Breakout Games - Charlotte

Happy was our host and she was fantastic! She communicated clearly and was patient with us as we were running a little late from dinner. Everyone had a great time and loved the room. We had a group of 4 and played the Runaway Train room. It was challenging but not overwhelming, and we made it out with only a couple hints! Definitely recommend for those who enjoy puzzles!

Luke is the only reason this is a 4 star instead of a 3. The puzzles were fun and engaging but two of them didnt work for us and we had to fix one (Luke offered but we just fixed it for speed). The final puzzle didnt work, we literally couldnt have finished it if it werent for Lukes incredible guidance and attention to our group. In summary: 1 - Game master 5/5 (Luke was fantastic, attentive, funny & personable) 2 - The puzzles were linear, logical, well designed 5/5 3 - The atmosphere wasnt great...
Read full review, I could hear outside the room (sound proofing needed) and at the end my group getting very hot 3/5 4 - Full star taken away here, because we had two puzzle fail on us, including the last one that specifically uses colored lights. The puzzle didnt light up at all. 1/5 14 points in all so it should be a 3.5 by average but Google doesnt allow halfzies so whatcha gonna do. Luke if youre reading this you were a fantastic GM (game master) and you made the experience memorable for some people Im introducing into escape rooms.

Lane was the best! Mystery Mansion was so fun and has just the right amount of puzzles and thought behind it to keep us working hard. Highly recommend!

Cooper was a very charismatic guy and was super positive and helpful! He explained the process perfectly and gave clues when needed. He didn t explain too much to where it was excessive and in the end he gave a ton of compliments and even explained further where we did great! Super fun! The place is very clean and well put together. Very beginner friendly ! Thanks cooper !!

Runaway Train was a fun room! Bec was a great game master! She was very attentive to when we needed a hint, and her hints were just right! They didn t give away the clue, but made it easier to get it. Will definitely do another room with her!

This was a great experience. We did the mansion mystery and it was so cool and interactive. The only thing was the gun part which really mixed us up. After we finished we left energized and happy. Definitely coming back.

This was our family s first visit to Breakout. We ve done a fair amount of escape rooms and this was great! We did Mystery Manor and it was such a fun and creative room. Maddie was our gamemaster and led us in all the right directions! Will definitely be coming back!

Daryl was an amazing game master! The runaway train escape room was so amazing for a party of 2! We had a blast and escaped in 53 minutes! Highly recommend!!

Came in for a birthday reunion and we had a really fun time! It was most of our first times and our game master, Cooper, helped make our experience enjoyable, answering questions and explaining all we needed to know. Would definitely go again!

Very fun experience! We did The Kidnapping 2 and it was a completely new experience that was a blast! We had Cooper as our game master and he was very helpful and upbeat! Definitely will be back

Cooper was amazing!! Let us do our thing while knowing when to help. We did bomb squad and had a blast. Was definitely challenging but so fun!

10/10 Second time in two weeks, amazingly enough we got Vivian again. We flew through our room, only needed three clues to escape and when we were running in circles they were there to assist us when needed. V still deserves all the props, amazing game master.

First time trying an escape room and it was so much fun! Definitely harder than expected but Luke was so great and helped my group with very helpful clues. Would absolutely go back! Thanks again Luke!

First time doing an escape room. So much fun and definitely challenging. We wouldn t have escaped Bomb Squad without Daryl s help. He was a great game host! So nice and very helpful!

Vivian was great! She gave us hints only when we asked for them but also knew how to guide us without being overbearing! So much fun for my first time! Thank you!

We enjoyed getting Kidnapped for our first escape room. We were celebrating our 15 year old twins birthday. Everyone had a great time. Daryl was awesome! He calmly gave us small hints when asked to keep us moving and we able to escape the kidnapper! We look forward to trying The Mystery Mansion next.

Our game master Daryl was exceptional again! We will be back!

We did the Kidnapping breakout room, which was so interactive and actually worked our minds quite a bit but still very much possible to get through. Cooper was super helpful with our hints, and he makes sure to help out when needed without giving too much away. 10/10 recommend, it was so much fun and definitely one of the top breakout rooms I ve been to.

Lane was our game master and he was fantastic! We made it out with just 1 minute to spare. My family loves coming here for birthdays

Loved the games. Our game masters, Darryl, Dulce, Maddie, and Bee were amazing!! We did 5 rooms today and went 5/5!

Game master was very friendly and helpful when we got stuck. She definitely increased the experience!! Mystery Mansion was very fun and clean!

Truly awesome experience. Bella our game master was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. A great time was had by the group. Required you to think outside the box. We did need some hints, but next time our goal is to it without hints. Bella helped to make it engaging. We laughed together and made it through. We made it out in 54:19 minutes. It was a close one. Hope to have her master our next game!

I took my family of five and had the best time. Its really a family operated experience as well as a rush. We finished with less than a minute remaining but I definitely recommend this as a place of fun !

Dulce and Emily were so awesome!!! My son and his friends had a blast. We will definitely be back :)

Mystery Mansion was awesome. My husband brought me and our four girls (age 8-15) to Breakout and we had the best time! We escaped with under 10 minutes to go. Lane was great and we had so much fun we decided to book the Kidnapping room for my husband s birthday the following month!

Amazing host! (Maddie) Recommend her the most.
