Morgan was awesome and a lot of fun with helping us. The rooms were also great! We did 7 Deadly Sins first and then Under Pressure and both were enjoyable. Well definitely be back to play the other rooms but most importantly, for Morgan!

I went with a group of 9 total people - it was absolutely fantastic! Im normally not a fan of escape rooms, but the staff at Escapology, especially our game manager Morgan, made a wonderful experience for us! We played the Pirate escape room. All of my friends and I had a great time and I would definitely come here again for another game.

Morgan was amazing, she made our time here great, she was extremely helpful before, during and after our room. We did a second room in a row because of her, we are living in Raleigh currently but will 100% make the trip to do some more rooms because of Morgan. Thank you!

Had an awsome night out with friends. We tried the did the pirate room without to much trouble but used all our brain power on one of the sesonal rooms. Our game master Morgan was fantastic!! Her bubbly personality really helped start the night off right and she was very helpful with hints when our brains tapped out. Will definitely come back to try out some more!

This was our first live escape room experience. My 8yo loves the escape room apps and board games so he really wanted to try this for his birthday. I chose Escapology bc they offered rooms in kid mode , and man they did not disappoint. My son ended up choosing the Pirates Curse , which was one of the rooms that did not offer kids mode unfortunately. If I could change anything about this place it would be for them to offer the pirate room in kids mode, kids love pirates. They did offer the room...
Read full review in simplified mode , which is what we chose, and our game master was so awesome and helpful throughout the process. I let the kids take control, staying out of it totally. Our game master (I feel horrible I can t remember her name) provided the perfect hints to allow the children to figure things out on themselves but also to finish the room with 9sec remaining! And the party room was absolutely decked out. I was so impressed. Completely decorated and included pizza with flatware/plates/drinks. It was amazing. My son already wants to have his next birthday here and I am 100% game. What a fantastic experience. Thanks Escapology!

My wife and I came here for a new experience on our first date night in a while. It was absolutely AMAZING!!! My plan was to come here first so that we would have something to talk about over dinner, and I could NOT be happier with how much this has given us to talk about!! Our experience was amazing, and having smiley as our game master was the cherry on top!! We will absolutely be returning soon with our oldest son to let him experience the wonder of this place!

Morgan has been awesome every time we have been! Have officially played all rooms available - now just waiting on more rooms to be built!!! Highly recommend and definitely see Morgan she is the best!

My friend and I were in Charlotte on Friday for a concert and decided to book the submarine room before the show! Morgan was incredible and so much fun. We barely managed to escape and had such a good time! I highly recommend escapology, it was one of the coolest escape rooms my friend and I had ever done so detailed and the puzzles were super complex. Definitely will be booking again the next time we re in town.

Came for the Cuban crisis challenge with my dad and girlfriend. Milk and Hazel were the two employees that helped us out and it was overall a great experience. A very good level of challenge to escape but not so difficult that we couldn t figure it out. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Jaiden was amazing!! She truly has a wonderful personality and made our experience that much more enjoyable. The Batman Experience was so fun yet challenging. Any questions we had both before and afterwards she was able to answer. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!!

Our first time doing an escape room with Escapology. We had a couple with our group that this was their first time, Great themed rooms!! I love how they have themes you don t find everywhere. I was very impressed by how clean and well kept this place is!! Smiley was very friendly and was cheering us on. Thank you for the great fun and experience

My husband and I decided to celebrate our engagement anniversary at this escape room (because we got engaged in one 4 years ago!). We did the Pirate Curse room and that was a super fun room! It had a good amount of puzzles with a lot of variety (so you weren t just solving numbered locks). Morgan was a wonderful game master and she gave us hints when we asked for them during the times we were getting stuck for too long. With just the 2 of us, we were able to escape with more than enough time!

This was our first time here and we had a great experience, the theme was awesome and detailed and would say that the 7/10 was pretty challenging. Had a lot of fun would come back again! Serenity was our game master, she was great and made the experience so fun!

My roommates and I went to escapology just to hang out and have some fun. Morgan was the best game master out there. We ve done quite a few escape rooms and her energy is just unmatched. You can tell she really enjoys her job and likes to have fun with her customers. She should be promoted.

Morgan was an amazing game room host! I was very pleasantly surprised at how difficult the room was. This place is super close to my house and I will definitely be back. If you re looking for a good escape room at a decent price in the NorthLake area this is the place to be.

I went here with my mom and my 3 kids and we had a blast. The venue and bathrooms were really clean and we had so much fun doing 7 deadly sins. Milk and Liza were our game masters and they did a fantastic job. I recommend coming here on a rainy day if youre looking to kill time.

First time ever doing an escape room and Escapology didnt disappoint! We were able to one as a whole family since they allow children to participate with adults. Which was exactly what we need since our son wanted to do one for his birthday. We had a really great time!

Holy moly! That was so fun!! Worth every penny and it was our first our escape room. Of course we picked the hardest room. Jaiden our GM made th experience even better and explained everything thoroughly before we got locked in. Definitely go with friends or hope you get out!

Super great time! Morgan and Hazel did a good job, great interactions and nice people! The rooms are quite interesting and use very complex puzzles to really make you think!

Smiley was awesome and full of great energy for a Friday night. The Scooby Doo room is a good mix of puzzles that make you feel accomplished and ones that are more challenging. Great for a family or two adults on a Friday night after a long week that don t have that much thought power left but still want to have fun!

MORGAN IS AMAZING! She was so helpful and fun as our game master! My friend and I have been doing escape rooms together for a little over a year now so when we visited Charolette we decided to do one to commemorate our bonding time activity hahaha. We booked a last minute room in the under pressure escape room. It was so detailed and exciting! From the puzzles, to the music, to the actual escape, we were thrilled and puzzled the whole time! The puzzles were some of the coolest weve ever experienced. Again, Morgan was so much fun to have as our game master and we will absolutely be back the next time were in town! I highly recommend this place for everyone!

Serenity and the Escapology team was amazing! We had such a good time doing the Under Pressure escape room! The team was so helpful when we needed clues and nudges. Will definitely come back to do the other rooms.

Morgan did a fantastic job as game master. My group had a lot of fun in the 7 Deadly Sins room. Challenging and we already plan to go back again! I also appreciate that it was very clean and staff overall friendly.

We did the antidote room and had a lot of fun! My husband is a science guy so he loved the theme. Our game host, Ferrari, was great at noticing when we were struggling and giving us hints at the appropriate time to make sure we kept moving forward. Cant wait to go back and do another escape room.

The room was very well made, the game host gave us great hints when we got stuck, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Our game host, Morgan, even gave us food recommendations for dinner!
