Tick Tock Escape Room Overland Park

My husband and I have only been to one other escape room place, but we went here with some friends who have done escape rooms many, many times all over the country. We all agreed that the experience here was fantastic and more than worth the cost. The room was fun, immersive, challenging but not unnecessarily difficult, and creative. Couldn t have asked for a better experience; the late hours were especially awesome.

I dont throw 5 stars around often. But, this place deserves it. The room we were in was challenging, well planned out, and the craftsmanship of the mechanics was no less than impressive. The Owner was there, running the show, with his son, and some other very nice employees. They are in to it, and so you get in to it. 5 stars all day, and I will be back to try the other rooms with my family.

Had my daughters birthday party. The escape rooms were great. The best thing was the party room. It can be added on to an escape room and can hold a large group. Didnt see many pictures of the room so decided to attach them to this review. The owner gave us a tour of upcoming rooms. Overall the owner is a great host and very fun. Recommend this place for parties and team building events.

Although there are a few rough edges, such as some props that are getting a little worn, this is overall a must-do in the Kansas City Area. Beyond the escape rooms themselves, which are both fun and engaging, the staff are great!

Great rooms. Helpful staff. Came back because Beasleys billions was so good. The pyramid paradox room was great too. I appreciate their charity contributions as well.

It was great. A group of friends went and we all enjoyed the game. We solved the puzzle with 5:34 to spare. I would recommend Bradleys Billions.

We did two rooms back to back! Jacob was awesome. We did the pyramid paradox and beasly billions as a team of 4 and escaped both! Loved that we could choose the type of game play and the level of difficulty. Will visit again, next time were back in KC

I had a great time. Staffs were great. Check in was pretty simple, but you ll need a smart phone. I enjoyed the escape room . Location was easily spotted and accessible off main road.

This place is a blast!!! The staff was fun and helpful, and made everything from booking to the actual event easy. We had two teams and raced against each other in the Pyramid Paradox room. It was tricky and challenging, but we were really able to work together to solve all the puzzles. It was AWESOME how a second room opened up after finishing the first sections puzzle, and the Walk Like an Egyptian song with the fog was a great touch!!! I highly recommended this place for a fun time!!!

We had so much fun! The technology and puzzles were very creative. I like any other escape room we have ever done!

This was such an amazing experience! So many suprising things in the Egyptian room! My wife and I had such a blast!! We will definitly be back for more!

This is my first time ever doing an escape room. We had so much fun! This place is amazing! I definitely look forward to going back and trying some of the other rooms. We did space force and managed to escape with 1:19 left.

My wife and son and I escaped from Space Force! We were welcomed by a warm host and he gave us great instructions. Once inside, we had such an intriguing journey and needed every second to solve it. We took the opportunity to take fun pics with Tick Tock s props after it was over! Great venue and experience!!

My wife and I were in town for the weekend and love escape rooms. We found Tick Tock escape and figured let s give them a try. We loved them so much we did a second room right after. I wish I could remember the owners name but he was amazing. Our first game one of the locks was open so we got parts early which made everything a bit harder. We ran out of time okay not a big deal you win some you lose some. The owner came in and told us look that was on us you lost a good amount of time trying to figure that out so I am going to add a few more minutes back on the clock. That s really all we needed we got out with a few seconds to spare. I wish we lived closer so we could do the rest of their rooms.

Loved, loved, LOVED this escape room experience! First, super helpful staff for a walk-in group - funny and easy-going. Second, the room had special effects that were very cool and the games were clever & interesting. Third, the game helper was perfect - she didnt intrude, was extremely helpful and really struck the right balance of help vs. letting us figure things out ourselves. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

My brother and I played Cyber Strike, and man, was it fun! It had a level of mystery to it, and really got my blood pumping near the end. We escaped with under two minutes to spare! The technology was a really cool aspect, and we had plenty of fun messing around. We didnt do the room that was set before, but everything still made sense without prior knowledge, which means a lot as a person who doesnt do many escape rooms. I could still play, and have fun, even if I didnt understand the lore. Overall, great game, the staff was very friendly and inviting, and I think I might have to do more escape rooms now!

