Nerd Escape Room Raleigh

The room we played, Prison Break, was detailed and had great puzzles! The GMs, we had 2, were both very nice! They explained everything clearly for the members of our group that had never done an escape room before and gave great hints when we needed them. We plan to go back to try the other rooms soon.

Me and my husband went here for his birthday and had a blast. We did the City with no Sun room and it was a very unique experience. There are no lights and you have to use your sense of touch, taste and smell to get out. The sound of it might be intimidating to some but dont let it deter you from trying this, it is very fun! Would come back here again and try their other rooms in a heartbeat!

The best escape room Ive ever done. The puzzles were super unique and interesting. It is a similar business model to other escape room companies but I find their themes, clues, and puzzles so much better. We did the room where you are a man who comes home from travel and find his wife and daughter gone. We did not escape hahaha. Well we were kinda close to done at the hour mark so she actually lets us finish since they were not busy that day. The employee was so sweet and nice and encouraging even when we really were dense

We went as a family with a party of six. It was so fun for everyone (ages 10-49)! Everyone was engaged and worked together. The room was clean. The puzzles were difficult but doable. We had to ask for hints a couple of times but we successfully escaped!

I have completed 2 rooms so far. They were just the right amount of challenge and so unique. No puzzle feels impossible and each room is so different, with great stories that just pull you in. You wont want to leave. I cant wait til next time. I just have to find time to come back and do the rest!

Awesome place!!! The escape room, The City With No Sun, was unlike any escape room I have experienced. Definitely worth a visit, and I will be back to try out the other rooms! The people working at the escape room were extremely friendly and very excited to talk about our experience. 5 stars well deserved!!!

This is one of the most fun escape rooms weve done. We did The Showdown, which means our group was broken into two teams and we competed against each other. The clues were challenging, but not too hard. And the moderator was super nice and encouraging. Would definitely come back again!

This was our 3rd time visiting. We enjoyed it. It was fun and very interesting. We always try and beat the clock, but this time we were literally 3 clues away. The staff are very friendly and very nice. They always welcome us and are always smiling. They are amazing! We will be back in a few weeks to try and complete another room.

Joseph was our fun tour guide. He got us off to a great start explaining the game and the rules. Our whole team (16) came to play and we played in the Showdown. It was such a well designed game. The clues (when we found them) made sense. The room was well lit. The decor was fun and playful. I cant wait to go again with my friends to try a different room (there are so many choices!).

This was me & my girlfriend s first escape room. Nerd escape rooms was a great place to start with! It was very immersive and we loved the decorations. Joseph was amazing, super helpful and kind. And we loved his animal crossing hat :)

Wonderful and exciting! We brought 3 groups of our gifted 6-8 grade students here. We use breakouts with our students to challenge them. What better way to push them even more than a real live escape room! The kids really enjoyed coming. The staff was wonderful. Thanks for the experience. Our kids cant stop talking about it!

Great experience! It was our first escape room since moving to NC and couldnt have picked a better place! Friendly staff, diverse puzzles and just enough challenge. Will definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful time and the staff was great. Kids 8 & 9 had a blast doing The Return and really enjoyed the ending. Because there was room in the schedule the staff gave us extra time over 60 mins to finish the puzzles.

My wife and my 11 and 14-year-old kids played the Dracula escape room. This is one of the most immersive escape rooms we have done. The puzzle design is top-notch, the staff is friendly and the props are well-made. It was creepy in a fun way and not too scary for the kids. I highly recommend you try it out!

Awesome time! Had a group of 2 adults and 4 kids (10-12). Was a great blend of challenging, but doable (We did need 2 hints). Joseph was an incredible host answering all our questions, getting the kids excited, and encouraging them.

Was such a great escape room. Joseph, our host, was amazing! He was very friendly and really good at explaining the game. He took the time after to see if we had any questions! Room in general was great, lots of surprises and cool tricks!

Small but very classy! My daughter and I had such an amazing experience at Nerd Escape. It was actually way for detailed and interactive than the other more corporate escape room we had done previously. We highly recommend checking them out. We did Prison Break!

So good! We did the the showdown it is an old themed type room. (Would recommend by the way) the place was very cool and maybe coming back again if we have the time.

We did City with No Sun. 5 people-minimal experience. It was AWESOME! Our game master, Annabelle, was wonderful! We loved it!! The aspect of complete darkness makes it SO mysterious! We kinda escaped had a ton of hints but SO much fun!! Ty Nerd Escape Room!! (The only other feedback we have it that the speaker was very difficult to hear in our rooms. We had to be super quiet to make out what she was saying.. but wasn t a deal breaker!)

This was the first time my friend and I had done an Escape Room. The staff were SO friendly and helpful and we had a lot of fun. So much so that we re looking forward to visiting again and trying out more of their room options!

I went with my two daughters and son-in-laws, so we had a group of five. We did The Return room and all of us had a fantastic time!!! We plan to go again and go through another room, (or hopefully rooms). LOL I highly recommend Nerd Escape Rooms for anyone interested in trying or if you are looking an Escape Room to do. Staff was soooo friendly and helpful!!! Great experience! :)

We needed a lot of hints but lots of fun for the family. Even my 7 year old granddaughter was able to participate and had fun. Would definitely come back to try another room.

This was our first Escape Room. We had so much fun. Easy booking, friendly greeting on arrival, the person tending our room was super nice and friendly as well. We plan to come back!

The Dracula room was awesome! Very immersive and well done. Best escape room I ve been to in the Raleigh area. I love me some escape rooms and hands down, this one took the cake. 10/10

We had a great time playing The Return! The staff was so helpful, very friendly and the puzzle was hard enough for 6 adults to enjoy without being impossible. We had a great time and will definitely be going back again!

This place blew my mind. I m on a business trip and they were awesome enough to let me do this solo. Annabelle was the best game master I ve ever had. Everything about the Dracula room was incredible. Some really cool spins on how puzzles are done. Please go out of your way to do this room.

Tonight was our 2nd visit, we completed the Dracula escape room. Weve done about 10 escape rooms and this was our favorite one yet. Annabelle was a great game master and super friendly! We will be back soon. We previously did Chernobyl and that was fun too!

SO much fun!! Definitely great time and lots of laughs- definitely appreciated the clues!
