Took our son and his friends for his 17 birthday We all had a blast!! It has been the talk of the week. We had 4 more clues and almost won. It s a great work together experience. Highly recommend. Thank you New Mexico Escape Room. Can t wait to do again!!

My daughters have been there several times. They loved it! My 16 yr old went with her friends to celebrate her birthday. The waiting area is really cool and comfortable. The staff is great as well.

A fun family experience. I went with nephews in the 10-12 range, and that was about the sweet spot where the kids could really contribute but not think it was cheesy. Not something wed do every weekend, but great as a special outing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Weve done many escape rooms in the US and around the world and this ranks right at the top. The production quality is amazing and we loved that it wasnt just a bunch of locks. Lots of brain teasers and challenges. Well be back for more!

Let me start by saying we have done over 60+ escape rooms. This is by far the best escape room we have ever done, and that is saying a lot. This one is very interactive and has things that make noise, move, and a room that even has a fear factor to its storyline. We are here visiting from out of state, and we are making a trip back to do another room before we leave. I can not recommend this place enough. Then, to top it off, our game host, Hailey, was amazing. She was so welcoming and fun. It just added to the perfection of this place. If you can, go check it out.

The bombshell escape room was easily the best escape room I ve ever done. Friendly staff, amazing room, definitely recommend.

Our first escape room. We did the Superhero themed room and it was fun and moderately challenging. Only con was the price since it s done per person rather than by the room. $32/person is not cheap!

It s a Blast. So much fun. How smart are we? Well, we are not lol it was an easy clue but we thought it was hard, so we spent time thinking of hard ways instead of listening to the clues we were given! We didn t get out in time and left the loot in the other room, smh we have done 2 different ones and ready to go back for our next room or the same room so we can say we finished it.

I love this place! This was my third Escape Room experience, but first time at the new location. The staff is very friendly and informative (or as informative as they can be without giving anything away) My group and I did Nefertaris Tomb and what was unique about this room, was that our primary objective was a little different than simply escaping. It was honestly the most challenging scenario that Ive ever done but it was that much more rewarding when we did finally complete our goal. This is a great team building exercise! If you havent gone, you really need to check this place out !!

By far the best escape room experience in probably New Mexico! Each room is so well put together that you will lose track of time faster than you can solve puzzles the flow is artistic AND masterfully put together. I love that they dont follow the cliche of find a key find a lock put them together. Throughout the entire experience it is solving puzzles to reveal new portions of each room. I would come here again and again! it is also the best priced escape room in Albuquerque! Great job!

We had a blast! The attention to detail and variety of puzzles was outstanding. Zoë was our game master - she was so encouraging and fun, and she answered our many questions. Also, she pointed out that it s a locally owned business, and we love that too! We are eager to come back and do all of the games! We re hooked!

Amazing business. Staff is exceedingly friendly. Each of the rooms are actually standalone structures built within the building!! Great attention to detail with great stories and gameplay. The hint system is self-guiding which actually works really well! No tech issues at all despite being highly technical. This is a first-class escape experience with bargain prices! Highly recommend.

Took a couple of friends to do Nefertari s Tomb and had a blast! The production value on these rooms is amazing I have done a couple of others and they definitely do not disappoint. There were four of us, which worked well although the host said groups of six work a little better. The staff was great, price is right, and it was definitely a memorable night. 10/10 would recommend.

The was THE most immersive room I ve played! The attention to detail and the puzzles made this so fun! The staff was amazing as well. Will definitely be going back because I already booked again for tomorrow!

I ve been to several escape rooms around the country and I was so very impressed by the rooms at this location. They are top notch, movie quality rooms, with no detail spared. We solved Blackwell Manor. It was visually spectacular and fully immersive. We had an absolute blast here with our awesome game host Rowan, and will definitely make sure to check each room off our list!

Went for a birthday celebration and had a blast. The animation for the story videos for the rooms really drew me in and made the experience awesome. We did Blackwell Manor and I cannot wait to do the rest of the rooms they have.

Today went in with my wife to do the Simon says haunted cabin and let me tell you guys this was an absolute blast. It was just me and my wife in the cabin and we really wanted to test our teambuilding skills and thought that the escape room would be really good for us, on our two-year anniversary so we did we got to the last room before our time was up, but it was an amazing experience. Blackwell Manor was one of our favorite escape rooms of all time (and weve done quite a few). The puzzles were just the right amount of challenging. The set design and effects were Hollywood caliber. The story was gripping, and the scares had us jumping and screaming more than once.

Absolutely fantastic location. My family has done almost every room and its always been a blast. We look forward to whatever they bring next!

We came here for two weeks in row, we did the super secret and the bomb shell, I love them! Every penny is worth it. We are just me and my husband so it s a bit more difficult but we made to finish once. No overprice if you play in less then 4 players like in other escape rooms. FOR SURE WE WILL COME BACK!

Loved all of the rooms that were present at New Mexico Escape Room. Solid puzzle flow & signaling mixed with great aesthetics throughout helped to create a positive experience in each one of their rooms. Jamie & Mariah were helpful throughout and added to our overall time at the location.

I traveled to New Mexico for Christmas with my parents. We needed something to do, so after a bit we decided on an escape room. Found this place online and they had an opening to book same day. When I say we literally jumped when we figured out the puzzle I mean it, it was an absolute blast! Highly recommend for families and/or friends! We did the duel at dawn and for people who don t do puzzles like this often it was enough of a challenge to make it fun! Will definitely visit again for another puzzle!

This place ruined all escape rooms for me because it was just so good! Went with three other family members to the haunted mansion and we had such a blast. It wasn t like other escape rooms and felt like we were at the haunted mansion at Disneyland. The room was more like a movie set with lots of special effects and moving pieces and voice acting. We didn t know what to expect or what would happen next. And the staff was very nice and explained everything perfectly so obvious props to them. It sucks that I don t live in New Mexico because I want to do all of the other escape rooms.

Joel was our game host and we had an incredible time with our game room because of him! Definitely going back because of how good of an experience we had !

A truly enjoyable experience we played Bombshell the game looked beautiful and was incredibly immersive we had basically no glitches or problems in our game we played with 4 people and at no point did anyone feel left out. There was a good mix of puzzles some involving logic, others numbers, and some codes, loved the diversity. Out of the nearly 30 games our family has done this one was in our top 5, and our game guide Rowan was very enjoyable, gave us lots of customization in the games difficulty level and knew the perfect time to give hints 10/10 will definitely go again when we re in town.

The creators of these games go to great lengths to make an immersive experience that anyone can enjoy.

My bf and I have tried every scenario this business currently offers. We will not be returning after a staff member busted in our room demanding we delete photos we were using to help complete a puzzle. After the game would have been a much better opportunity. Its not like we were going to sell them to people to beat an escape room. Seriously not that huge, folks.

Did the 2nd hardest room and did not complete it. Had a blast. Really cool effects. Will definitely be back for round 2.

Absolutely incredible!! Best escape room Ive been to. The detail, quality, and creativity put into the rooms really push this escape room to the next level. The puzzles are very fun and engaging. We did a jump scare room, which I was a little worried about, but it wasnt too much scare and it really added to the experience. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, were very friendly, and did an overall great job. We live 2 hours away and will make the trip just for these escape rooms. Excited for our next one!
