and lack of assistance from the game master Mister T and also frustration with the room. We said we d never come back after that awful experience but we decided to give it another shot. We went with Confinement this time and our game master Trinity was awesome! She made sure our entire experience from start to finish was spectacular and she did an astounding job! She never looked away from our room and made sure we never got frustrated one bit! We definitely need more game masters like Trinity! We ll definitely be back after this amazing experience! Thanks again for everything Trinity! 5/5 stars!

The puzzles are engaging and well built. Reddoor is always a great place to have fun with friends.

What a great experience we had! The ladies working that day were fantastic and fun. We did Prison Break and had a blast working together. Figuring out how to escape really had our mind working.

We took is group of 24 from our church and had a great time! Manager Cody and staff handles our large group with ease. It is nice to visit a place of business that runs so smooth! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+

Me and my partner came in for a spontaneous date and Joan was our GM and shes phenomenal. We had an amazing time and escaped and were definitely coming back for Halloween!

My family visited the Red Door Escape Room twice over the weekend and did two different experiences. First up....Prison Break. It was very cool having different rooms with different puzzles needing to be solved. The rooms were set up nicely and the decor was very cool. We really enjoyed Prison Break; however, two of the props in two different rooms were broken which resulted in us not being able to escape. Read full review to come in and check the props. It took two employees to figure out the props were broken/not functioning properly. One would think these issues shouldve been discovered when the room was set up for the next guests experience. We asked about their process for checking the props at the end of every experience and were told.... we check the rooms, but some things just get overlooked. For $140/experience this is not an acceptable answer. Also there was a part of the experience where a magnet had to be used to retrieve an object outside a room. The rope was too short/prop too far away, and the prop fell to the ground which resulted in an employee having to retrieve the object for us.....minor technicality on a poorly designed puzzle. Placing the item needing to be retrieved in a different location would be my suggestion. Since the props were broken we were given a voucher for a free experience. The voucher was much appreciated and definitely the right move to salvage a negative customer experience. We decided to give Red Door a second chance. We called and booked an additional experience called Warriors Way. Warriors Way was EXTREMELY challenging. There were several aspects of the experience which had little to no discernible direction, several puzzles which had to be in perfect sync with people in different rooms and ZERO way to know what to do without relying on the worker hints. I know the workers hints are a necessary and important aspect of the experience; however, they should only be needed as a last measure and not to simply get started in a puzzle. We did NOT escape this room and were told that there is only a 30% escape rate. If we wouldve paid $140 for this room I wouldve not been happy at all. Overall, it was a fun experience for a family of 4, but my 3 star rating is based on the price-point and functionality of the rooms. There is some room for improvement in the functionality and flow of the experiences. Neither room we selected had the ability for successfully escaping.....which is kind of the point. We would try Red Door Escape Room again, but definitely not at full price.
