Perplexity Games Escape Room - Cleveland

I want to speak to the wonderful customer service of Diana. I have never done an escape room and wanted to have a special day with my partner so on this past sunday I booked a date in July. The following day, Monday, I received a reminder that the event was that evening. I immediately called to share that there was a discrepancy between the date I selected and the reservation. Diana called back. But I missed it and offered texting. She was so kind, patient, and understanding and supported me in moving my date to the correct date. I appreciate her and her support with this. Thank you Diana! I look forward to seeing we will be intelligent enough to escape!

We had reserved the quest for valoria game but got a call that the game was non functional due to some parts breaking and they switched us to naughty list. We have done several escape rooms before and this was by far the worst experience. The room was not clean and the puzzles were not intuitive or fun. The kids could not solve anything 7 and 11 years. The room was hot inside and the adults were sweating and miserable. We asked for a partial credit but only got $20 refund which is nothing compared to the $200 room booking. The manager was very responsive but overall I wouldn t recommend going there again.

Took my daughter and her boyfriend for their birthdays and we had the best time. The game master was awesome in keeping us engaged and moving forward. This was my and my partners first escape room and we cant wait to go back.

If youre at the right address, but it appears to be a co-working space and not an escape room, wall around to the other side of the building This is the first escape room ive ever done. It was fun, the staff was friendly. I think our game master was a little overly generous with the hints, but it was still a good time.

I took my daughter for her birthday. The 5 of us had soooo much fun. I would love to go again. The host was great!

I highly recommend this escape room! The Eliot Ness room was really fun, and we felt like the puzzles were very enjoyable and accessible yet still challenging. We had a relatively large group (9 in a bachelorette party) and every single person had such a great time. Each individual had something to do in the escape room almost the entire time. The staff both on the phone and in-person were also so nice, helpful, and accommodating! We hope to come back to try another room soon!

Phenomenal escape room establishment!!!! Definitely the best Ive been to. So professional and fun. We did the Eliot Ness Investigation, and we beat it with 10 minutes to spare. The owners are friendly and professional, and the game masters are great at what they do!! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Seriously, its the best. Go and try it out. We dont live in Ohio, but we visit regularly, and we plan on making it a tradition to do an escape room each time we visit.

We had an absolute blast at our escape room! The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had an incident where we ended up being late to our time block, but because there was no appointment after us, the staff was so flexible and still provided us the full experience. The escape room itself was challenging, but not impossible to beat within the time frame and the quality of the puzzles was top-notch. Their location is also great if you want to grab a quick bite to eat or ice cream afterwards! 10/10 experience.

It was a great time! The puzzles were interesting and challenging enough to keep us engaged. I appreciated that you are not locked in so if you need the bathroom or to take a break you can. The staff was helpful and entertaining. Would totally do another room.

So this is our second time at Perplexity. The first game we played was Eliot Ness and with 4 people. Ness was super fun! Super hard too so make sure you have someone good with puzzles in your team. We almost finished too! The second game was a blast and we made it all the way through! My wife and I love taking friends here. We always have fun! Highly recommended

We took our son and three of his friends here for his birthday. We did the Elliot Ness room and it was awesome! We had a blast! We were all first-timers and got the room completed just under the wire! It was exhilarating! We definitely plan on going back.

This escape room was a BLAST! Its located in a really cute part of Cleveland and so close to so many good food options, it should definitely be included in an itinerary of a night of fun! One of my favorite escape rooms, and Ive tried many! We did the Elliot Ness room and it was THE BEST!

It was my first time doing an escape room and it was really fun! It wasnt nothing too difficult and I liked how there was a timer to let us know how much time we had left. Would go again and recommend to a friend!

They are amazing loved the experience. The escape room was fun and so creative. The staff was amazing as well and so helpful. Loved it.

The game was a lot of fun. Our hostess, Clove, was great! She was happy that we did so well, and took our picture. She was friendly and very pleasant. She did a good job. We may come back someday and try another game. Thanks for a good experience.

It was awesome.... hard but not impossible. A great family / team building experience! It was amazing to see hidden talents that people had come to the surface to help achieve the goal. It was very fun - I highly recommend it to any group that is looking for a fun outing! Cheers!

Great experience! Reserved Quest of Valoria for my partner and I on Valentines Day, and we were able to make it through with 8 minutes to spare. Staff was welcoming and helpful, both when we arrived and while we were inside the room. Will definitely be bringing others to try the other rooms.

This was a first for us! My son chose this for his 30th Birthday!! They enjoyed solving the mystery and we had 20 min to spare. The only thing that will stop us from doing it again is the price. $200 was very out of our budget so this may be a one and done occurrence. Thanks for the experience and the bonus for solving!

We had a wonderful outing for our staff - we did the Elliott Ness experience - which was really challenging but totally fun. Our game master gave great background and instructions and just the right amount of help when we got stuck. A fantastic experience all around - and then walked right to Mitchells for a celebratory ice cream.

We were a party of seven and all had a very good and fun time. The puzzles were very challenging and the rooms were quite tricky and we were not disappointed.

We brought in 11 13&14 year old boys for a bday party and did Elliot Ness. Our family is escape room fanatics and this was the best one we have ever done in Ohio!! Love it and highly recommend. Staff was awesome as well and great with our noisy bunch!

This was my first experience in an escape room and it was fun. The decor and details in our rooms was fantastic. The puzzles were interesting and took some time to get. In hindsight, the puzzles were easily solvable, but our group perhaps wasnt the sharpest tool in the shed that day...or maybe too sharp for our own good. Clues appeared as needed (thank all the gods) and we got to the end in one piece. I now know who I should include in the landing party for next time.

So fun!!! My group did Save Hank and it was so fun and enjoyable and just the right amount of challenging. The staff was nice and super helpful. Definitely coming back!!

Great experience for our team holiday party! The Naughty List theme was SO much fun!! And our host/room monitor was AWESOME! Highly recommend!

A group of friends did the Elliot Ness room and it was a blast. Well thought out and very exciting. I would certainly recommend as it was a blast!

Had a super fun girls night at perplexity games! They did a fantastic job putting everything together, and its so close to many bars and restaurants at which you and your group can celebrate your success afterward!

Had a great time! Staff was fantastic! Our large group was split into two room and we really enjoyed both Eliot Ness and The Naughty list! I would recommend both!

Overall it was super fun, our hostess was great, and well definitely go back to play there other rooms.

Great experience for the family! The Christmas theme Escape Room was fun and we had a BLAST!!! Our son, daughter, and daughter-in-law had done them before, however, my husband and I were newbies to an escape room. Our grandchildren had fun and could fully participate. Loved that clues for this one were unlimited to ensure success. We solved it and still had 27 minutes left!!
