Timed Out Escape Charlotte

Nicole is our game master and we did illusion. It was so much fun and it was a perfect birthday celebration!

Nicole was The best! This was so fun. We did 51 for my son s bday and had a blast!

Riley our guide set the stage perfectly. We had a really good time trying to solve all the clues. My 10 year old loved all of the riddles and she helped us with each puzzle. While we did need to as for help a few times it didn t spoil the fun. We really had a great time and would do it again.

5 stars all around!! Bennett was a fantastic game master. He gave us the perfect amount of clues/ hints that eventually led us to our escape. We did Precinct and had a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend for groups with a few extra people. We will be back soon and hope we have Bennett again!!

My family and I had a great time at Timed Out Escape! Bennett was out game master, and was super helpful giving us instructions before we headed into the room. The puzzles in the room were challenging, but rewarding to figure out. A great choice if you re looking for a fun escape room experience!

Amazing escape rooms! This is my family s second escape here, and we had a wonderful time. Our game master, Max, was so helpful in the whole experience. We did The Depths, which was a challenging, techy, and very well designed experience! The vibes were immaculate, the puzzles engaging, and the story of the room was well integrated to the experience. Timeout Escape is a must try for puzzle enthusiasts!

Bennett was great! Brought my team here for a birthday party and team growth and had the best time. Room was challenging and fun. We missed the time by a couple minutes but still had a blast.

Some colleagues and I had a great time at Timed Out! Our game master was Nicole who was excellent! I highly recommend her and this venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first room at Timed Out. We did Precinct and Riley was one of the best Gamemasters we have had. The puzzles were unique, the furnishing and props were spot on to the theme, and the end thru us for a loop but very well thought out to keep us engaged from start to finish. One of the most immersive rooms we have done! Will definitely be back for the other rooms.

Bennett was AWESOME. He ended up having to give us a few extra minutes because Area 51 stumped my husband and I. He was really kind and excited about walking us through the room afterwards. 10/10 would recommend!

This was so fun for our family. We ve never done an escape room before. Down to last 1minute and 52 sec to enter the final room but we did it with 47sec to spare. Our game master Max was helpful with our much needed clues. Will definitely come back.

I had a great time at my first escape room. Our group of five shared many failures, successes, and laughter. Tina was awesome - we were very impressed that they design, build and code everything in-house! Im always happy to support a family run business with passion behind it.

Some friends and I have done several rooms here. Theyre always high quality and fun. Most recently we had Nicole as our gamemaster and she was great (way better than Tina).

Chris was super nice!! We did Illusion and had such a blast. The effects and puzzles were just the right amount of challenging!! We ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Timed Out this past weekend! We were in the Illusion room with gamemaster, Ryan. He was very charismatic, friendly, and helpful. We loved the variety of puzzles in this room. 10/10 recommend!

While in town for the New Years Day holiday, our family decided to do our 3rd escape room at Timed Out. It was a fantastic experience. Nicole provided outstanding guidance. We were able to complete the room and had a great time!

The experience was great, not only because of the nice configured escape room, but (Chris) the employee, that was amazing. He definitely improved the overall experience, from greeting at our arrival, to the tips during the exercise and at the end.

Such a fun experience as always! Julianne was an amazing remote member for our 51 escape room. Cant wait to come back to try the rest of the escape rooms!

This was our first time doing an escape room and we had a great time! Riley was helpful, but not too helpful. When he saw us struggling he would give us a hint. One time he told us we were on the right track and to keep trying. This is a great activity to do with family or friends. I would definitely do it again! We finished with 6:57 minutes left.

This was such a fun double date night spot! The escape room was definitely challenging but Nicole, our game master, helped save the day and keep us along the right track!

Chris was a great host and provided an incredible experience. If you go make sure to ask him about the games afterwords. Theres alot to learn!

Precinct: Great fun, will definitely go back to try some of the other rooms. Ian was a great host.

Our family does about 2-3 escape type rooms yearly over the past 3-4 years. We did the Illusion escape room at Timed Out with friends and family 6 days ago (7 people total). The Illusion room is by far the best escape room for condition, quality, and design we have done. Seren was our game master and she has excellent communication skills, is very attentive and gives just the right amount of information. You can tell Seren enjoyed her job and wanted us to have a great experience. We are planning to go back and try all the other Timed Out escape rooms

After the escape room we all agreed we wished we could have Riley in real life situations (like Siri or the State farm guy in those commercials) because his helpful hints are perfect! 10/10 would recommend, we will definitely be back. The Precinct was so much fun! Also someone give Riley a raise!

This place was truly awesome. My group did Depth and Precinct and both were incredible. Getting to talk to Chris afterwards about the design was also a nice bonus.
