Escape Room Zone Madison Heights

What a fun experience! We raged and we loved it. You can bring your own music and just smash up stuff until you can t smash no more. We didn t try out any of the other activities but the escape rooms looked fun and the paint room seemed exciting. Highly recommend!

Love, Love, LOVE this place!! Came here as part of our bachelorette party to help my sister release any stress and Tara and the mgmt here was amazing. So long story short, I messed up and booked an activity on the website but at the wrong location. It should have been Madison Heights and I accidentally booked Canton. They gave me a credit to use at the correct location-here (because there r no refunds), and we were able to do additional smashing and ninja star throwing. Tara had us laughing...
Read full review and smiling the entire time. Her anecdotes and just entire demeanor was friendly, funny, and not overbearing. Honestly everyone was very nice but she just really made an impression. Ive been to the Smash Room many, many, many times because I can listen to ur own music and just smash things to relieve stress. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome experience. My first time at an escape room, and it was pretty exciting. Will definitely go back! We went as a group of 6. I wont give away any details, but its definitely a cool set up and experience.

Awesome experience here doing the paint room with my family for mothers day! Kaitlyn made our experience so great and provided a level of customer service far beyond my expectations for perfect service. Our kids had such a blast and we walked away with great mementos of the experience. I would highly recommend this as a novel and fun activity for families or even as a date idea.

My friend & I did the rage room for my birthday & has a blast! Tara was awesome with explaining safety rules but also keeping it fun & fresh the whole time! She was a blast & made the experience better! Great way to get out the anger !

brought our daughter and 9 of her friends here for her 14th birthday and they all had a blast. online reservations were simple, check in was great and the staff were amazing. this is our 2nd time at this location and its been great. we will definitely be back. Thanks again for s great experience.

First time doing an Escape room and it was great. The employee that we had was awesome. We did one of the hardest Escape rooms. It was 11% escape rate. Although we didn t escape, the employee was very patient with us. I will definitely be going back. They also have games to play while you wait. You can sign the waiver on a little tablet when you walk in. And they have vending machines.

Had a great time in the rage rooms for my sisters birthday! Tara the rage master was incredible! They deserve a raise, complimentary ear rings from management, and stake in the company with retirement options. Honestly was an amazing time, and will be back for other parties! (Or just a bad day)

Lots of fun. The sanitarium room was a trip. We didnt escape but we felt accomplished with the puzzles we solved. Okay, fine, we asked for 2 hints but still. We are planning to go back for the Dracula challenge.

Had a super awesome time, I did the rage room and a paint room for a little early birthday celebration and the staff was awesome!!

My kids and I had a great time in the Paint Blast room! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a cool experience. We created art on the canvas, walls and each-other! We will be back!!

My cousin and I enjoyed the rage room. We would only request the room be a bit bigger other than that we had a relaxing time

This place is amazing! The setup/decor from the time you step into the building to the actual escape rooms instantly set the tone and you are just left excited and eager to begin your adventure! Katelyn, our escape room representative was extremely helpful, respectful and phenomenal at her job! We left so encouraged even though we didnt escape but will 100% be back for more!

Our group loves coming to this location! We have done 3 rooms so far and love the themes! We just did Dracula s Lair and Tara was amazing! She was super helpful and we loved being able to joke around with her and have fun. Highly recommend coming here for escape rooms!

Had an awesome time! Keri was a great game master. I loved that they were a mix of first, second, and third generation locks. I would definitely recommend these escape rooms!

Although we did not complete the Mystical Forest escape room, we had such a blast celebrating my boyfriend s birthday here. Emily was so sweet and professional and took the time to make our experience one that is worth coming back for. Thank you Emily!

My 3rd escape room but also my #1 escape room. Emily was our secret adventurer in the forest. Emily was great. Both her beautiful smile and personality was noticeable the entire time. We didnt need any help but she was there everytime the vines and animals trapped us. Lol. Thank you so much Emily. I definitely would give you 10 stars if I could. We will be back to finish off that monkey so we can continue to the rest to places there.

On God, Katie and Tara made the experience like a million star outta 5 but I cannot rate any higher. We did the Mystic Forrest and Asylum and completed both!! *Edit Our sheet was updated to the correct completed rooms!! Up it to a BILLION OUT OF 5 STARS . Anyways we loved the monkey guy and especially the people, they made the experience and WILL be back to prove our prowess!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I went with 4 other friends of mine and we had originally decided on a rage room, only to change our mind and decide on an escape room. I had already booked the rage room, so I reached out to ask about store credit. They emailed me back within 20 minutes, and were insanely helpful with everything. The hints they gave were really helpful and actually told us what we needed to do as opposed to just giving us a vague description of the room. Any time I may want to go to a rage or escape room, I will be doing it here.

My wife and I had a blast destroying stuff in your Rage Room today! Tara was a wonderful hostess. Very friendly and lively, which helped get us in the mood even more than we already were. Definitely planning to return!

We had a fun time - just wish so much of it wasnt number related (codes). Also wish it was easy to see the difficulty level when booking. I was told it should be visible when you go to book a room but I didnt see the difficulty level mentioned anywhere. Would also be nice to search breakout rooms based on level of difficulty then narrow it down to number of people.

Great escape room! Lots of fun and quite challenging. Terra and Emily were very friendly and helpful in working with us. Would definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Words cannot describe how amazing of a release this is. Highly recommend bringing an old printer or hard drive to smash. The clean up fee is totally worth it. The owner was so friendly and the staff was very pleasant. Will 1000% be back.

My friends and I had a great time doing the Draculas Lair Escape Room. Our room attendant was Kaitlin (sorry if I spelled that wrong) & she was terrific. We will definitely be back to try a different room in the future.

Kate and Tara are truly splendid hosts and made our experience significantly better than was expected via great service and generally friendly interaction. Our group will be back and your group should go too

Tara was great and loved the experience. My only feedback is I wish the room was bigger and effort to not have to worry about the glass hitting others.

We enjoyed the challenge and we enjoyed our experience. One large complaint that I would share is that the escape rooms in this location all have open ceilings. This means that there is a lot of noise pollution from other escape rooms, the rage rooms, and others in the facility. It makes it very difficult to communicate with your team (especially in situations where your team members are in separated locations), difficult to hear audio clues/communication from props in the room, difficult to hear clues shared by your host over the walkie, and difficult to hear when props have been activated or opened.

We had such a great time experiencing the paint blast room! Kaitlynn was absolutely wonderful, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to tell us all the cool stuff the escape rooms and zap zone are up too! We re excited to keep coming back. Thanks Kaitlynn! Amazing experience. Took my daughter and some friends for a rage room experience and it was fantastic! Can t wait to go back.
