Escape rooms built into a historic house. Took part in the Titanic escape room which was a beginner room, but perfect for a casual family outing. A little bit cramped for five players but overall a good experience. Would return / recommend to others. This location will require street parking or a nearby parking garage.

We had an amazing experience. Grim was our host, and we would not have made it out if it wasnt for her. We will definitely will be back. Lots of fun...

Ive been to this place 3 times over the last 2 years, and each time it has been awesome! This is my work teams favorite place for a team bonding activity. Most of us are engineers and we find that the puzzles and clues are sufficiently challenging, its clear there was a lot of thought put into the rooms. This last visit, Jon (no h) gave us the perfect nudges without outright giving answers, and we literally wouldnt have made it without those. Thanks, Jon, for helping us keep our record 3/3!

For the most part the escape room is nice. It s just very different from all of the other escape rooms I ve ever been to. I ve done Heist and Titanic. My biggest thing is I don t like when clues aren t linear or there are things in the room, including clues that don t actually connect to the theme of the escape room. These rooms definitely do more of hiding items rather than having clues to find something. Again it s just not something I m used to so it becomes a bit confusing. It s a bit pricey for the experience in my opinion and could use some more improvements but I would still give it a try or at least have it for people who are new to escape rooms.

Ingrid and the rest of the staff was very helpful, fun and kind. The room itself was creative, but had some very frustrating puzzles. I love puzzles and such as much as the next escape room goer, but having a sudoku is stupid. Even someone good as these (which I am not) will take 10ish minutes to do one. Thats ten plus minutes where they are missing out on the other fun the room has to offer. Some of the text written on clues was very difficult to read, even with a magnifying glass.

Wheelchair access but not all rooms are accessible. Specifically the castle room would not work for a wheelchair.

The Castle Room was amazing! Had a great time would definitely recommend! Be ready for secret rooms clues and lots of going up and down! Totally worth it

First off, so much fun! Definitely would do it again! Especially because we lost. We were the last group of the night and felt special. Our game master was Charles and he was great! We felt the high pressure of the game puzzle but still had fun. The best part has to be the excitement of the locks opening. Unfortunately, some of the lockers are outdated. Would definitely do it again.

I have been here twice (Titanic and Morgans Raid) and had great experiences both times. The staff has always been really helpful and accomodating and the rooms are lots of fun. One note, the Morgans Raid room, while fun, is very dark and poorly lit so if you have trouble seeing in low lighting environments I definitely do not recommend it.

A fun group event good for all ages. Our group leader was great! Shout out to Nico for making it an amazing experience! I recommend this to groups, friends, and even with strangers!

Staff went above and beyond to help us have a memorable time! The two staff were amazing and made us feel at home. The Titanic room was incredibly detailed with understandable but challenging clues. Construction of the room was authentic! Would definitely recommend the Titanic room for those who might be skeptical about their ability to escape!

All rooms that I have done here have been great. However, the Titanic room uses speakers in the room that are awful. When the game master tries to speak, the sound goes in and out. When you get to the pipes, they don t fit on there correctly, and we wasted 23 minutes trying to get that done only for the game master to come in and not be able to figure out either, saying hmm, that is weird. Once she rigged the pieces together and the balls flew out of the pipe, she even told us there were some...
missing. I m not sure of the game master s name, but I do not recommend her. She s younger woman with black hair. She s very quiet and doesn t have the personality for an escape room. When we would ask for help after being stuck for a while, she would say I don t know how to describe it.

Great concept, but the staffing really could use some improvement. Clues werent put back the way they should have been, so we were told we could either pretend we didnt find what we found, or use it and then later find the clues we would need to find the one we found. Overall, the employee helping us seemed confused, so it was no shock that he didnt ask us to leave a review at the end of the experience (as others have on previous visits). Maybe next time its worth asking who is working before reserving a room.

This was a great team building exercise for our team at AEP. Meagan was a great advisor. We were in the Castle room. We were given an hour however we worked as a team and finished with 9.49 minutes to go. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to build up their team.

Jessica was great we had a really good time she was amazing I have to add a whole bunch of characters here because I want her to be able to capitalize on this and Im going to keep talking for a little bit so that I have enough characters that she can actually score on this review hopefully I have enough characters.

We did the jailbreak escape room and had a great time. Jonathan was our guide and he was fantastic. It was a challenging room but we figured it out with a minute to spare! Definitely our favorite escape room so far.

This was only the second escape room Ive ever done in my life, so we chose the easier difficulty, which was escaping the jail cell. My husband and I had a blast! Its a tricky place to get into but a great atmosphere and lots of fun puzzles. You have a walkie and can ask for hints if you need them. We recommend going here for a great experience!

Nothing to say but great things about this escape room! I scheduled it for a large group, some people who have done escape rooms and some that havent. Everyone had a great time, and the puzzles were really thought out. We did the kgb room and you could tell it was really well thought out. Our adventure guide Taylor was also amazing! She answered any questions we had and was really great to work with. But, everyone else that we interacted with was also amazing and very helpful. My one regret is that we didnt solve the room!!

My daughter and I booked The Heist last weekend. This was a #7 difficulty. It was very clever and fun. This was my first time at an escape room and I would suggest two things; 1) during the introduction they steer you in a wrong direction to find your first clue. 2) This challenge is difficult and possibly unsolvable without the clues. My suggestion is to go ahead and press the button to use the clues provided. You need the hints.

We just did the Contagion room this week with my team from work, and it was SO MUCH FUN! We had a group of 10, and it was still pretty challenging. We used all of our clues and earned a couple extra. Our guide was Taylor and she was absolutely fantastic. Whenever we asked for clues, she always gave rhyming answers, which really kept of the mysterious nature of the experience. The tasks she gave us to earn more clues were hilarious as well, we had just as much fun with those. We ended up getting out with a literal second to spare! I d definitely recommend Escape Room USA who is looking for a new experience!

I have done my fair share of escape rooms over the years, but Escape Room USA-Columbus is still my favorite place to visit. I have done the Heist, Contagion, Jail Break, Titanic, Morgan s Raid, and Night at the Castle. Each room has been expertly thought out and provided a ton of challenging fun and excitement!! I love the mix of physical and mental puzzles as well as the storyline from each room. I have brought (and recommended) many friends to this location and every body has loved it. The rooms...
have been very clean and we felt very comfortable going our reservation. The employees are always very kind and helpful! Jenna and Taylor were both excellent room masters! The manager, Amanda was very responsive via email and cleared up and questions/concerns we had. I cannot recommend this place more! We will come back every time we can make it back to Columbus! Bonus tip: The bar is a great addition. Barley s next door has some great beer and wings too!! Thanks!

We had booked Morgans Raid, but they were having some tech issues and worked with us to rebook a different room that was fully functional. We did Night at the Castle with just two of us. We did not escape, but were very close to getting out. Its a fun, unique room. Some parts of this room are not fully accessible. You do not need everyone in your group to have full mobility, but there are areas some may not be able to explore. Thanks to Josh for being a great game leader!

My husband, brother and I did the Titanic escape room. Overall it was a fun experience and would definitely recommend to others! The only complaint I have is with one of the locks that require a number that isn t clued to you. We spent a good 15 minutes trying to figure it out, but our host, Maggie, came in to save the day and helped us through it! We managed to get out with 11 seconds left on the clock!