I searched for a family friendly escape room (with my husband and 9 year old son) that was a private experience and found Tick Tock. We had never done an escape room before and this did not disappoint. Our guide made sure we visited the restrooms first so we didnt lose out on time in our room-so smart! He also was very charismatic and made sure we knew everything we needed to. We did the Pyramid Paradox, I highly recommend it! Read full review tomb, I was in awe of the special effects that occurred. You can tell the people really care about the rooms and the service they provide. We will def be back, my son has already said he wants to have his birthday party here. Also I might add we live 40 minutes away from this location and it is def worth the drive. Thank you for a wonderful 40th birthday! :)

It was AMAZING!! It took us just a bit to start putting the clues together, since most of us had never done an escape room before, but once things started clicking it was so fascinating! The room was very well done and just absolutely cool the technology they used! Highly recommend it! We were able to solve and escape with almost 10 minutes to spare! If you havent done one before, I recommend you take the option to get some clues.

Took our daughter and her 3 friends (all 11 years old) for a room and were pleasantly surprised at how focused they were on helping enough to let the girls feel accomplished and give them a fair shot at actually escaping the room. They got hung up on a couple of parts, but the nanny went into the room to help the girls power through and they all really enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to do it again!

We had so much fun on family game night!!! We broke up into teams and raced to see who escaped first! It was so so fun. We loved how many puzzles there were to solve it felt like we got an adrenaline rush every 3 min! So fun! Would recommend!

My first time doing an escape room and it was awesome. The puzzles were a great middle ground of not overly complicated with a little bit of help and not so easy that you wouldnt seek for help. I highly recommend this location and hope to play more of the rooms here.

We have done plenty of escape rooms as a group. We did this local one as a last minute thing and couldnt be more satisfied and impressed with it. We did the Pyramid Paradox room and the amount of technology, interactive puzzles, and teamwork made it such a great experience. We left with more laughs and awe about the room than weve ever experienced from an escape room. I would highly recommend anybody of any skill level try this room, as they also offer easier experiences, whether it be an easier room or much more hints.

Management and the workers were excellent and extremely helpful. Customer service was excellent would highly recommend. The story/puzzles were intriguing and just difficult enough to make you think for a while but not so difficult that you couldn t figure them out.

I have done many escape rooms across Kansas and in many different places in the US. Me and my group (around 5 of us) decided to take on the Pyramid Paradox. This room had a theme like no other I have been in, and had technology and puzzles that other rooms couldnt have even attempted. The staff was wonderful, the room was great, and I will be coming back hopefully sooner than later. 5 deserved stars.

Went with family over Thanksgiving weekend - four adults and two kids. The room was challenging and had some new and interesting ways to solve clues - a puzzle involving rotating statues for one. The kids were able to get in on the action and our guide even joined in the fun by teasing them through texts on the monitor. It was a great night oh and we escaped with barely any time to spare. Definitely worth it if you are looking for a night of fun.

Brought my travel baseball team and some of their family members to Tick Tock on free night in KCK. What a great venue. Best escape room I ve ever experienced and the VS room option was perfect for a large group. The staff was amazing and the place was perfect. Can t say enough. Will be back next time we are in town

Great place for the team to come together and have fun. Facility is fun, clean, and staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend for team events.

First ever escape room with family. I was surprised how much fun I had solving problems and puzzles. Will definitely return for other rooms!

My 12 year old and I did the Beasley s Billions escape room at Tick Tock for both his and my first escape room ever. We were able to choose the difficulty level in terms of how much help we could ask for or were given ahead of time, which was great. We also chose this room as it was not scary at all for kids, just lots of fun puzzles and tricks. Overall, we both had a fantastic time and would happily come back again!
